Abstract
入地金牛外用止痛中药是从中药材入地金牛中提取有效部位混入辅料制成膏剂外用,治疗由炎症引起的各种疼痛。
Description
本发明涉及的是一种外用止痛中药。
目前，对于入地金牛中药材的使用，一般都是采用水煎汤剂、浸膏或片剂等，以上使用方法由于没把有效成分和杂质分离，口服时容易产生一些副作用；而且传统的使用方法定量也是不科学的。
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种科学、有效的技术解决方案。
实现本发明关键在于：用化学的方法从中药材入地金牛中分离出总生物碱及总木脂素；分别将总生物碱、总木脂素进一步纯化；用分析仪器分析它们的纯度；按一定比例混入辅料制成膏剂，通过外用皮肤吸收，达到止痛的目的。
经分析总生物碱含有：两面针碱、氧化两面针碱、双氢两面针碱、氯化两面针碱、氧化白屈菜红碱、α-别隐品碱、茵芋碱、6-甲氧基-5，6-双氢白屈菜红碱、6-乙氧基-5，6-双氢白屈菜红碱、木兰花碱、白鲜碱。
总木脂素含有：两面针结晶-8、类细辛素、芝麻脂素。
氯化两面针碱、6-甲氧基-5，6-二氢白屈菜红碱有消炎的作用；茵芋碱、α-别隐碱及总木脂素有很好镇痛作用。
辅料采用水包油型的乳膏基制，外用时更有利于皮肤吸收。
由于采用上述方案，对于炎症引起的各种疼痛使用时只需将本发明的成品药，涂在病发部位的外表皮肤上，5分钟内立即止痛，且消炎的效果非常理想。
实施例：使用本发明的最佳方案，在制药过程中将总生物碱总木脂素按4∶1的比例混入辅料，且剂量为5毫克/克，即总生物碱+总木脂素/辅料+总生物碱+总木脂素。
Claims (2)
1、入地金牛外用止痛中药的其特征在于从中药材入地金牛中分离出总生物碱及总木脂素，定量后将总生物碱及总木脂素按比例混入辅料制成膏剂。
2、根据权力要求1所述的入地金牛外用止痛中药其特征在于它的给药途径是通过皮肤吸收。
