Abstract
本发明是一种具泄压、减压的分段给水控制结构,主要是由一压力控制部及分段控制部所组成;由前述构造,当分段控制部由打开状态进入闭合状态时,会使水流由套合座进水端的进水孔少量流入,水流会由压力控制部的泄压座适当侧设置的泄压孔缓慢、且少量排出,同时配合泄压阀与套合座的阻水作用,即可完全使水量断流,而此一泄压、减压作用,可避免高水压的管路使用时瞬间断流致管路破裂。
Description
本发明是有关一种具泄压、减压控制的阀体结构,特别是用于分段控制流体开、闭时,因水锤现象造成的瞬间水压,经泄压座、泄压阀及套合座的构造,并配合分段控制部的作用,即可有效控制瞬间管内高压冲击,致避免管路破裂。
现行高楼水流管路设计时,为避免管路在水流瞬间断流时造成管路破裂,一般都将出水口的管径制成较输水主干管小,以避免出水管瞬间断流时的水锤现象造成出水管线破裂,然而,此一设计不仅无法完全避免管路破裂,反而造成设计、施工上极大困扰,因而就有各种减压、泄压装置的出现。
但是,由目前所有已知的减压、泄压装置中,尚无任何可同时兼具泄、减压,且可分段控制水流、或为任意液态流体的构造,以致使用时需分别生产、分别装设,对产、销、使用三方面,都有相当程序的不便。
为此,发明人针对该些不理想处,研究改进,终于有本发明产生。
本发明的目的旨在提供一种可避免分段给水的高水压管路,于使用时因瞬间断流,致使管路破裂的结构。本发明的目的是这样实现的:其是于出水管末端设一压力控制部及一分段控制部,当分段控制部由打开状态进入闭合状态时,水流由套合座进水端的进水孔少量流入,相当时间后,压力控制部的泄压座适当侧设置的泄压孔,可将水由出水端排水,同时配合泄压阀与套合座的阻水作用,致压力控制部出水端的阻压力渐大于管内水压,即可完全断流排水,且兼具断流前泄压、减压作用功效。
依前述的此一具泄压、减压的分段给水控制结构,其压力控制部的套合座为可调整式构件,组装时可依水流压力大小而调整其适当压制力,以适应多种不同水压,为其另一目的。
至于本发明的详细构造、应用原理、作用与功效,则参照下列附图所作的说明,即可得到完全的了解:

图1为本发明较佳具体实施例的构造局部示图,同时参看图2本发明构造立体分解图所示,本发明主要包括有:压力控制部1、分段控制部2,并配合管接头3、出水器具4、按压控制部5等所组成。其中,压力控制部1是由一泄压座11、一泄压阀12、一套合座13、二弹簧14、15及一垫圈16组成;泄压座11为罩形结构,其外端形成有牙端111,以螺设一推杆25的螺孔251,另端呈中空状的内孔112,座体外部近牙端111处包覆有软性(如橡胶)质材的塞部113,且适当处贯设有一个以上的泄压孔110,泄压阀12的柱状体中段适当处则形成一凸缘121,且皿状体的套合座13底部贯通一进水孔131,配合二弹簧14、15及一垫圈16构成压力控制部1;分段控制部2则由一齿轮座21、一导合齿轮22、一定位齿轮23、一弹簧24及一推杆25组成,其齿轮座21管体内适当处设有推杆座211及一导合齿部212,导合齿轮22及定位齿轮23,则可配合前述的导合齿部212,使结合的推杆25作适当的旋转分段升、降定位,以控制水流的进出开、闭;而按压控制部5则一按钮51、一结合元件52、一止水垫圈53、一推杆54,及一推抵件55所组成,配合管接头3、出水器具4(即本体)等构件,即可组合成一莲蓬头的泄压、减压分段给水控制的构造。需要说明的,本发明的此一具体实施例,仅为多种实施构造之一,其压力控制部1、分段控制部2,另可依需求而配合其他按压构件,而应用于水管出水控制、水龙头出水控制、液体断流控制......等结构。
请参看图3--图7所示,是本发明压力控制部1与分段控制部2的实施例动作示意图,并请参看图1、图8的实施例图示,由图中可看出当我们轻压按压控制部5按钮51时,推杆54向内抵顶推抵件55,经推抵件55下推分段控制部2的推杆25,配合紧迫结合在推杆25下端适当处的导合齿轮22、定位齿轮23啮合作动,由图3的闭合状态进入图4的打开状态,此时压力控制部1则如图5般,由分段控制部2的定位齿轮23作用,使与导合齿部212卡挚而定位不动,致使水流由泄压座11外部箭头所指般,流经齿轮座21管内空间后,由出水器具4导流出水以供使用。
若将按钮51再次轻按并推动分段控制部2,令定位齿轮23脱离导合齿部212的卡挚,则泄压座11会由图5、图6、图7般依序动作后,通过压力控制部1的泄压座11的塞部113,抵止于齿轮座21的口端,使与齿轮座21口端回复成闭合状态,此一瞬间断水动作,因为管路内的水流会产生水锤现象,致使泄压阀12因断水时瞬间较大的水压推力作用,即呈如图7的箭头所示般,使部份水流经泄压座11内部空间,并由其泄压孔110缓慢、且少量逐渐排流至齿轮座21的管内空间,至相当时间后,因断水后泄压座11外部的瞬间水压,逐渐减小至小于压力控制部1内弹簧14的弹力时,弹簧14会将泄压阀12下压,并抵紧塞住套合座13的进水孔131,即达成完全封闭止水,且使管内水压会达到适当的平衡,如此也可避免管路因高水压冲击作用,导致破裂的现象。
图8为本发明一实施例按压控制部5的元件分解立体图,另参看图1所示,当轻力按下按钮51时,按钮51会推抵结合元件52,令套有止水垫圈53的推杆54向出水器具4内设的推抵件55推压,通过推抵件55下推前述分段控制部2的推杆25向下作动,即可达成驱动压力控制部1的泄压座11与齿轮座21口端开、闭,达到控制水流开、关的结构。
综上所述,本发明的此一具泄压、减压的分段给水控制结构,确实具有产业上利用性、新颖性与进步性,且其压力控制部1及分段控制部2,经配合各种不同构造的按压控制部5后,另可使用于各种管路出水(可任何液体管路)、泄压、减压的功效,能改进现有技术不能同时兼具泄、减压功能,以致使用时需分别生产、装设的缺点。
Claims (1)
1、一种具泄压、减压的分段给水控制结构,主要由压力控制部(1)、分段给水部(2)及按压控制部(5)等部分组成,其特征在于:压力控制部(1)由泄压座(11)、泄压阀(12)、套合座(13)、弹簧(14)、(15)及垫圈(16)组成,泄压座(11)呈罩形结构,泄压座(11)外端形成牙端(111),另一端具有内孔(112),座体外部近牙端(111)处设有塞部(113),座体外部另设有泄压孔(110),泄压阀(12)中段设有凸缘(121),套合座(13)设有出水孔(131);分段控制部(2)由齿轮座(21)、导合齿轮(22)、定位齿轮(23)、弹簧(24)及推杆(25)组成,齿轮座(21)设有推杆座(211)及导合齿部(212);按压控制部(5)由按钮(51)、结合元件(50)、止水垫圈(53)、推杆(54)及推抵件(55)组成。
