Abstract

一种冷冻储藏库,在玻璃门结露的设置条件下,可容易且确实地防止结露。冷冻储藏库1以可滑动的门21、22来可开关地将绝热箱体6的开口关闭;其中门21、22由周缘部的尺寸较薄的绝热壁27、28及嵌合于此绝热壁27、28之周缘部的门窗框29、31所构成。

Description

冷冻储藏库
本发明涉及一种以可滑动的门来可开闭地关闭开口的冷冻储藏库。
以往,这种冷冻储藏库如日本特公平3-27835号公报所公告,在上面开口的绝热箱体内构成收容商品的储藏室,同时该绝热箱体的上面开口由可滑动的玻璃门来可开闭地关闭。
这种玻璃门是将一片或多层的玻璃周围嵌入树脂或铝制的门窗框而构成的,且将此窗框可滑动地载置于形成在绝热箱体之开口缘的轨道部。
然而,在这种冷冻储藏库设置于屋外的场合等时,会因玻璃门内外的温度差,而使玻璃表面附近的空气变冷,进而在这些玻璃表面产生结露。特别在夏季等的多湿条件下,造成此结露量增大而污损周围的问题。
为了解决此问题,而以绝热性佳的绝热材料等来关闭开口,则造成因尺寸的不同而不能开闭的问题。
本发明为了解决该现有技术的问题,提供一种冷冻储藏库,这种冷冻储藏库在玻璃门结露的设置条件下,可容易且确实地防止结露。
本发明的冷冻储藏库以可滑动的门来可开关地将绝热箱体的开口关闭;其中门由周缘部的尺寸较薄的绝热壁及嵌合于此绝热壁之周缘部的门窗框所构成。
依据本发明,由于在以可滑动的门来可开关地将绝热箱体的开口关闭的冷冻储藏库中,门由周缘部的尺寸较薄的绝热壁及嵌合于此绝热壁之周缘部的门窗框所构成,故在冷冻储藏库设置于如屋外等玻璃门结露的条件下的场合,亦可通过绝热壁而有效地防止对门外面的结露。
特别是由于使绝热壁之周缘部的厚度尺寸变薄,而嵌合于门窗框,故可与通常的玻璃门同样地处理。亦即,本发明的门可极容易地安装于现有的绝热箱体,而取代玻璃门,进而显著地富有便利性。
本发明的冷冻储藏库,在上述基础上,具有配设成内外错开拉引式的多层门,且成为外侧的上述门的绝热壁由周缘部突出至外侧,同时成为内侧的上述门的绝热壁由周缘部突出至内侧。
根据本发明的冷冻储藏库,于上述中,由于具有配设成内外错开拉引式的多层门,且成为外侧的上述门的绝热壁由周缘部突出至外侧,同时成为内侧的上述门的绝热壁由周缘部突出至内侧,故内外门的绝热壁于开关时不会冲撞。
这样,可良好地维持错开拉引式门的开关操作性,同时可提高绝热壁的绝热性能。
本发明的冷冻储藏库,于上述基础上,在门的绝热壁的外面设有保持广告构件的保持部。
根据本发明,于上述中,由于在门之绝热壁的外面设有保持广告构件的保持部,故可极容易地将广告功能附加于门,而可提高储藏商品的促销效果。

以下,参照附图详细说明本发明的实施例。图1是本发明之冷冻储藏库1的立体图;图2是冷冻储藏库1的纵剖面侧视图;图3是冷冻储藏库1上部的放大纵剖面侧视图;图4是冷冻储藏库1上部的放大纵剖面正视图。
实施例的冷冻储藏库1是收容例如冰淇淋等冷冻物品并进行贩卖的,由上面开口的外箱2和内箱3以及发泡填充于两箱2、3间的聚亚氨酯(polyurethane)绝热材料4构成的绝热箱体6构成本体。在该绝热箱体6内构成上面开口的储藏室7,同时绝热箱体6的前壁上部形成有窗孔6A。
在该窗孔6A嵌合有多层玻璃8,以可透视储藏室7。位于该窗孔6A之下缘稍下侧的部分的储藏室7架设有编架状的垫板9,且于其下方设置有冷却装置的冷却器11及送风机12。又,垫板9的前后缘与绝热箱体6的前后缘隔着间隔,且其中形成有冷气排出口13及冷气吸入口14。
又,由冷气排出口13安装有与绝热箱体6的后壁隔着间隔而朝上方延伸的导管板16,且由冷气吸入口14安装有与绝热箱体6的前壁及玻璃8隔着间隔而朝上方延伸的透明玻璃板17。藉由此构造,若送风机12运转,则被冷却器11所冷却的冷气由冷气排出口13排出,而于导管板16与绝热箱体6之间上升,进而由上端排出至储藏室7内。且于储藏室7内循环的冷气由玻璃板17的上端在玻璃板17与玻璃18间下降,而被吸入至送风机12(图2中的箭头所示)。这样,储藏室7内被冷却至既定的冷冻温度。再者,18为安装于绝热箱体6之下面四角的万向轮。
此外,在所述储藏室7(绝热箱体6)的上面开口安装有左右拉引错开式的二片门21、22,而可开关地关闭储藏室7。这种情况下,在位于绝热箱体6之开口前后缘的内箱3左右形成上下二级的轨道24、26,且于这些轨道24、26上分别可滑动地安装有上述门21、22。
这些门21、22分别由绝热壁27、28及周围的门窗框29、31所构成。这种情况下,门窗框29、31为通常的玻璃门用的门窗框,且由硬质合成树脂或铝等形成框状。且于该门窗框29、31的周围形成有朝内侧开口的卡合槽29A、31A,且在上下的外面分别形成有凹部29B、31B。
这种情况下,卡合槽29A、31A为分别用以嵌合通常的玻璃(例如多层玻璃)的槽。且于门窗框29之右侧的边和门窗框31的左侧的边上面分别突设有把手29C、31C。又,于门窗框29的左侧的边上安装有锁32,在门窗框31之右侧的边可上锁。
另一方面,上述绝热壁27由经合成树脂的真空成型而形成的内外面材料33、34及发泡填充于内外面材料33、34间的绝热材料36所构成。这种情况下,位于绝热壁27之周缘部的内外面材料33、34互相接近,而成为夹着缓冲材料37的厚度尺寸的薄的薄层部27A。该薄层部27A的厚度与通常之玻璃(例如多层玻璃)的厚度尺寸等同。且绝热壁27形成内方由此薄层部27A向外侧(上侧)突出的形状,而确保既定的绝热厚度。
又,此绝热壁27的薄层部27A嵌合于门窗框29的卡合槽29A内,而完成门21。此时,内面材料33位于与门窗框29的下面大体相同的位置。
另一方面,上述绝热壁28亦由经合成树脂的真空成型而形成的内外面材料38、39及发泡填充于这些内外面材料38、39间的绝热材料41所构成。这种情况下,位于绝热壁28之周缘部的内外面材料38、39互相接近,而成为夹着缓冲材料42之厚度尺寸的薄的薄层部28A。此薄层部28A的厚度亦与通常的玻璃(例如多层玻璃)的厚度尺寸等同。且绝热壁28成为内方由此薄层部28A向内侧(下侧)突出的形状,而确保既定的绝热厚度。
又,此绝热壁28的薄层部28A嵌合于门窗框31的卡合槽31A内,而完成门22。此时,外面材料39位于与门窗框31的上面大体相同的位置。
如此所构成的门22通过将其门窗框31可滑动地载置于绝热箱体6的下侧的轨道26而被安装,且门21通过将其门窗框29可滑动地载置于上侧的轨道24而被安装。其中,在对应于轨道24、26的前后的内箱3形成有突起44、44,且这些突起44、44进入门窗框29、31的凹部29B、31B内。这样,在锁32上锁时,门21、22不会脱落。
且,在这种情况下,由于门窗框29、31为通常之玻璃门用的门窗框,故可容易地取代通常的玻璃门而安装于现有的绝热箱体6的轨道24、26上。因此,在冷冻储藏库1设置于如屋外等玻璃门结露条件下的场合,通过绝热壁27、28可有效地防止对门21、22上面的结露。
又,将成为上侧的门21的绝热壁27由周缘的薄层部27A突出外侧(上侧),同时成为下侧的门22的绝热壁28由周缘的薄层部28A突出内侧(下侧),故上下的门21、22的绝热壁27、28不会于开关时冲撞。
这样,错开拉引式的门21、22的开关操作性可维持良好,同时可提高绝热壁27、28的绝热性能。
其次,图5至图7显示本发明其他实施例的冷冻储藏库1。这种情况下,门21与门22的绝热壁27、28的外面材料34、39由硬质合成树脂的挤压成型所构成,且于它们的中央部分别形成开口51、52。于各开口51、52的下侧周缘形成有卡合槽53、54,且在各卡合槽53、54嵌入有绝热片56、57。
且于各开口51、52的上侧左右缘及近端缘形成有保持槽58、59,以当作保持部,且由裹侧将记载有商品广告的片状的广告构件P插入各保持槽58、59而保持。又,其他的构造与图1至图4相同。
依据此构造,可极容易地将广告功能附加于门21、22,而可提高收容于储藏室7内之商品(冰淇淋等)的促销效果。
又,图8至图10显示本发明的又一实施例的冷冻储藏库1。这种情况下,于门21与门22的绝热壁27、28的外面材料34、39的各开口51、52的下侧周缘部形成有保持槽58、59,且在其下侧形成有卡合槽53、54,卷起上述保持槽58、59的上面,进而嵌入广告构件P。依据此构造,亦可极容易地将广告功能附加于门21、22上,而可提高收容于储藏库7内之商品(冰淇淋等)的促销效果。
又,图11及图12显示本发明的再一实施例的冷冻储藏库1。这种情况下,于门21与门22的绝热壁27、28的外面材料34、39(真空成形品)的上面贴附在开口61、62之周缘部设有保持槽63、64的、由硬质合成树脂的挤压成型所构成的保持构件66、67,而形成保持部。且卷起各保持槽63、64的上面,而嵌入广告构件P。依据此构造,亦可极容易地附加广告功能于门21、22,而可提高收容于储藏室7内的商品(冰淇淋等)的促销效果。
此外,图13显示本发明的另一实施例的冷冻储藏库1。这种情况下,内箱3与外箱2的上缘由树脂制的端部构件71所连结,且绝热箱体6的上面开口按其远边侧较其近边侧高而倾斜下来。又,在形成于端部构件71的上下轨道72、73上载置有门21、22。
依据如此的构造,可极容易地由储藏室7取出商品。
如以上所详述,依据本发明,由于在以可滑动的门来可开关地将绝热箱体的开口关闭的冷冻储藏库中,门由周缘部的尺寸较薄的绝热壁及嵌合于此绝热壁之周缘部的门窗框所构成,故在冷冻储藏库设置于如屋外等玻璃门结露的条件下的场合,亦可由绝热壁有效地防止对门外面的结露。
特别是由于使绝热壁之周缘部的厚度尺寸变薄,而嵌合于门窗框,故可与通常的玻璃门同样地处理。亦即,本发明的门可极容易地安装于现有的绝热箱体,而取代玻璃门,进而显著地富有便利性。

Claims (3)

1.一种冷冻储藏库,以可滑动的门来可开关地将绝热箱体的开口关闭;
其特征在于:所述门由周缘部的尺寸较薄的绝热壁及嵌合于此绝热壁之周缘部的门窗框所构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷冻储藏库,其特征在于:具有内外配设成错开拉引式的多层门,且成为外侧的所述门的绝热壁由周缘部突出至外侧,同时成为内侧的所述门的绝热壁由周缘部突出至内侧。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的冷冻储藏库,其特征在于:在门的绝热壁的外面设有保持广告构件的保持部。
