Abstract

本发明提出利用激光扫描技术在光卡(或光盘)上读写讯息的方法。激光卡(或光盘)和激光头均不动,而由激光束扫描代替机械运动来完成读写功能。解决了由于机械运动带来的读写速度慢、设备易磨损、精密机械加工复杂、成本高、准确度低、不易自动化的问题,是光卡(或光盘)读写方法的一项革命。

Description

激光扫描型光卡(或光盘)读写器
本发明提出利用激光扫描技术在光卡(或光盘)上读写讯息的方法。
一般计算机中的光盘驱动器工作时,光盘处在高速旋转状态中,而激光头作径向运动,以完成读取数据功能。新的激光卡读写器,激光卡(或激光头)也需作X-Y机械扫描的运动,以完成读写功能。总之,光卡(或光盘)均需作机械运动,因此必然带来如下缺陷:读写速度慢、设备易磨损、精密机械加工复杂、成本高、准确度低、不易自动化等一系列问题。
本发明采用激光扫描的方法:光卡(或光盘)和激光头均不动,而由激光束扫描代替机械运动来完成读写功能。这样就解决了机械运动带来的一系列问题。
由于激光电视的飞速发展,使得我们可以利用已成熟的激光显示技术中的激光偏转器来实现激光扫描,以代替现有激光卡的运动完成读写功能。
激光扫描方法中,激光源通过在激光显示技术中通用的两个固体偏转器(超声波偏转器或数字型偏转器)在光卡(或光盘)上作X-Y扫描完成读写功能,如图示。
根据现有激光卡的制造工艺和激光扫描技术读数据的需要将光卡(或光盘)设计为5层构造:
1、防划痕膜层
2、密封层:由聚丙烯透明材料制成。
3、硬壳层:由浓缩的像镜子一样的非纤维状银制成。
4、薄吸收层:由中等浓缩的黑色纤维状银作基质吸收3层透过的激光能量。
5、光导层:由导光的光纤材料做衬底。
前三层与现有激光卡制造工艺完全一致。第4吸收层做得较薄,是为了在写状态时激光束能熔出穿透的小洞,以便激光束通过。光导层是为了引导激光至聚光镜。
由聚光镜和光电元件组成读取敏感元件完成读数据功能。除光卡(或光盘)外,其他装置均安装在读写器中。
与现有激光卡技术相同,硬壳层与吸收层为记录数据的载体,当写状态时,激光束在光卡(或光盘)的数据区扫描,在需要写数据的相应位置上由激光束在硬壳层和吸收层上熔出一系列小洞来记录。
读状态时,激光束在光卡(或光盘)的数据区扫描,在无洞的位置激光束大部分被反射回去,透过部分被薄吸收层吸收,而在有洞的部分与现有激光卡技术不同,激光束几乎全部通过,由光导层将光线引导至聚光镜,会聚在光电敏感元件上产生数据电脉冲传送给读取电路。完成读的功能。
现有激光卡或光盘都是从它们的上面接收讯息完成读的功能,而本发明则是从它们的下面来收集讯息完成读的功能。
由于采用了激光扫描的原理,所以光盘宜制成长方形。此方法不仅适用于激光卡,也可代替光盘,应用范围广阔,前景美好。

Claims (3)

1、本发明采用激光束扫描的方法来代替激光卡(或光盘)的机械运动,完成读写功能。
2、本发明读写器的特点是以激光扫描器代替激光卡(或光盘)的机械运动装置,和利用聚光镜与光电敏感元件从激光卡(或光盘)的下面收集讯息完成读的功能。
3、本发明激光卡的吸收层不像一般激光卡中吸收层较厚,在写状态时用激光束在此层熔出没有穿透的小洞,而本发明采用薄的吸收层在写状态时激光束在此层熔出穿透的小洞,以便读状态时激光束通过此层,且增加了光导层,以便将读状态时的激光束引导至聚光镜。
