Abstract

通常，香烟在过滤嘴区域包括一个小腔室(和过滤部分所允许的尺寸一样大)，该腔室具有低气压作用(hypobaric action)。通过该低气压作用可以沉淀分取烟中含有的焦油颗粒。烟在接近上述腔室的区域被加速，然后进入一个平静的区域，在此区域压力低于大气压；这有助于分离烟中所含质量大于其余物质质量的最大的颗粒。烟被抽烟者通过出口孔吸出，而在上述腔室中留下平均占初始烟中所含焦油总量70％到80％的焦油。
完成这样一种装置，很显然不允许烟从低压腔经过从入口到出口时遵循一条线性路径。
附图表示了一些可以应用上述操作原理的可能的技术方案。
考虑到上述原理可以用许多罗列不完的方式来实现，并且可以根据各种所用烟草、烟草特定的水分含量、和一系列数值包括外界温度和湿度等改变形状和尺寸的比率。
由于上述原因，下述例子只是对上述操作原理的说明。如“1/1”所示具有必要元件，a)一个或多个在A，B和PROSP中用IPOB表示的低压腔(其中处于压降状态)；b)进入低压腔的一个入口通道，其能够加速烟的流动，并且在A和B以及PROSP中用Ca1表示；c)一个出口通道(或者不止一个通道)，该通道能够再次加速流动，并使腔室处于降低压力的状态下，在A和B以及PROSP中用Ca2表示。
在1/1中，A代表B的截面S-S’，B表示A的截面A-A’，在A所示的截面中，一支香烟在含有烟草(T)的部分和传统的纤维素或其它材料(F.CELL)的过滤嘴之间设置了本发明的装置，但显然该装置也可定位于传统的过滤嘴的下游，或者插入香烟的两个或更多的过滤嘴之间，或者作为香烟的一个单独的过滤元件。对该装置唯一的限制是，其在燃烧材料的方向上、必须定位于烟草和抽烟者之间。
在2/2中，示例性地表示了3个其它形式，但不限制形状和尺寸；其中可以很方便地完成本发明的装置，所述装置分别以A、B和C表示。附图C表示了串联设置的一个过滤系统可能的应用，其中从一个低压腔到另一个低压腔的通道作为第一个低压腔的出口、而作为第二个低压腔的入口，并用Ca1BIS表示。
在每一个例子中，图中仅仅表示了两个必要元件，即低压作用沉淀分取腔和腔室的入口通道和出口通道；用IPOB表示所述腔室，用Ca1和Ca2表示的腔室的入口通道和出口通道。即使，从所进行的实验可知，在第一次通过低压腔时焦油冷凝物降低，然而本发明的这些必要部件，在许多情况下，仍然被重复以便放大过滤作用，使烟不必要的或较少重复地通过多个装置。
在所述腔室中，利用降低的压力，大质量的颗粒倾向于凝结并从非线性的路径逸出，该非线性的路径是烟从腔室排出所需要的，并且总是利用压力降，烟的成分的温度降低，进一步隔离开焦油；因此所述腔室的关键作用在于调整其相对于所述通道尺寸、烟草形式、以及其它各种变化的体积，以便获得所需结果。为此，没有表示理想的或公称尺寸，而只是对本发明装置可以生产的原理进行了说明。
通过例如下述尺寸已经获得了显著的效果：
a)入口孔直径0.5-0.8mm；
b)出口孔直径1-2mm；
c)低压腔0.25-1.5cc的容积。
显然，根据实际应用，这些数值可以有很大的改变。

Claims (5)

1.一种装置，该装置插入在一支香烟内，或者设置在香烟上靠近排出烟口的区域，烟被迫通过一个入口通道，一个低压沉淀分取腔和一个出口通道，可以分离并滞留大量包含在初始烟中的焦油，这对于抽烟者的健康明显有益。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装置，其特征在于，包括串联或并联的相同元件，重复过滤作用以获得更好的效果。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种装置，其特征在于，所述装置与其它种类的过滤嘴连接，所述过滤嘴如碳，纤维素等其它种类的过滤嘴。
4.据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种装置，其特征在于，所述装置可以从香烟上拿走而并非固定在香烟上，这种装置可以时不时地根据要过滤的成份应用多次。
5.据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的一种装置，其特征在于，所述装置装配了一种系统，使之可以从内部清洗，从而可以无限的重复利用而不会消耗材料。
