Abstract
本发明是将辊筒,或类似辊筒的沙轮筒等(或起打磨作用的),连接在电机上,让电机带动其转动,对墙体进行抛光或打磨(清除旧墙体)。用机械化操作取代人工操作,提高了质量和效率,降低了劳动强度。增加墙体美观、实用程度。
Description
本发明涉及电机、辊筒。
人民通常使用涂料装饰墙时，首先要对旧墙面铲除清理原有的涂料后，使用新涂料后对墙面进行抛光。例如使用聚乙烯醇涂料装饰墙壁，经常要进行抛光，提高美观和耐水增硬的性能。
目前，铲除清理和抛光都采用人工操作，劳动强度大，不平整，抛光工作完全依靠工人的熟练程度。抛光无论如何也不能取得理想的效果。
本发明的目的是提供一种墙面装饰时铲除清理旧墙体，墙面抛光工序的机器。能大幅度减轻工人劳动强度，解决墙面不平整，提高墙面的美观、实用程度。
本发明的技术解决方案，是让一光滑的辊筒与电机相连接，让电机带动辊筒转动，使之贴紧墙面，施加适当的压力，对墙面进行抛光。
本发明的技术解决方案，是让一不光滑的辊筒(或类似辊筒的沙轮筒等)与电机相连接，让电机带动辊筒转动，使之贴紧墙面，施加适当的力对旧墙面进行清理。
本发明的优点，大幅降低工人劳动强度，解决了旧墙体清理后不平整的现象，让有序的抛光代替无序的抛光。提高墙面的美观和实用程度
下面结合附图和实施例，对本发明作详细说明。
推动机器使之靠近墙壁，调节橡胶垫1使辊筒贴住墙面，施以一定的压力，同时启动电机3和电机4，让辊筒转动，电机4经减速后让辊筒2和电机3均匀上升或下降，从而完成抛光或铲除旧墙的工作。

- 本发明是将光滑的辊筒，或类似辊筒的沙轮筒等(起到打磨的作用)连接在电机上，并用适当的方法使之贴紧墙面，让电机带动其转动，对墙体进行抛光或打磨(清除旧墙体)。
