Description

配电棒
本发明涉及一种配电棒,配电棒一方面包括沿主方向延伸的铝制型材,另一方面包括至少一个金属连接元件,该元件与型材密切接触。连接元件可以是能设有电抽头装置或与另一棒互连的装置的接触元件,或者是所考虑的以直线或某一角度扩展型材的铝制型材。
现有大量用于中功率或大功率配电的棒。因此,专利FR-1 599 973描述了一种通过直接冲压将一个铜制接触元件转换为铝制棒的方法。已经知道,由于成本低于铜,用铝生产这种棒是有利的;但是,铝不象铜那样是良导体,因此,设在线的抽头或接合处的接触表面必须用以适当位置接合起来的铜元件或铜层生产是必要的。
另一方面,希望制造具有铜、铝或其他合适金属或合金制的抽头或接合元件的铝配电棒,或者形成机械强度非常强的铝制角铁组合体。
本发明的目的是能以电接触可靠和机械强度高的简单方式使接触元件或另一型材等连接元件与铝制型材接合。
根据本发明,通过在金属元件和型材边沿排成一行的几个互补形凸角将金属连接元件装配到型材上,凸角具有头部和颈部,颈部宽度小于头部宽度,并使组合体能够抵抗拉力。优选地,金属连接元件的高度与型材高度相同,凸角具有弯曲的曲线形。根据情况,金属连接元件为具有抽头或接合功能的接触元件或例如设有棒的成角度扩展的铝制型材。
型材和/或连接元件的凸角最好在连接元件的凸角内锁到型材凸角中之后进行冲压,以便使成一线的一行凸角的头部冲压到该行相对的互补凸角的凹部中。凸角上的冲压标记可以是碟形或锥形。
当连接元件为接触元件时,接触元件由铜制成是有利的,熔点高于500°铜焊料沉积在型材和接触元件相对的凸角之间的弯曲接合线上。
以下通过参考附图以非限制性的方式描述本发明,以更好地理解本发明。

图中以透视的方式示出了本发明的变形实施例。
图1至3所示的棒B插入配电管道中,承载如几百或几千安培级的电流。棒一方面包括铝制型材10,铝制型材10具有平的横截面(见图3)并沿主方向X延伸,另一方面,在各抽头区或其端部,包括铜制成的接触元件20,接触元件20确保在这些位置与连接元件的电接触令人满意。
正如所公知的,这种连接元件分别属于导体或抽头元件、或属于为所考虑的延伸所述棒的另一棒提供接头的接合装置;虽然该连接元件未在图中示出,但例如可以由夹片(clip)构成。接触元件的高度h与棒的高度相同。在所示的例子中,接触元件安装在棒的端部;也可以位于棒体侧面或棒体中。
型材10包括沿垂直于X的线Y排成一行的几个凸角11,每个凸角有宽度为a的头部12和宽度为b的颈部13,b小于a。不同的凸角有不同的形状;在所示实施例中,凸角具有单一的统一形状。凸角11以凹部14分隔,凹部14适于通过内锁接收接触元件20的互补凸角21。组合体的接合线具有弯曲形。
接触元件20的凸角21本身也是排成一行的且以凹部24分隔开,包括宽度为a的头部22和宽度为b的颈部23,一旦元件20与型材10装配在一起(图2),它们也沿线Y排成一行。凸角21和凹部24的形状分别与凹部14和凸角11的形状互补。
通过将凸角沿垂直于棒平面的方向插入而相互装配相面对的凸角11、21后,熔点大于500°的铜焊料沉积在凸角11、21之间的弯曲接合线30上,以提供密封及有助于组合体的机械强度。
优选地,通过对凸角执行冲压操作来完成装配操作。可以仅对将耦合在一起的元件的其中之一利用冲机进行冲压,例如冲压型材(见图4),型材的外形31和凸角的外形相匹配;优选地,在型材10和接触元件20的冲压线或区域32、33上进行操作。另一种方式,冲压区域是基本圆形或椭圆形的盘形34、35,与凸角形状相结合(图6),或者是锥形36、37,位于各凸角的中央。考虑到材料上的差别,盘或锥的深度在型材10和接触元件20中可以不同。接触元件也可以由铝制成。
图8示出了生产本发明所提供的棒的各种可能性:将接合板41插入型材50的补偿部分51;抽头板42插到型材的边沿52上;在位置43处的直角接头使棒的部件53直角连接,从而棒形成弯头形;插入横向伸出型材两边沿以外的抽头板44。

Claims (7)

1.一种配电棒,一方面包括沿主方向(X)延伸的铝制型材(10),另一方面包括至少一个金属连接元件(20),该元件与型材密切接触,其特征在于,金属连接元件(20)通过几个排成一行、具有互补形状、设在连接元件和型材上的凸角(11,21)和型材(10)装配在一起,凸角通过以垂直于型材平面的方向冲压而相互内锁且具有宽度为a的头部(12,22)和宽度为b的颈部(13,23),b小于a,以这种方式,使组合体能够抵抗拉力。
2.根据权利要求1的棒,其特征在于,型材(10)和/或连接元件(20)的凸角(11,21)是在被插入位置后冲压的。
3.根据权利要求2的棒,其特征在于,凸角上的冲压标记是碟形的(34,35)。
4.根据权利要求2的棒,其特征在于,凸角上的冲压标记是锥形的。
5.根据权利要求1的棒,其特征在于,连接元件(20)由铜制成,熔点大于500°的铜焊料沉积在型材和连接元件的相对的凸角(11,21)之间的接合线上。
6.根据权利要求1的棒,其特征在于,连接元件(20)的高度(h)与型材(10)的高度相同。
7.根据权利要求1的棒,其特征在于,型材和连接元件的凸角(11,21)具有弯曲形。
