Abstract

Description
发明背景
本发明涉及饮用容器,特别是涉及通常用于自行车运动或其它体育活动的柔性饮用容器。
柔性饮用容器(通常称作水瓶)被用于很多体育运动和户外活动,例如自行车运动、跑步和徒步旅行。这些容器一般具有一由诸如聚乙烯之类的柔性材料制成的本体。在本体上有一个通常带有阳螺纹的颈部。一封闭构件或称盖子具有与该阳螺纹相配的阴螺纹,这个盖子可取下地装配在本体上。在封闭构件上有一个饮嘴,饮嘴上设有一可滑动的挡止件。
当把挡止件推向封闭构件时,可以防止流体流出或进入容器。当有人需要饮用盛装在容器内的液体时,可以将挡止件向外拉,通常再将容器倒倾过来,使饮嘴向下进入嘴巴或朝着嘴巴的方向。使用者挤压容器,迫使其中液体从饮嘴流入其口内。在饮用了一定量的液体之后,使容器回到竖直位置并将其释放。容器向外膨胀,将空气通过饮嘴吸入容器中。
容器中经常装满了来路不明的水或其它液体。此外,很多人不愿饮用未经处理或过滤的自来水。因此,有必要在饮用之前对装在此类容器中的水进行过滤或处理。例如可以将一个过滤器装配到此类容器的饮嘴上。然而,虽然这样的过滤器可以对从容器中挤出来的液体进行过滤,但在容器处于竖直状态之后,该过滤器会阻碍空气进入容器中。空气最终可以通过过滤器,但这个过程是缓慢的,这就意味着使用者在第一次饮用之后不能立即进行下一次饮用,因为需要一定的时间间隔容器才能重新充满空气。
因此,需要有一种用于对由此类运动型容器给出的液体进行过滤或处理的改进装置。
本发明的一个目的在于,提供一种适于和柔性的运动型饮水容器一起使用的改进的过滤装置。
本发明另一个目的在于,提供一种用于运动型饮水容器的改进的过滤装置,该过滤装置可以对从容器内挤出来的水进行过滤或处理,但是不会阻碍空气进入容器。
本发明的又一个目的在于,提供一种用于运动型饮水容器的改进的过滤装置,该过滤装置可以经济地制造,并且结构牢固、使用可靠。
本发明的又一个目的在于,提供一种用于运动型饮水容器的改进的过滤装置,该过滤器不会受到进入容器的空气中的微粒的沾染。
发明概要
本发明提供了一种饮用容器,包括:一柔性中空本体,该本体具有一内腔、一颈部和一可拆卸地连接于颈部的封闭构件。在封闭构件上有一饮嘴。一过滤装置在本体内部可操纵地连接于饮嘴。该过滤装置包括一过滤器和一阀,该阀带有一成为过滤器旁路的通道。通道内有一个可移动的阀构件,当容器处于饮嘴在顶部的竖直位置时,阀构件可以使通道开通,当容器从竖直位置倒倾过来或受到挤压时,阀构件将通道封住。
过滤装置可以包括一中空壳体和位于该壳体内的过滤器和阀构件。
阀构件能在壳体内往复移动。所述通道包括一位于饮嘴和所述壳体之间的第一开口。在所述壳体和阀构件之间有一空间,在所述壳体和容器本体内腔之间有一个第二开口。当所述容器倒倾或受到挤压时,阀构件堵住第一开口,从而使流体在进入饮嘴前经过过滤器而流出容器。当容器被放回到竖直位置或解除压力时,阀构件从第一开口落下,从而使进入颈部的空气通过所述第一开口、绕过所述过滤器、通过所述通道和所述第二开口而进入容器本体内。

对较佳实施例的详细描述
参见各附图,首先是图1-3,它们示出了根据本发明的一实施例的饮用容器10。该饮用容器具有一本体12,这个本体是一个中空的、柔性的构件,通常是由聚乙烯或类似的塑料制成。本体12具有一颈部14,在该颈部上装配有一个可拆卸的封闭构件或称盖子16。在该实施例中,在颈部14上设有阳螺纹18,在封闭构件16上具有与之相配的阴螺纹20。也可以采用其它结构将封闭构件可拆卸地连接于本体。
封闭构件上有一个饮嘴22,饮嘴22具有一可允许液体如图1中箭头26所示的那样排出的中心开口24。饮嘴具有一带有中心塞头23的环形外开口21。一挡止件28可滑动地接配在饮嘴上。该挡止件具有一外凸缘29和一中心开口31。图1和图2示出了挡止件被拉离从而允许液体从饮嘴的环形开口21和挡止件的开口31如图1所示那样地流出容器的情况,以及允许空气如图2中的箭头33所示那样进入容器的情况。当把挡止件推向本体12时,挡止件可密封饮嘴的环形开口21,塞头23可密封挡止件上的开口31。这种结构配置对一般类型的水瓶是常规的。
该容器具有一总地由标号40表示的过滤装置。该过滤装置通过封闭构件内的一对相互间隔设置的环形凸缘42和44连接于封闭构件。如图3清楚地所示,过滤装置40具有一中空壳体46,而壳体又具有一设有一外唇部43的敞开的顶部41。唇部43可以卡配在封闭构件的凸缘42和44之间,藉以将过滤装置连接于封闭构件。
壳体46内有一个可动的阀构件50。当容器处于竖直位置时,如图2所示,阀构件50向下而离开饮嘴的内端52,从而允许空气如箭头33所示的那样进入容器中。一通道54从饮嘴内端的第一开口56延伸至壳体底部60的第二开口58。通道54还包括一位于阀构件50和壳体46内侧之间的环形空间62。当挡止件28打开并且容器竖直时,空气可以通过饮嘴22,流过阀构件50周围的空间62,并从开口58进入容器。
阀构件50具有一圆筒形的中空本体61,该本体具有一顶部63和一底部64。顶部有一个顶部开口70,底部有一个底部开口72。分别如图4和6所示,在这两个开口上设有圆形的格栅74和76。
本体61具有圆筒形的外壁78,外壁上设有三个纵向延伸的肋条80、82和84,借以使壁78与壳体46间隔开来,而在阀构件和壳体46之间形成空间62。
壳体46从其顶部41向其底部60逐渐收缩变细。因此,当容器处于图2所示的竖直位置时,肋条80-84与壳体接触,并将阀构件维持在壳体底部60上方。这样就允许空气从阀构件的底部与壳体底部之间通过而到达开口58,然后进入容器内部。
如图1-3所示,一过滤器90占据了阀构件的内腔。在该实施例中,过滤器是活性炭和阳离子交换树脂的组合。该实施例采用了由俄亥俄州哥伦布市的Barneby & Sutcliffe公司出售的HR5椰壳活性炭和新泽西州伯明翰市的Sybron Chemicals股份公司出售的Ionac C-249阳离子交换树脂。当然,也可以用其它用于处理水的过滤介质或物质来替代。
如图2和图3清楚地所示,阀构件的顶部有一个圆盘形的突起100,封闭构件的内侧有一个形状与之相配的凹座102。当容器的本体受到挤压或者当它从图2的位置倒倾过来时,容器内的流体的压力或重力会使阀构件朝封闭构件移动,从而使突起100进入凹座102而封住开口56。
因此,当使用者饮用容器中的流体时,容器中的流体是进入开口58,随后从开口72进入过滤器。液体流过过滤器,并从开口70排出,接着从饮嘴流出容器供饮用。当容器被放回竖直状态或释放时,如图2所示,阀构件返回到离开封闭构件的位置,因而空气可以沿通道54从过滤器旁边通过。
熟悉本技术领域的人员应该理解,以上描述的仅仅是本发明的一个例子,可以对该例子作出变化而不会偏离由所附权利要求所限定的本发明的保护范围。
Claims (16)
1.一种饮用容器,包括:
一具有一颈部的柔性中空本体;
一可拆卸地连接于所述颈部的封闭构件;
一在所述封闭构件上的饮嘴;以及
一在所述本体内可操纵地连接于所述饮嘴的过滤装置,该过滤装置包括一过滤器、一旁通过所述过滤器的通道和一在所述通道内的可移动阀构件,当容器处于饮嘴在顶部的竖直位置时,阀构件可以使所述通道开通,而当容器从所述竖直位置倒倾或受到挤压时,阀构件堵住所述通道。
2.如权利要求1所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,所述过滤装置包括一中空壳体,所述过滤器和阀构件都在所述壳体内。
3.如权利要求2所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,所述过滤器位于所述阀构件内。
4.如权利要求3所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,所述阀构件能在所述壳体内往复移动,所述通道包括一位于饮嘴和壳体之间的第一开口、一位于壳体和阀构件之间的空间、以及一位于壳体和容器本体内腔之间的第二开口。
5.如权利要求4所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,当所述容器倒倾或受到挤压时,所述阀构件堵住第一开口,从而使流体在进入饮嘴前经过过滤器而流出容器。
6.如权利要求5所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,当容器被放回到竖直位置或解除压力时,阀构件从第一开口落下,从而使进入颈部的空气通过所述第一开口、旁通过所述过滤器、通过所述通道和所述第二开口进入容器本体内部。
7.如权利要求6所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,所述壳体是圆筒形的,所述阀构件也是圆筒形的,所述通道包括一位于阀构件和壳体之间的有锥角的环状空间。
8.如权利要求7所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,所述阀构件具有一圆筒形的侧壁和沿着侧壁纵向延伸的三个肋条,藉以使侧壁与所述壳体隔开。
9.如权利要求8所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,所述壳体具有一顶部和一底部,所述第一开口位于顶部,所述第二开口位于底部。
10.如权利要求9所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,所述壳体具有一自上而下逐渐收缩变细的内腔,当容器处于竖直位置时,所述阀构件的各肋条可以将阀构件保持在壳体底部的上方。
11.如权利要求10所述的饮用容器,其特征在于,所述封闭构件具有一靠近所述饮嘴的凹座,所述阀构件具有一形状与该凹座相配的突起,当容器从竖直位置倒倾过来时,所述突起座落在所述凹座内。
12.一种饮用容器,包括:
一具有一内腔和一颈部的柔性中空本体;
一可拆卸地连接于所述颈部的封闭构件;
一位于所述封闭构件上的饮嘴;以及
一位于所述本体内并可操纵地连接于所述饮嘴的过滤装置,该过滤装置包括一相对于所述饮嘴可往复运动地安装的过滤器,因此,当容器倒倾或受到挤压时,所述过滤装置与饮嘴接合,以过滤从容器流出的液体,而当容器竖直或被解除压力时,所述过滤装置与饮嘴脱开,以允许空气绕过过滤器而进入容器。
13.一种用于饮用容器的过滤装置,该容器具有一带有饮嘴的可拆卸封闭构件,所述装置包括:
一具有一顶部和一底部的本体,一位于本体顶部的第一开口和一位于本体底部的第二开口;
一位于本体顶部的阀构件,其形状使其可以在饮嘴附近与容器密封地接合;以及
一位于本体内的过滤器。
14.如权利要求13所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述阀构件具有一位于本体顶部的突起。
15.如权利要求13所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述本体具有一外表面,所述外表面上有三个纵向延伸的肋条。
16.如权利要求13所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括一壳体,所述本体可往复地安装在该壳体内,所述壳体包括一可接合于所述封闭构件的连接装置。
