  10. According to the process of claim 1 wherein described composition also comprise-kind or multiple solvent.
  11. 11. according to the method for claim 10, wherein said solvent is selected from water, lower alcohol and glycol ether and their mixture.
  12. 12. according to the method for claim 11, wherein said solvent is selected from methyl alcohol, ethanol, 1-propyl alcohol, 2-propyl alcohol or similar item, dihydroxylic alcohols for example ethylene glycol, propane diols, diethylene glycol (DEG), DPG, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol polypropylene glycol block copolymer and their mixture.

  22. 22. according to the composition of claim 15, wherein the HLB of quaternary ammonium compound is 14.00 to 22.00.
  23. 23. according to the composition of claim 15, wherein said composition also randomly comprises (gathering) alkyl glucoside of formula III or IV:
    R 4(CH 2) y-O-G xH (III) is R wherein 4Be straight chain or branched alkyl or the thiazolinyl with 8 to 21 carbon atoms, G is a monosaccharide residue, and x and y are selected from 1-5;
    R wherein 4Be straight chain or branched alkyl or thiazolinyl with 8 to 21 carbon atoms, R 5Be hydrogen or straight chain or branched alkyl or the thiazolinyl with 8 to 21 carbon atoms, G is a monosaccharide residue, and x and y are selected from 1-5.
  24. 24. composition according to claim 15, wherein said composition also randomly comprises-kind or multiple solvent, be selected from water, methyl alcohol, ethanol, 1-propyl alcohol, 2-propyl alcohol or similar item, dihydroxylic alcohols for example ethylene glycol, propane diols, diethylene glycol (DEG), DPG, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol polypropylene glycol block copolymer and their mixture.
