本发明涉及从豆科(Leguminosae)植物三叶鱼藤(Derris trifoliate)中分离得到一种新的蒲公英萜醇(Taraxerol)的衍生物(Taraxeryl tridecyle ether)及制法和用途。本发明利用色谱分离技术从豆科(Leguminosae)鱼藤属植物三叶鱼藤(Derristriofolia)中分离得到一种新的三萜醚类化合物(Taraxerol tridecyle ether)。该化合物外观为白色棱柱状结晶(氯仿-甲醇),分子式为C43H76O,命名为:Taraxerol tridecyle ether。本发明所述的蒲公英萜醇的衍生物有杀虫、抗菌、镇痛和抗肿瘤的作用。

一种蒲公英萜醇的衍生物及制法和用途
技术领域
本发明涉及从豆科(Leguminosae)植物三叶鱼藤(Derris trifoliate)中分离得到一种新的蒲公英萜醇(Taraxerol)的衍生物(Taraxeryl tridecyle ether)及用途。
背景技术
本发明利用色谱分离技术从豆科(Leguminosae)鱼藤属植物三叶鱼藤(Derristriofolia)中分离得到一种新的三萜醚类化合物(Taraxerol tridecyleether)。
发明内容
本发明利用色谱分离技术从豆科(Leguminosae)鱼藤属植物三叶鱼藤(Derris triofolia)中分离得到一种新的三萜醚类化合物(Taraxeroltridecyle ether)
该化合物外观为白色棱柱状结晶(氯仿-甲醇),分子式为C43H76O,命名为:Taraxerol tridecyle ether。结构式如下:
结构鉴定:
由ESI-MS可知此化合物的[M+K]+为647,结合1H和13C NMR谱给出其分子式C43H76O。氢谱中,在δH0.8~2.0区域出现了8个典型的三萜上甲基单峰信号;δH5.50处的一个次甲基信号暗示此化合物中含有一个三取代双键。碳谱中,和蒲公英萜醇的碳谱数据相比较,两者的三萜骨架碳几乎相同,只是此化合物多了以下信号:δC63.0(一个亚甲基),δC14.1(一个末端甲基),δC29.35~29.90(几个亚甲基),这些信号表明该化合物中含有一个长链烃基。通过二维核磁实验论证,推断该化合物为蒲公英萜醇的衍生物,且其3位上的羟基氢被一个长链烃基取代。结合ESI-MS,推测该烃基含有13个碳,因此将该化合物的结构定为如上所示,命名为Taraxerol tridecyl ether。经CA检索该化合物为新化合物,属于三萜醚类化合物。
本发明所述的蒲公英萜醇的衍生物的制法,是以三叶鱼藤地上部分为原料,粉碎后用95%和50%乙醇各提取3次,减压浓缩后得乙醇提取物。乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,减压浓缩得各萃取部位。乙酸乙酯部位经硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析得到该化合物。
本发明所述的蒲公英萜醇的衍生物的用途为该化合物有杀虫、抗菌、镇痛和抗肿瘤的作用。
实施例
蒲公英萜醇的衍生物的制法,以三叶鱼藤地上部分为原料,粉碎后用95%和50%乙醇各提取3次,减压浓缩后得乙醇提取物。乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,减压浓缩得各萃取部位。乙酸乙酯部位经硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析得到该化合物。具体步骤见附图1。

1、一种蒲公英萜醇的衍生物,其特征在于,该化合物外观为白色棱柱状结晶,分子式为C43H76O,结构式如下:

2、权利要求1中所述的蒲公英萜醇的衍生物的制法,其特征在于所述的蒲公英萜醇的衍生物的制法,是利用色谱分离技术从豆科,鱼藤属植物三叶鱼藤中分离得到一种新的三萜醚类化合物,具体制法包括如下步骤:以三叶鱼藤地上部分为原料,粉碎后用95%和50%乙醇各提取3次,减压浓缩后得乙醇提取物;乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,减压浓缩得各萃取部位;乙酸乙酯部位经硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析得到该化合物。
