技术领域
本发明涉及一种在储存液体和液化气体时保证混合物成分不变的方法和装置。
背景技术
液体或液化气体储存在密封的容器中,从这些密封的容器灌到其它的容器中,这些容器又可以被用作灌到更小的容器中的储存容器。
气体在压力下液化的情况下,抽取借助本身的压力进行。在由多于一种组分组成的压力液化气体中,存在着在当前容器中根据充填状态和温度产生或多或少大量气相的危险,气相在其按份额的成分方面不同于液相。
因此,在液化气体混合物中,气态的相或液态的相的成分可以根据混合物的温度和气体-和液体体积之间的比例而变化。在容器液面下降时,处于气相的和处于液相的混合物的成分发生变化。成分的变化可能导致,混合物成分不再与混合物的灌入成分一致。
这种问题例如出现在储存制冷技术用的液化气体时。在制冷技术中,不仅使用共沸混合物也使用非共沸混合物。在共沸混合物中,气相的成分与处于平衡状态的液相的成分不同。
根据ARI 700/ASHRAE 34/DIN 8960,制冷剂R407C含有HFC32、HFC125和HFC134a,重量比为23∶25∶52,每种组分容许的偏差为±2重量%。如把这种非共沸混合物储存在通常的容器中,并且从这个容器中取出液相时,人们发现,在液相中HFC134a增多,而两种其它的组分减少。相应地,在气相中HFC134a减少,而两种其它的组分增多。这种成分上的改变是不希望的,因为它可能因此干扰调到一个确定的混合物成分下工作的制冷设备。例如可能达不到计划的制冷效率。
JP 8-4997描述了一种方法,用这种方法,能够在储存液化的气体和从储存容器中取出液化气体时避免浓度的变化。按照这种方法,在取出气体的同时,向储存容器中压入或是一种惰性气体或是液化的气体混合物的具有较低沸点并因此在气相中增多的气体组分。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,提出一种方法和一种装置,其中不再出现上述的问题。本任务通过按照本发明的方法及其所属的装置解决。
按照本发明的方法适用于储存液体和液化气体,特别适用于储存液化气体,例如加压液化的非共沸气体混合物,特别是非共沸制冷剂。
按照本发明的方法的特征在于,借助一个与装有标准混合物的容器和储存容器连接的差压传感器测量气相成分的变化。
当显示的压差偏离一个确定的数值带时,通过补充具有较高分压的气体组分,恢复原始的混合物成分,特别是液相的成分。
补充一直进行到压差值朝相反的方向超过预先确定的压差范围为止。
通过使用差压传感器测量标准混合物和在储存容器中的气相之间的压差。
作为差压传感器,例如可以使用机械的显示仪器、电子传感器或U-形管。
待储存的混合物的组分被用作标准混合物。标准混合物的成分以在储存罐中的混合物的液相的能容许偏差的成分为准。
具体实施方式
在一种实施形式中,HFC407c被储存在密封的大容器中。液相从大容器中被取出。为了保证液体成分,向储存罐中补充一种由HFC32和HFC125组成的混合物。补充直到储存罐中的压力达到能通过差压传感器读出的上极限值为止。
因为差压传感器非常准确并且能够用作电子部件,因此能够把测量部位与一种在线的过程控制结合起来。
差压传感器和标准混合物的容器可以安放在储存容器的旁边、上边或内部。
可以发现,用相对简单的支出能够监控对气体组分的补充并能够把液化气体在其成分方面无论是气相还是液相都以一个非常小的波动偏差保持在一个确定的成分内。至今流行的昂贵的用GC-分析对成分的检测可以因此而取消。

Claims (5)

1.用于确定和调整具有非共沸特性的液体和液化气体混合物的成分的方法,其特征在于,借助于一个差压传感器通过与一种标准混合物进行压力比较测量混合物成分的变化,并且通过补充具有较高分压的混合物组分调整所述混合物成分。
2.按照权利要求1所述的用于确定和调整具有非共沸特性的液体和液化气体混合物的成分的方法,其特征在于,通过与一种标准混合物进行压力比较测量制冷剂混合物的混合物成分的变化,并且通过补充混合物组分调整混合物成分。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的用于确定和调整具有非共沸特性的液体和液化气体混合物的成分的方法,其特征在于,标准混合物含有储存混合物的组分。
4.按照权利要求1所述的用于确定和调整具有非共沸特性的液体和液化气体混合物的成分的方法,其特征在于,标准混合物液相的成分与储存混合物的液相的能容许偏差的成分相对应。
5.用于确定和调整在储存容器中的非共沸混合物的混合物成分的装置,其特征在于,有一个与储存容器和标准混合物结合的差压测量仪器。
