Abstract

Description

用移动无线电通信设备显示图象序列的方法
本发明涉及一个无线电通信系统，特别是GSM型(英文为GlobalSystem for Mobil Communication，全球移动通信系统)，DCS型(英文为Digital Cellular System，数字蜂窝系统)或PCS型(PersonalCommunication System，个人通信系统)的无线电通信系统。
具体地说，本发明涉及一种在与移动无线电通信设备相连的一个用户标识模块的请求下，在移动无线电通信设备的屏幕上显示动画的方法。
ETSI(European Telecommunication Standard Institute，欧洲通信标准学会)的GSM建议中推荐使用一个用户标识模块或(SIM,Subscriber Identity Module)，以在里面存储用户的专用数据和关于提供给无线电通信终端的附加业务数据。
称为数字蜂窝通信系统(版(phase)2+)；用户标识模块-移动设备(SIM-ME)接口的技术规范的ETSI的建议GSM11.11中规定了用户标识模块(SIM)和无线电通信移动设备(ME，英文为MobileEquipment)之间的接口。
题为数字蜂窝通信系统(版(phase)2+)；用于用户标识模块-移动设备(SIM-ME)接口的SIM应用工具箱的技术规范的ETSI的建议GSM11.14中规定，存储在用户标识模块(SIM)中的各种应用(或业务)都应该和移动无线电通信设备(ME)通信的方法。
上述的建议还特别描述了称之为早激活(英文proactive)功能的一个功能组，用户标识模块可以把这些早激活功能提供给述及的移动设备。
存储在用户标识模块的附加业务(Services supplimentaires)可以有不同性质和不同的级别。作为例子，可以举出：
存储电话号码薄式的数据的业务，
发射和接收短字母数字信息(在GSM的术语中为SMS，英文为Short Message Service)，
在移动无线电通信设备的屏幕上显示字母数字数据的业务。
这种做法的好处在于使业务和设备的类型无关。这样可以利用来自任何无线电通信设备的用户标识模块所提供的业务，就是说业务与设备的结构无关。
然而，可以证明，现有技术不允许把来自用户标识模块上的图象动画序列显示在终端的屏幕上。
在建议GSM11.11和GSM11.14的框架范围内，用户标识模块为将一些信息显示在终端的屏幕上的唯一可行办法是发出一个DISPLAYTEXT的命令。
本发明通过使用户标识模块能在无线电通信终端的屏幕上显示出图象序列而减轻了现有技术的缺陷。
为此，本发明的目的在于在连接于移动无线电通信设备的一个显示装置上显示图象序列的方法，此无线电通信设备与一用户标识模块相配合，该方法具有如下的顺序步骤：
由述及的用户标识模块发送一个显示图象序列的命令到述及的移动设备，
述及的移动设备在述及的显示装置上执行述及的命令。
为了实施这种方法，本发明的另一目的在于一个包含有与移动设备相配合的用户标识模块的无线电通信系统，这个移动设备具有一个显示装置，述及的用户标识模块具有一个把显示图象序列的命令发送到述及的移动设备的发送装置，并且述及的移动设备具有一个在述及的显示装置上执行述及的命令的执行装置。
下面仅以象征性而非限制性的本发明的优先实施方式的描述和附图，从中可以看出本发明其它一些特点和优点。
图1示出根据本发明的一个具体实施方式的无线电通信系统，其中包含一个用户标识模块和一个移动设备。
图2示出将图象序列存储在用户标识模块的一个文件中的优选实施方式。
本说明涉及ETSI的建议GSM11.11和GSM11.14，但是，本领域熟练技术人员自然可以在别的无线电通信系统上扩展这个实施例。
根据建议GSM11.11和图1，无线电通信终端包括一个用户标识模块SIM和一个移动设备ME。
关于前述的两个单元的通信协议和接口，其中建议GSM11.11描述了通论，而GSM11.14描述了述及的用户标识模块SIM能向移动设备ME提供的各种功能。
根据这些建议，前面述及的通信协议是主/从型的，移动设备ME总是起主导作用，这特别意味着用户标识模块SIM只能在移动设备ME请求下向移动设备ME传送命令。
在GSM建议11.14的第6.1节中对用户标识模块向移动设备的地址发送命令的机制有更为详细的描述：当移动设备ME向用户标识模块SIM发送一个命令，用户标识模块便返回一个包含有状态字段的结果信息。
前述的状态字段的某个值对移动设备意味着前述的用户标识模块SIM要求发送一个早激活命令。此时，移动设备ME发送一个具体命令FETCH，命令FETCH恢复(recover)前面的早激活命令。
根据本发明的一种实施方式，在现存的称为早激活命令的命令组中增加一个新的命令，这个命令指示移动设备ME：要把一个图象序列显示在附属于ME的显示装置V上。
根据本发明的另一实施方式，修改一个现存命令，以指示移动设备ME：要把一个图象序列显示在附属于ME的显示装置V上。
严格地说，图象序列可以存储在例如用户标识模块SIM内的一个文件F中。
在这种情况下，用户标识模块SIM首先发送一个命令C到移动设备ME，以指示移动设备在显示装置V上显示一个图象序列，然后，移动设备ME从文件F中阅读全部或部分图象序列，再把该图象序列显示在显示装置V上。
用户标识模块中的文件系统的结构及访问方法都在ETSI的建议GSM11.11中给予描述。
根据本发明的一个实施方式和图2所示，各个动画图象是按顺序方式存储在一个文件F中，每个图象存储在文件F的3个字段中：
·第一字段F1存有以象素数目表示的图象宽度，
·第二字段F2存有以象素数目表示的图象高度，
·而第三字段F3存有以顺序方式存储的图象象素的各个值。
这里指出，根据建议11.14，命令C可以包含一个参量集，作为整体，不能超过256个字节。
作为例子，述及的命令C可以具有一个指明在序列中图象个数的参量。
作为选择，命令C还可以有一个指明序列中每个图象的显示时间的参量，例如这个参量可以指明序列中的一个或多个图象的暂停时间，而不是使动画序列匀速行进。
另一个选择性参量是序列显示的方向。序列的图象可从1到N编号，这个参量确定是按数字增加的方向显示(图象1，图象2，图象3，……图象N，图象1，图象2……)还是按数字减少的方向显示(图象N，图象N-1，……图象1，图象N，图象N-1……)。这个参量因此是布尔型的。
还有另一个参量，可以是序列的持续时间，例如用秒数来表示。

Claims (7)

1．一种在与移动无线电通信设备(ME)相连接的一个显示装置(V)上显示图象序列的方法，其中该移动无线电通信设备与一个用户标识模块(SIM)共同工作，该方法包括下列顺序步骤：
上述用户标识模块(SIM)向所述移动设备(ME)发送一个显示图象序列的命令(C)；及
由所述移动设备(ME)在所述显示装置(V)上执行所述的命令(C)。
2．根据前面的权利要求的方法，其特征在于上述命令(C)包含有至少下列参量组中的一个参量：
在上述图象序列中的图象数目，
上述图象序列中每个图象显示的时间，
上述图象的显示方向。
3．根据前面的任一权利要求的方法，其特征在于所述命令(C)是上述用户特征模块中的一组命令中的一个命令，它在ETSI的建议GSM1.11和GSM11.14中定义。
4．根据前面的任一权利要求的方法，其特征在于所述的图象序列是存储在所述用户标识模块(SIM)的文件(F)中。
5．根据前面任一权利要求的方法，其特征在于上述移动设备(ME)在执行上述命令(C)之前有一个阅读所述文件(F)中的所述图象序列的步骤。
6．一种无线电通信系统，包含一个与具有显示装置(V)的移动设备(ME)相配合的用户标识模块(SIM)，所述用户标识模块(SIM)具有一个将显示图象序列的命令(C)发送到所述移动设备(ME)的装置，并且所述移动设备(ME)具有一个在所述图象装置(V)上执行所述的命令(C)的执行装置。
7．根据前面任一权利要求的无线电通信系统，其特征在于所述图象序列存储在所述用户标识模块(SIM)的一个文件(F)中。
