背景技术
在处理脊柱畸形的已有技术中,蒂螺钉(Pedikelschrauben)或牵引钩用于将椎体连接到一个纵向杆上。在其应用之前,该杆被成形为一种特殊的形状,以此来补偿脊柱的畸形。该项技术被证明是成功的,并且同时被认为是至今的现有技术。

5.根据权利要求1到3之一所述的装置,其特征在于:所述空腔(7)的形状设计成与第一轴线(11)轴对称的球截形,而所述夹紧夹头(10)的形状是一个与所述空腔的形状互补的球截形,这样夹紧夹头(10)在空腔(7)中可以绕两个垂直于第一轴线(11)的轴线和所述第二轴线(22)转动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于:所述夹紧夹头(10)包括一个上部的、与第二轴线(22)相交的顶端表面(20)和一个与第二轴线(22)同轴的、带有一种圆锥内螺纹(24)的圆锥孔(23),所述圆锥孔(23)从顶端表面(20)穿过夹紧夹头(10),所述张紧部件(12)设计成与所述圆锥孔(23)互补的截头圆锥形并且带有一种圆锥外螺纹(25),这样就可以通过将所述张紧部件(12)旋入到圆锥孔(23)中,使夹紧夹头(10)径向撑开。
