Abstract
本发明提供了一种防晒玻璃。该防晒玻璃按重量百分比含有:SiO269.50~73.50%,Al2O34.00~6.00%,B2O37.70~9.70%,Na2O4.50~7.5%,TiO22.50~4.50%,CeO20.20~0.80%,BaO1.10~2.10%。本发明能有效截止紫外线,保护皮肤,对人体有益无害,防晒玻璃表面光洁美观。防晒玻璃粉剂可作为护扶霜添加剂。
Description
本发明涉及的是一种防晒玻璃,属于硅酸盐玻璃领域。
已有的防紫外线玻璃的品种繁多,但不适用于人体皮肤,因为①大多数玻璃含有砷或锑等有毒氧化物;②其pH值偏高或偏低,不符合《中华药典》标准,偏离人体所能承受的范围;③防晒技术性能不同,因用于人体防紫外线玻璃微粉有特殊的安全标准。
鉴于以上原因,本发明的目是为了提供一种有效截止紫外线,保护皮肤,对人体有益无害的防晒玻璃。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
本发明防晒玻璃按重量百分比含有:
SiO2 69.50~73.50%
Al2O3 4.00~6.00%
B2O3 7.70~9.70%
Na2O 4.50~7.50%
TiO2 2.50~4.50%
CeO2 0.20~0.80%
BaO 1.10~2.10%

SiO2 69.50~73.50% Na2O 4.50~7.50%
Al2O3 4.00~6.00% TiO2 2.50~4.50%
B2O3 7.70~9.70% K2O 0.70~1.30%
CaO 0.50~1.10% CeO2 0.20~0.80%
ZnO 0.50~1.50% Li2O 0.20~0.60%
BaO 1.10~2.10% Fe2O3 余量
上述防晒玻璃中的Fe2O3控制在0.6以下。
本发明防晒玻璃中,SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Na2O是玻璃中的主体,形成骨架,B2O3、Na2O调整pH值,B2O3加强网络Na2O助熔;CaO、BaO、ZnO、K2O是结构网的中间层,可调整玻璃的性质,增加光泽、美感;Na2O、K2O是玻璃结构网络最外层,使玻璃易于熔制;TiO2、CeO2参与网络形成,截止紫外线。
本发明有截止紫外线功能,且不含有毒氧化物,其粉剂理化性能优良,对人体皮肤无刺激。根据光吸收测试;紫外线被全部截止(见图1),pH值在6.5~7.5之间,根据需要,可微调。
本发明防晒玻璃可有效截止紫外线,保护皮肤,对人体有益无害。防晒玻璃表面光洁、美观。本防晒玻璃粉剂可作为护肤霜添加剂。

1、防晒玻璃,该防晒玻璃按重量百分比含有:
SiO2 69.50~73.50%
Al2O34.00~6.00%
B2O3 7.70~9.70%
Na2O 4.50~7.50%
TiO2 2.50~4.50%
CeO2 0.20~0.80%
BaO 1.10~2.10%
2、根据权利要求1所述的防晒玻璃,其特征在于该防晒玻璃按重量百分比含有:
SiO2 69.50~73.50% Na2O 4.50~7.50%
Al2O3 4.00~6.00% TiO2 2.50~4.50%
B2O3 7.70~9.70% K2O 0.70~1.30%
CaO 0.50~1.10% CeO2 0.20~0.80%
ZnO 0.50~1.50% Li2O 0.20~0.60%
BaO 1.10~2.10% Fe2O3 余量
