Abstract
本发明涉及一种自动重接器,它包括其触头被制成电流输入端形状的真空开关和与所述电流输入端相连的发送式变换器。这些部件都覆有聚合绝缘材料,该材料上盖有与电流输入端的绝缘相连的金属护罩。所有导电部件都被隔离,因而外罩紧密度的损失不会影响设备的运行。电流输入端通过筒夹与隔离的导体相连,并得到耐大气侵蚀的、基于树脂的绝缘部分的保护。外壳的下部由Lexan式耐大气半抗碎玻璃制成。
Description
本发明涉及电气工程,即涉及开关设备,并用于中压架空输电线路的自动关断模式的切换和实施自动重接、切断等。
自重接器包括真空开关、电流变换器、套管和充有空气或SF6气体的保护外罩。
第一种情况下的解决方案的缺点,是由于空气的绝缘距离引起的总体尺寸太大,在第二种情况下则是对外罩防泄漏的严格要求和复杂的制造技术。
本发明的目的,是提供高度可靠且总体尺寸小的无SF6气体自动重接器。另外,本发明使自动重接器的成本降低。根据本发明,TEL系列的电力架空线路的自动重接器—自动开关包括带有真空腔的真空开关、推力绝缘子(thrust-insulator)、柔性触头、电流变换器和以套管实施的电流输入端。它们被置于上方有保护体且底部有供直观检查的透明窗口的一体的绝缘外壳中。
为了确保与真空开关的可靠接触,套管的设计使得能够把绝缘导线插入并固定在套管中一在此情况下导线的绝缘成为套管的绝缘的一部分。包括带闭合触头的磁锁销(magnetic latch)的相分离磁致动器的TEL型真空开关,是最适合于这种自动重接器的。
图1是自动重接器的总体图,显示了至架空电力线的连接方法;
图2是一该自动重接器的真空开关模块之一的轴的剖视图。
图1显示了自动重接器1-用于架空电力线的TEL系列自动开关,它带有安装在电杆6上的绝缘跳线2、支撑绝缘子3、悬挂绝缘子4、控制装置5。
图2显示了安装在电杆6上的自动重接器的真空切换模块7之一的轴线的剖视图。自重接器1包括电流变换器8、套管9、电流输入端、外壳10、Lexan型防弹玻璃11、带有控制装置5的接合部分12。
该装置的工作如下,自动重接器1被装在架空电线杆上并与悬挂绝缘子4之间的断路器4并联。
真空开关7的操作在套管9之间插上或拔掉一个电路。这些操作是由控制装置5的指令指供的。控制装置5根据所需的保护和自动功能,在电流变压器8的信号之下产生指令。

Claims (3)
1、TEL系列的用于架空电力线的自动重接器—自动开关,它包括真空开关、电流变压器、套管和保护罩,其特征在于带有真空腔、推力绝缘子、柔性触头、电流交换器和由套管实施的电流输入端的真空开关被置于带有位于上方的保护体和位于底部的用于直观检查的透明窗口的整体绝缘罩中。
2、根据权利要求1的自动重接器,其中与自动重接器相连的导线的绝缘是由套管绝缘的一部分实现的。
3、根据权利要求1或2的自动重接器,其中TEL式开关包括带有闭合触头的磁锁销的相分离磁致动器的TEL式开关被用作真空开关。
