(b) weighting oil of 1-20%;

(c) stabilizing agent of 0.1-10%;
(d) foaming surfactant of 1-30%; With
(e) water.
2. according to the liquid personal cleansing composition of claim 1, wherein liquid personal cleansing composition comprises having humidizer phase and liquid cleaner emulsion mutually, said humidizer comprises agent of lipophile skin moisturizing and weighting oil mutually, said liquid cleaner comprises foaming surfactant mutually, stabilizing agent and water.
3. the liquid personal cleansing composition of arbitrary claim in requiring according to aforesaid right, wherein the proportion of weighting oil is 0.9-2.0.

A) humidizer phase comprises:

ⅱ) account for the weighting oil of composition weight 1%-20%, be selected from brominated vegetable oil, bromination polyol fatty acid polyesters, wood rosin glyceride and their mixture;

1) foaming surfactant in the main mixture and stabilizing agent mix,
2) heat main mixture,
3) lipophile skin moisturizing agent in the humidizer phase pre-composition and stability are mixed,
4) heating humidizer phase pre-composition, and
5) simultaneously humidizer phase pre-composition is mixed in the main mixture and the main mixture of cooling.
