Abstract

一种卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池,包括:壳体、电解液、用作芯体卷绕的正、负极片和设置在正负极片间的隔膜,其特征在于:正、负极片相对侧分别设有规则间隔之凹凸缺口状边,凹凸缺口状边的凸起部位为无涂层极耳端,正、负无涂层极耳端分别用带束头极柱装订集束形成蓄电池的正负极柱。它将用作正、负极片的导电基板一侧边制成规则间隔之凹凸缺口状边,将无涂层的凸起部位用作为极耳,使正负极板与极耳形成一体。克服了在正、负极片上焊制镍条极耳存在的缺陷。这种结构上的改进,不仅大大简化了制造工艺,降低了制造成本,且可大大提高锂离子蓄电池的各种性能,能满足了大容量动力锂离子蓄电池的制作需要。

卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池
技术领域
本发明涉及是卷绕式锂离子蓄电池,尤其是一种卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池。
技术背景
常规的锂离子电池由芯体和壳体组成,所述的芯体为卷绕式结构,即由带状正、负极片和隔膜叠摞后卷制而成,正、负极片上均间隔焊有用作导流极耳的镍条,积集在芯体端的极耳集束后通过壳体两端的极柱引出。这种焊有镍条极耳的卷绕式锂离子蓄电池受镍条焊接工艺的限制,通常只能适应小容量蓄电池的制造,若制造一个上百安时量的动力型锂离子蓄电池,则需要在几十米长的正、负极片上间隔焊制用作导流极耳的镍条数百段,其制作过程既复杂,又不可靠,且叠焊在正、负极片上略有凸起的镍条会影响正负极片的平整卷绕。当正、负极片与隔膜叠摞卷制成芯体后,凸起的镍条极容易损坏隔膜,且叠摞卷制成芯体后集积在其端的镍条既容易折断,亦不容易集束固定。因此,这种结构的卷绕式锂离子电池在制成大容量动力锂电池时,很难保证众多镍条极耳的完整性,亦可能因导流极耳太多而影响电池大流量充放电时,极耳的导通性能。另外,这种焊有镍条极耳的锂离子电池制造工艺复杂,生产成本高,不能抗震动、容易出故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述卷绕式锂离子电池存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、制造成本低,耐大电流充放电,且可确保极耳不会折断之卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池。
本发明卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池,包括:壳体、电解液、用作芯体卷绕的正、负极片和设置在正负极片间的隔膜,其特征在于:1、正、负极片相对侧分别设有规则间隔之凹凸缺口状边,凹凸缺口状边的凸起部位为无涂层极耳端,各无涂层极耳端均设有供束头串置的通孔;2、两只分别用于正、负极片极耳集束的带束头极柱;3、正、负极片之凸起无涂层极耳端以相反方向布排,并与隔膜交替叠摞后卷绕构成的芯体,芯体两端的正、负无涂层极耳端分别用带束头极柱装订集束形成蓄电池的正负极柱;4、芯体封装在充满电解液壳体内,芯体两端的极柱分别从壳体的两端导出。
所述壳体用塑质材料或金属材料制成。
本发明卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池设计科学,结构简单、合理,它将用作正、负极片的导电基板一侧边制成规则间隔之凹凸缺口状边,利用其凸起部位作为极耳,使正负极板与极耳形成一体。克服了在正、负极片上焊制镍条极耳存在的缺陷。这种结构上的改进,不仅大大简化了制造工艺,降低了制造成本,且可大大提高锂离子蓄电池的各种性能,能满足了大容量动力锂离子蓄电池的制作需要。
本发明卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池的具体结构由以下附图和实施例详细给出。

具体实施方式
实施例:从图1可清楚地看到,卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池由壳体1、带束头极柱2、芯体3和电解液组成。
所述的壳体1为金属结构件组成,即由两端分别设有螺口11的管套12和可与管套12端螺口11配合之端盖13、14构成,端盖13、14上均开设有供芯体3两端极柱导出的通孔15。
所述芯体3由正极片4、负极片5、隔膜6卷绕而成,其两端连接带束头极柱2(见图2)。正极片4由正极导电基板40和正极活性浆料42制成(见图3),正极导电基板40为条形片状金属铝箔或铝网或铝板,条形片状正极导电基板40的一侧边设有规则间隔之凹凸缺口状边,正极活性浆料42按常规工艺涂复在正极导电基板40两面,正极导电基板40凹凸缺口状边的凸起部位为无涂层正极极耳端41,各无涂层极耳端41均设有供带束头极柱2安装的通孔43;所述的负极片5由负极导电基板50和负极活性浆料52制成(见图4),负极导电基板50为条形片状金属铜箔或铜网或铜板,条形片状负极导电基板50相对于正极导电基板40凹凸缺口状边的另一侧边亦为规则间隔之凹凸缺口状边,负极活性浆料52按常规工艺涂复在负极导电基板50两面,负极导电基板50凹凸缺口状边的凸起部位为无涂层负极极耳端51,各无涂层极耳端51均设有供带束头极柱2安装的通孔53。正极片4、负极片5凹凸缺口状边相对反向,其间称垫隔膜6叠摞后卷绕成柱状体,柱状体两端的正、负无涂层极耳端41、51分别通过螺栓20和螺母21集束装订固定在束头座22上形成带正负极柱的蓄电池芯体3。
所述带束头极柱2(见图4),带束头极2的一端设配有螺栓20、螺母21的束头座22,束头座22上开设有供螺栓20串置的通孔27,另一端为带螺纹头23的极柱24,极柱24配有密封圈25和螺母26。
将芯体3置于壳体1之管套12内,端盖13、14分别通过其与管套12两端螺口11的配合安装在管套12两端,芯体3两端带束头极柱2之极柱24分别从端盖13、14的通孔15导出,凭借极柱24上螺纹头23与密封圈25和螺母26的配合,将通孔15封闭,封闭的壳体1内充满电解液。

Claims (4)

1、一种卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池,包括:壳体、电解液、用作芯体卷绕的正、负极片和设置在正负极片间的隔膜,其特征在于:
a、正、负极片相对侧分别设有规则间隔之凹凸缺口状边,凹凸缺口状边的凸起部位为无涂层极耳端,各无涂层极耳端均设有供束头串置的通孔;
b、两只分别用于正、负极片极耳集束的带束头极柱;
c、正、负极片之凸起无涂层极耳端以相反方向布排,并与隔膜交替叠摞后卷绕构成的芯体,芯体两端的正、负无涂层极耳端分别用带束头极柱装订集束形成蓄电池的正负极柱;
d、芯体封装在充满电解液壳体内,芯体两端的极柱分别从壳体的两端导出。
2、根据权利要求1所述的卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池,其特征在于:正极片(4)由正极导电基板(40)和正极活性浆料(42)制成,正极导电基板(40)为条形片状金属铝箔或铝网或铝板,条形片状正极导电基板(40)的一侧边设有规则间隔之凹凸缺口状边,正极活性浆料(42)按常规工艺涂复在正极导电基板(40)两面,正极导电基板(40)凹凸缺口状边的凸起部位为无涂层正极极耳端(41),各无涂层极耳端(41)均设有供带束头极柱(2)安装的通孔(43);负极片(5)由负极导电基板(50)和负极活性浆料(52)制成,负极导电基板(50)为条形片状金属铜箔或铜网或铜板,条形片状负极导电基板(50)相对于正极导电基板(40)凹凸缺口状边的另一侧边亦为规则间隔之凹凸缺口状边,负极活性浆料(52)按常规工艺涂复在负极导电基板(50)两面,负极导电基板(50)凹凸缺口状边的凸起部位为无涂层负极极耳端(51),各无涂层极耳端(51)均设有供带束头极柱(2)安装的通孔(53)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池,其特征在于:壳体(1)由金属结构件组成,即由两端设有螺口(11)的管套(12)和可分别与管套(12)两端螺口(11)配合之端盖(13、14)构成,端盖(13、14)上均开设有供芯体(3)两端极柱导出的通孔(15)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的卷绕式动力型锂离子蓄电池,其特征在于:带束头极柱(2)的一端设置配有螺栓(20)和螺母(21)的束头座(22),束头座(22)上设有供螺栓(20)串置的通孔(27);带束头极柱(2)的另一端为带螺纹头(23)的极柱(24),极柱(24)配有密封圈(25)和螺母(26)。
