双频超声辐射器声辐射板
本发明涉及的是一种双频超声辐射器声辐射板。属于医疗器械专业领域。
技术背景中传统的功率超声理疗用超声换能器,为了获得较高的发射效率、保护压电振子免受媒质的侵蚀并为振子提供机械支撑以便于安装,通常采用二分之一波长整数倍厚度(nλ/2)的金属板制成声辐射板,使压电振子发射的超声能量有效地传递到媒质中去。这已成为超声换能器设计的常识,如:经检索获得的类似技术文件:
1、PNT Wells,Biomedical Ultrasonics,Academic Press,p471,1977。
2、郭志英,俞世勋,高振岭,杨贵琦,超声治疗学,陕西科学技术出版
   社,p22 1983。
上述文件涉及的技术均适用于单频超声辐射器,至今尚未发现有同时适用于双频超声辐射器声辐射板方面的文献报导。
本发明的目的在于克服技术背景中的不足,提出一种同时适用于基本谐振频率和第一泛音频率的激励下都能实现大功率发射的双频超声辐射器声辐射板。
本发明的技术方案如下:平板型非聚焦型或碗型聚焦型压电陶瓷换能器振子,具有多个谐振频率(基频f0和泛音频率f3,f5,f7,...)的特性,可令其工作在基频f0和第一泛音频率f3,计算这两个频率下声辐射板材料的半波长λ0/2和λ3/2的最小公倍数,作为该换能器的声辐射板的厚度,即可设计成适用于两种工作频率的声辐板。发射型PZT陶瓷片其厚度谐振频率中,第一泛音频率f3约为其基本频率f0的3.3~3.4倍,相应的波长之比约为两个正整数之比λ3∶λ0=3∶10,即

。应用这一关系,设计声辐射板厚度等于基频波长1.5倍或第一泛音频率波长的5倍,就可以满足双频工作条件,实现大功率下高功率双频发射超声波之目的。根据声学换能器理论,采用基频工作时二分之一声波长λ/2整数倍或第一泛音频率工作时的二分之一波长的整数倍厚度的声辐射板,能把媒质的声阻抗等值地变换到换能器振子的一边来。使换能器在恒压源驱动下有很高的声辐射功率。本发明巧妙利用发射型压电陶瓷的

本发明具有十分显著的效果和实质性的进步,本发明不但适用于非聚焦型超声辐射器,而且适用于聚焦型超声辐射器;既能工作于基频f0又能工作于第一泛音频率f3,进行大功率超声发射;在超声工作频率为f0和/或f3的条件下,都可获得较高的电声效率,电声效率可达60%以上。

如图1、图2所示,平板型非聚焦型或碗型聚焦型压电陶瓷换能器振子,具有多个谐振频率(基频f0和泛音频率f3,f5,f7,...)的特性,可令其工作在基频f0和第一泛音频率f3,计算这两个频率下声辐射板材料的半波长λ0/2和λ3/2的最小公倍数,作为该换能器的声辐射板的厚度,声辐射板厚度等于基频波长1.5倍或第一泛音频率波长的5倍,就可以满足双频工作条件,实现大功率下高功率双频发射超声波之目的。
