本发明涉及一种装置,具体地说涉及一种用于复苏的面罩,该面罩可减少个人接触和可能的交叉污染。
背景技术
心肺复苏(CPR)培训在当今社会中正在变得日益普及,这是由于更多的社区成员重视了获得救生过程中所需技巧的好处。我们的社会现在抓住了这种机会,但仍然由于害怕因致病和可能致命的病毒以及细菌性传染病的传播而造成的污染而在需要施行复苏时犹豫不决。
已存在某些装置来试图处理这一问题。这些装置可以归纳为以下两种类型。
第一类型的装置是带有一止回换气阀的上覆式(lay over)塑料片,其对于援救者携带来说足够轻巧,但只允许通过患者口腔进行换气。这种装置不将援救者抬高到患者之上,而只是用作援救者与患者之间的单层屏障。此装置很轻,对微风和空气扰动非常敏感,往往自身合拢而造成可能的交叉污染。这种装置在执行所需的CPR任务时未能建立信心,往往造成悲剧。
通常所用的第二类型的装置是带有一单向换气阀的塑料注模面罩,其盖住患者的鼻子和嘴巴。这种装置不是小到足以使人容易带到现场。这些装置往往不能用于设定目的,这是由于它们在应当施用CPR时不能及时在关键时刻随即可供使用。害怕可能的交叉污染降低了援救者在没有任何形式的防护屏障的情况下行事的意愿,导致对患者的援助减少或全无。
发明内容
这些问题都由本发明克服了,本发明提供一种可充气复苏面罩,该面罩包括:一顶部片,其接合于一底部片而形成一可充气袋囊,此袋囊充气后形成一具有顶端和下部周边的隆起体;设置在袋囊上用于给面罩充气的充气装置,而在顶端处的开口允许空气经由该开口供给到已充气面罩的底下;以及位于隆起体上的肋,肋将顶部片和底部片接合到一起以加强隆起体;其中,在其放气状态下,其能够折叠。
在隆起体顶端处的开口优选地设置有一单向阀,以允许只在一个方向上供给空气,即经由开口到已充气面罩底下的区域。
为了加固已充气面罩的圆锥形状,优选地提供肋,该肋围绕隆起体定位,并在顶端与周边之间延伸。这些肋通过沿着肋部分接合顶部和底部板而形成。
在优选实施例中,肋在顶端与周边之间只延伸部分距离,终结在与周边间隔开的一点处,以致在面罩充气后在周边处形成环形软垫。
充气阀优选地位于顶部片上,而通过将空气供给到袋囊来为面罩充气创造条件。面罩优选地由软质塑料形成,并因此可以在放气后折叠到紧凑的区域内。
在本发明的一种形式中,面罩在每一侧上具有小孔,以包括一弹性的或可调节的带条,以便将面罩固定到患者上。
在本发明的另一种形式中,面罩具有固定与止回换气阀上的鞍座,以包括有弹性的或可调节的带条,以便把面罩固定于患者。
本发明还提供一种可充气复苏面罩组件,其包括:
一顶部片,其接合于一底部片以形成可充气的袋囊,该袋囊充气后形成具有顶端和下部周边的隆起体;
设置在袋囊上用于给面罩充气的充气装置,而在顶端处的开口允许空气经由该开口供给到已充气面罩底下的区域;以及
位于隆起体上、将顶部和底部片接合到一起的肋,以加强隆起体;
其中,在其放气状态下面罩能够折叠;以及
一包装,其用于在其中存放放气和折叠的面罩。

具体实施方式
本发明的可充气面罩用于在紧急情况下实施应急患者复苏(FirstResponder Patient Resuscitation)。面罩很小巧,由软质塑料制成。此面罩包括一模制的单向换气阀,以减少患者与援救者之间的个人接触和可能的流体和颗粒交换。面罩包括一囊袋,充气后形成一隆起体。隆起体顶端处的开口允许空气通过该开口向已充气面罩下患者的口鼻区供给。
参照各图,特别是图1,可以看出可充气面罩10由软质塑料的顶部片7和底部片8制成,该顶部片和底部片接合在一起而形成一个囊袋,该囊袋充气后形成一隆起体18。在此优选实施例中,隆起体是圆锥形状的。顶部和底部片在环形下部周边或圆周1的边缝36处接合。它们在位于中心的单向换气阀处的已充气面罩的顶部或顶端处也接合在一起。一系列垂直的接缝4或肋把顶部和底部片接合在一起。这些肋沿面罩从位于中心的单向换气阀13上下伸展到接近面罩的周边1。充气阀5设置在面罩的侧面上。面罩在塑料片不同位置6处具有印制的信息。
参照图2,可以看出已充气面罩紧紧贴合在患者面部上,可以进行鼻部与口部复苏。援救者16把面罩固定在鼻和口区之上的位置并向单向换气阀13内吹气,以将CPR提供给患者14。面罩的圆锥形状在患者上方托住援救者,使援救者离开患者一定距离。
换气阀的托起是由于双表层的,即双片的装置具有圆形或椭圆形状并带有一系列用作肋状支撑的垂直接缝而实现的。充气时,这些肋由于空气被强制送入它们之间而加强(emphasized),导致一种牢固的隆起的圆锥形状。
本装置的下边缘通过设计使之在充气时可以保持空气,造成一个软垫环37,该软垫环37环绕整个装置。这一软质塑料软垫跨过鼻梁、围绕面颊部并越过下巴而牢固密合。软质塑料软垫在被援救者固定就位时可以容易地密封这一区域,确保经由鼻子和嘴巴二者的所需换气的最大效率。
换气阀是援救者使用其嘴进行CPR的唯一接触点。该阀在患者呼气时关闭,减小了交叉污染的可能性。单向换气阀可以由任何适宜的可以用来构造有效机构的材料制成,诸如模制的塑料。
此装置是由软质塑料薄片制成的,带有基本的使用说明和一位于装置上的一附加充气阀。
图3a和3b显示一合并在折叠和包装好的面罩上的钥匙环21,并表明面罩的相对尺寸和紧凑性。面罩在其放气后的形式22下折叠,以装进一小的紧凑的包装23之中。此包装可以固定到钥匙环、皮带上,放在衣袋、钱包或手套箱里,或以其他方式放在人身上,以便可供援救者使用而满足任何可能的复苏需要。
面罩10是通过向充气阀13内送气而使空气充满顶部片7与底部片8之间来膨胀的。图4以截面示出充气的面罩。肋4为圆锥体18的充气提供了条件,此圆锥体将援救者的嘴托起而远离患者。肋4不是一直延伸到顶部和底部片接合所处的周边接缝36,从而允许软垫37的存在,此软垫座放在患者面部上,并利于形成面罩下面的空气密封。单向换气阀13位于面罩的顶部处,并具有一单向机构38,以协助防止任何流体或颗粒经由此阀从患者到援救者的回流。
本装置易于个人携带,这是由于它折叠的尺寸能够小到足以装进钱包、钥匙环包、衣袋、汽车附件区域、颈链和图囊,或者作为皮带附件。同时,此装置还可充气成一全尺寸的复苏面罩,使得患者可以通过其鼻子和其嘴巴二者换气。已充气的面罩把援救者托在患者上方,从而形成一个气障,使援救者离开患者一定距离。将单向换气阀装在面罩的顶部也可防止援救者与患者之间的直接接触。
对于本领域技术人员来说,将会理解,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的前提下可以作出多种修改。比如,在本发明的另一实施例中,面罩在每一侧上都有一些小孔,弹性的或可调节的带条可以附着其上,以用于把面罩固定于患者上。另外,附着于单向阀上的鞍座卡住可以用来把面罩固定于患者上的弹性或可调节的带条。
Claims (11)
1.一种可充气的复苏面罩,包括:
一顶部片,其接合于一底部片而形成可充气的袋囊,该袋囊充气后形成自支撑的隆起体,该隆起体从隆起体的顶端向下部周边膨胀;
设置在袋囊上用于给面罩充气的充气装置,而在顶端处的开口允许空气经由该开口供给到已充气面罩的底下;以及
位于隆起体上的肋,肋将顶部片和底部片接合到一起以加强隆起体;
其中,在其放气状态下,其能够折叠。
2.如权利要求1所述的面罩,其中,单向阀设置在开口处,只允许经由开口在一个方向上将空气供给到已充气的面罩底下的区域。
3.如权利要求1所述的面罩,其中,肋在顶端和下部周边之间沿纵向位于隆起体上。
4.如权利要求1所述的面罩,其中,肋只在顶端与周边之间的一部分延伸,终止于与周边间隔开的一点处,以便在充气之后在下部周边处形成环形软垫。
5.如权利要求1所述的面罩,其中,在充气之后,下部周边是环形的,而隆起体是圆锥形的。
6.如权利要求1所述的面罩,其中,充气装置是位于顶部片上的充气阀,该充气阀为空气进入袋囊提供通道。
7.如权利要求1所述的面罩,其中,面罩是由软质塑料制成的,以便面罩可以在放气后折叠到一紧凑的区域中。

9.一种可充气复苏面罩组件,包括:
一顶部片,其接合于一底部片以形成一可充气袋囊,该袋囊充气后形成自支撑的隆起体,该隆起体基本上从隆起体的顶端向下部周边膨胀;
设置在袋囊上用于给面罩充气的充气装置,而在顶端处的开口允许空气经由该开口供给到已充气面罩底下的区域;以及
位于隆起体上、将顶部和底部片接合到一起的肋,以加强隆起体;
其中,在其放气状态下面罩能够折叠;以及
一包装,用于在其中存放放气和折叠后的面罩。
10.如权利要求9所述的面罩组件,其中,所述包装构成钥匙环、颈链的一部分,或可以装进钱包、钥匙环包、衣袋、汽车附件区域、颈链和作为皮带附件。
11.如权利要求9或10所述的面罩组件,其中,该面罩组件包括如权利要求2至8中任一项所限定的面罩。
