Abstract
A process for preparing compound N-P-K fertilizer from the solidified substance of paper-making black liquor includes such steps as proportional mixing said solidified substance with ammonium hydrogen carbonate, stacking to convert the humic acid in solidified substance to soluble ammonium humate, reaction of a part of black liquor solidified substance on ammonia water, fully mixing ammonium humate with ammonium sulfate or ammonium chloride, ammonium phesphate and potassium chloride and delivered to drum granulator, and granulating. Its advantages include simple process, low cost, easy regulation of N-P-K ratio, high nutrient content up to 30% or more, not blocking and high compressive strength.
Description
The invention relates to a fertilizer, in particular to an organic nitrogen phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer produced by utilizing a papermaking black liquor condensate.
Humic acid compound fertilizer in the prior art is generally prepared by mixing, crushing and granulating humate (such asnitro ammonium humate), ammonium sulfate (or ammonium chloride), ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride and the like serving as raw materials. Although the process is simple, the humate used is generally prepared by using peat, brown coal, weathered coal and the like as raw materials through the steps of selection, crushing, ash removal and the like, ammoniation or nitration oxidation treatment and granulation and drying, so that the process of the humate is complex and high in price, and the cost of the humic acid compound fertilizer produced by the method is higher.
The invention aims to provide a process for producing an organic nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer by using a papermaking black liquor condensate, which is simple and has low production cost.
The main components of the papermaking black liquor condensate are lignin, cellulose, humic acid and trace elements beneficial to soil.
The process for producing the organic nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer by using the cured substances of the papermaking black liquor comprises the following steps:
and (3) curing the papermaking black liquor with the water content of 30-50% according to the following steps: adding ammonium bicarbonate in the proportion of ammonium bicarbonate = 10: 1, fully mixing and stacking for 5-6 hours to convert humic acid in the cured papermaking black liquor into soluble humic acid ammonium as far as possible, wherein the chemical reaction formula is as follows:
2. slowly adding ammonia water with the concentration of 15% into the papermaking black liquor condensate with the water content of 30-50%, and stirring until the pH value is 7-8, wherein the papermaking black liquor condensate has good fluidity and can be conveyed by a pump, and the chemical reaction formula is as follows:
3. the method comprises the steps of fully mixing 14-56 parts of ammonium humate obtained by reacting a cured papermaking black liquor with ammonium bicarbonate with 37-55 parts of ammonium sulfate (or 30-48 parts of ammonium chloride), 10-16 parts of ammonium phosphate and 9-14 parts of potassium chloride, then sending the mixture to a rotary drum granulator, reacting the cured papermaking black liquor with ammonia water to obtain 5-20 parts of ammonium humate, pumping the ammonium humate to the granulator, spraying the ammonium humate onto a material bed layer of the rotary drum granulator, and rolling the material in the granulator to form particles.
4. Drying, screening and cooling the granulated material to obtain the organic nitrogen phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer.
The process for producing the organic nitrogen phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer by using the cured substances of the papermaking black liquor fully utilizes the humic acid in the cured substances of the papermaking black liquor, has simple process flow and easily mastered control conditions, and adopts the papermaking black liquorThe price of the condensate is low, compared with the direct production by taking humate as raw material, the cost per ton is reduced by more than 250 yuan, the economic benefit is obvious, the proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of the humic acid organic compound fertilizer produced by the process is easy to adjust, and the total nutrient (N + P)2O5+K2O) can be kept above 30 percent, the humic acid content can be guaranteed above 8 percent, the product quality is good, no caking is caused, and the compressive strength is high.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Example 1: the 15-7-8-8(HA) organic NPK compound fertilizer is produced by utilizing cured papermaking black liquor, ammonium chloride, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate and 15% ammonia water.
(1) Fully mixing 21 parts of papermaking black liquor condensate with the water content of 40% with 21 parts of ammonium bicarbonate, and stacking for 6 hours to fully ammoniate the papermaking black liquor condensate and convert the papermaking black liquor condensate into soluble ammonium humate.
(2) Slowly adding 9.1 parts of papermaking black liquor condensate with the water content of 40% into 1.3 parts of ammonia water with the concentration of 15%, and stirring until the pH value is 7-8, wherein the papermaking black liquor condensate has good fluidity and can be conveyed by a pump.
(3) 23 parts of ammonium humate obtained by reacting the cured product of the papermaking black liquor with ammonium bicarbonate, 48 parts of ammonium chloride, 15.1 parts of ammonium phosphate and 13.4 parts of potassium chloride are fully mixed and then are sent to a rotary drum granulator, 10.4 parts of ammonium humate obtained by ammoniating the cured product of the papermaking black liquor with ammonia water is sent to the granulator by a pump and sprayed on a material bed layer of the rotary drum granulator, and the material rolls in the granulator to form particles. Drying, screening and cooling the granulated material to obtain the organic NPK compound fertilizer with 15-7-8-8(HA) nutrients.
The technical indication of the organic NPK compound fertilizer with 15-7-8-8(HA) of nutrients is as follows:
nitrogen content: 15.12% phosphorus pentoxide: 8.69 percent
Potassium chloride: 8.83% water: 5.97 percent
Free humic acid: 8.21% water-soluble humic acid: 4.86 percent
Granularity: 1-4.75 mm 98.77% compressive strength: 20.8N
Example 2:
(1) fully mixing 30 parts of papermaking black liquor condensate with the water content of 40 percent with 3 parts of ammonium bicarbonate and stacking for 5 hours;
(2) slowly adding 12.8 parts of papermaking black liquor condensate with the water content of 40% into 1.8 parts of ammonia water with the concentration of 15%, and stirring until the pH value is 7-8;
(3) and (2) fully mixing 33 parts of humic acid ammonium in the step (1) with 35 parts of ammonium sulfate, 13 parts of ammonium phosphate and 11 parts of potassium chloride, then sending the mixture to a rotary drum granulator, pumping 14.6 parts of humic acid ammonium in the step (2) to the granulator, spraying the mixture on a material bed layer of the rotary drum granulator, and rolling the material in the granulator to form particles. And drying, screening and cooling the granulated material to obtain the organic NPK compound fertilizer.
Claims (1)
1. A process for producing organic nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer by using cured substances of papermaking black liquor comprises the following steps:
(1) the papermaking black liquor condensate with the water content of 30-50 percent is prepared by the following steps: adding ammonium bicarbonate in the ratio of ammonium bicarbonate = 10: 1, fully mixing and stacking for 5-6 hours;
(2) slowly adding ammonia water with the concentration of 15% into the papermaking black liquor condensate with the water content of 30-50%, and stirring until the pH value is 7-8;
(3) fully mixing 14-56 parts of ammonium humate obtained by reacting a cured product of the papermaking black liquor with ammonium bicarbonate with 37-55 parts of ammonium sulfate or 30-48 parts of ammonium chloride, 10-16 parts of ammonium phosphate and 9-14 parts of potassium chloride, then sending the mixture to a rotary drum granulator, reacting the cured product of the papermaking black liquor with ammonia water to obtain 5-20 parts of ammonium humate, pumping the ammonium humate to the granulator and spraying the ammonium humate on a material bed layer of the rotary drum granulator, and rolling the material in the granulator to form particles;
(4) and drying, screening and cooling the granulated material.
