密码防伪瓶盖,系新型防伪技术,为酒类产品而设计,采用英5位英文字母编码,2—5位是密码环。1位为基准码见(图1)。密码环设有销孔,销孔两侧为斜面见(图2)密码环共26种每个英字母为一种,斜面设计的意义,在于降低破码率。除非两位码同时正确才能通过孔,基准码设在下盖体上为26种,同时设有钥匙孔,下盖体内设有衬盖,衬盖内设有弹簧销键,锁盖时销键把下盖体衬盖锁住,开盖时销键通过密码环销键底面与衬盖平齐下盖体可以旋至衬盖钥匙孔见(图3)。每瓶编有密码,对密码加以管理,重码者、无码者为假冒,本盖配套瓶为一次性瓶。

  1. 密码防伪瓶盖，系新型防伪技术，该瓶盖采用五位英文编码，密码首位为基准码，其它为密码环。密码环设有销口，销口两侧为斜面。旋转密码环销键通过密码环，打开瓶盖。
