Abstract

本发明涉及一种软质丝带上商标饰件制法。它的主要步骤是先将丝带条结合端予以热压、夹压在模具中,进行第一次高压射出加工,使丝带条的结合端形成具有高突商标图样的初胚塑料,再置入第二次射出加工的模具,进行第二次射出加工,使射出的塑料包覆初胚塑料的外部,以形成一饰件。从而,饰件结合紧密,同时提高生产率,降低制造成本。

Description

软质丝带上商标饰件制法
本发明涉及一种软质丝带上商标饰件制法。
目前,以传统的物件包附加工结合塑料,基本上为取一硬质的物件作为被包覆件,只需借模具在夹压密合时予以夹固定位在模穴中,再经塑料的注入射出加工,即可轻易地在该被包覆件上塑制结合形成表面具有特定商标图样的广告饰件。
然而,如果欲对于软质的丝带条上加工制作塑料商标广告饰件,却面临丝带条为软性材料,在夹压固定在模具中时,其延伸的条带末端无法有效作高度定位,一经塑料在高压下注入射出成型,其延伸的条带末端通常因其高压冲击下,致使成型后的塑模饰件暴露出其丝带条的板件,形成一品质不良的遐疵品,对品质要求严格的厂商而言,一旦经常发生产品的不良率增高,其生产成本自然相应提高,甚至无法实现商品生产量。
鉴此,本发明的目的是提供一种软质丝带上商标饰件制法,它能使具有触模柔软性的丝带条上有效制造结合具有广告商标饰件、且生产中所发生的品质不良率可控制在几乎为零,又可使在软质的丝带上结合塑料的饰块体,且其结合紧密度极稳固。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种软质丝带上商标饰件制法,其特征在于
步骤为:
1)将丝带条的结合端先行施予未达到熔融状态的热压过程;
2)将上述丝带条的结合端夹压在模具中;
3)射出加工塑料在射出塑制前,用压出机混捻与丝带条原料成份相同或相近似的分子结构塑胶、且使丝带条与外包射加工料熔融成为一体;
4)进行第一次高压射出加工,使丝带条的结合端形成具有高突商标图样的初胚塑料;
5)对上述初胚塑料置入第二次射出加工的模具中,其中商突商标图样定位在模具的凹穴中定位,且以该模具夹压已热压过的丝带条硬质结合端上;
6)进行第二次射出加工,使射出的塑料包覆初胚塑料的外部,以形成一饰件;所述热压过程为超高波加工;所述丝带条呈粗糙组织,又其厚度大于1mm,只需进行第一次高压射出加工。
由于采用上述方案,能达到饰件结合紧密,同时提高生产率、降低制造成本。
下面结合附图和实施例对发明进一步说明。

本实施例的制法系将丝带条10(如图1所示),在其结合端11处先施以热压过程,如图3的(A)所示,其所述热压指使丝带纤维组织受热末熔融的温度下进行(亦包括超高波加工方式),可使丝带条10的各组织纤维单元达到一定的硬化程度,该硬化程序不包括硬化及碎化等过渡状态。
将前述以热压过的丝带条1的结合端11置入在第一次塑模20中,以第一次塑模20的周缘21夹持结合端11的丝带板体,如图3的(B)所示;进行第一次射出加工成型一初胚塑料22在丝带条10末端,如图3的(C)所示。
所述的初胚塑料22在射出塑制前,需要经由压出机混捻与丝带条10原料同质或近似的分子结构塑胶成份,以改变第一次塑模射出料本身的分子结构,使丝带条与外覆的初胚塑料二者塑料分子结构熔融后结合成一体。
所述完成的第一次塑制动胚塑料22,因丝带条10为单边夹持,故高压射出加工料冲击下,可能造成丝带板体23暴露显出在外,而动胚塑料22在表面形成有高突的商标图样24,如图4所示。
再将动胚塑料22再置于第二次塑模25中,以其外的突出商标图样24定位在第二次塑模25的凹穴26中,在结合端11处以模具周缘夹压固定,以两处定位在模具中,经由二次射出加压塑模后,再包覆塑料在前述动胚塑料22外,进而完全包覆丝带板体23,以制成一美观的商标饰件,如图5所示。
值得一提的是,其中该丝带条10,其组织如果属于粗糙质的松散状、且带条厚度约大于1mm以上,当结合端11处施以热压过程后,即具有极佳的硬度及合适包射结合的条件,故一次包射成型初胚塑料22时,其丝带板体23将不会暴露出在胚料之外,即达到完成加工形成一饰件。
另外,还可在丝带条10的结合端11上设有穿透的镂孔12,如图2所示,使其前述包射的塑料可更完全地渗入结合一体。

Claims (3)

1、一种软质丝带上商标饰件制法,其特征在于步骤为:
1)将丝带条的结合端先行施予未达到熔融状态的热压过程;
2)将上述丝带条的结合端夹压在模具中;
3)射出加工塑料在射出塑制前,用压出机混捻与丝带条原料成份相同或相近似的分子结构塑胶、且使丝带条与外包射加工料熔融成为一体;
4)进行第一次高压射出加工,使丝带条的结合端形成具有高突商标图样的初胚塑料;
5)对上述初胚塑料置入第二次射出加工的模具中,其中商突商标图样定位在模具的凹穴中定位,且以该模具夹压已热压过的丝带条硬质结合端上;
6)进行第二次射出加工,使射出的塑料包覆初胚塑料的外部,以形成一饰件。
2、按权利要求1所述的软质丝带上商标饰件制法,其特征是:所述热压过程为超高波加工。
3、按权利要求1所述的软质丝带上商标饰件制法,其特征是:所述丝带条呈粗糙组织,又其厚度大于1mm,只需进行第一次高压射出加工。
