Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the intelligent network field, in particular to a method for directly dialing a called number in a wired intelligent network card number service.
Technical Field
The card number service has wide market prospect, and the most developed and best developed card number service is developed on domestic fixed intelligent network platforms at present. The card number service is an intelligent service, and the service is realized by at least comprising a Service Control Point (SCP) and a Service Switching Point (SSP) of an intelligent network system, wherein the service switching point is a connection point of the intelligent network system and a wired network system and plays roles of service access and triggering, user interaction processing and the like.
In the conventional card number service, a user needs to have a calling card for calling by using the card number service, and needs to input a card number password for verification after dialing an access code to trigger the intelligent service.
The length of the card number supported by the current system is between 3 and 20 bits, and for safety reasons, a common operator issues the card number with more than 10 bits and has no regularity. Thus, it is very difficult for the user to memorize the card number. The operation is inconvenient for users, which is not beneficial to the development of the business of operators.
The following is a typical method of use for a traditional card number service:
1. the user dials an access code, such as 17909;
2. the system prompts 'please select the type of the prompt language, 1 is mandarin, two for english.'; if the user inputs 1, the following prompt tones are Chinese, and if the user selects 2, the following prompt tones are English; setting a user selection 1;
3. the system prompts voice according to user input options, and if 1 is selected, prompts' please input a card number of your. -; the user inputs the correct card number;
4. the system prompts "please enter your password. -; the user inputs the correct password;
5. the system prompts' please dial the number you want, press # end, inquire balance to dial 11#, modify password to dial 22#, balance transfer to dial 33#, the user inputs the called number;
6. continuing the called party and communicating;
7. the user hangs up.
Therefore, the user needs to input a lengthy card number and a password in the dialing process, so that if the user frequently uses the card number service, the disadvantages of long time consumption, more input numbers and more occupied line resource time exist, and the multi-digit account number and the password are easy to cause error in the user input process frequently.

Detailed Description
The method for implementing direct dialing service in wired intelligent network according to the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to facilitate the precious examiner to understand the technical scheme, the related knowledge of the intelligent network is introduced first. The intelligent network is an additional network structure which is set for rapidly providing new services on the basis of the original communication network, and comprises a centralized service control point and a database, a centralized service management system and a service generation environment. The intelligent network is supported by advanced No.7 signaling and large centralized database, and features that the switching function and the control function of the network are separated. As the control function of the network is not dispersed to each switch, once the new service is needed to be added or modified, the switch of each switching center is not needed to be modified, and only the new service logic is added or modified in the service control point and new service data and client data are added in a large centralized database. Therefore, new services can be provided at any time, and the client can define own personal services according to own special needs.
As shown in fig. 1, the external environment of the present invention is a wired intelligent network, which is composed of a service switching point SSP, a service control point SCP, an intelligent peripheral IP, a service management system SMS, a service creation environment SCE, and so on. Wherein:
the service Switching point ssp (service Switching point) is a connection point for connecting the existing wired network and the intelligent network, and provides a function of accessing the intelligent network function set. SSP can detect the request of intelligent service and communicate with SCP; the call processing is effected by service logic in the SCP allowed to respond to requests from the SCP.
Service Control point scp (service Control point) is the core component of an intelligent network, which stores user data and service logic. SCP's main function is to receive the query information sent by SSP and query the database, carry on various deciphers; meanwhile, the SCP can start different service logics according to the call events reported by the SSP and send call control instructions to the corresponding SSP according to the service logics, thereby realizing various intelligent calls.
The intelligent peripheral ip (intelligent peripheral) is a special resource that assists in completing intelligent services. Various voice functions are generally available, such as voice synthesis, playing recorded announcements, receiving dual tone multiple frequency dialing, performing voice recognition, and so on. The IP, which may be a separate physical device or part of the SSP, is controlled by the SCP to perform the operations specified by the SCP service logic.
The service Management system sms (service Management system) is also a computer system. SMS generally has 5 functions, namely, service logic management, service data management, subscriber data management, service monitoring, and traffic management. The new service logic created in the service creation environment is entered by the service provider into the SMS, which in turn loads it into the SCP, and the new service is provided over the communications network.
The service Creation environment sce (service Creation environment) functions to create new service logic according to the requirements of clients. The SCE provides a friendly graphical editing interface for service designers, and customers design service logic of new services using various standard primitives and define corresponding data for the new services.
The invention relates to a method for realizing direct dialing service in wired intelligent network, which comprises the following steps:
in the service generation environment SCE, the service logic and service data required by the direct dial service are added in the card number service to form a direct dial service logic module to generate the direct dial service, the service generation environment SCE also completes the verification and test of the generated direct dial service to ensure that the generated direct dial service does not bring damage to the existing service in the fixed network, and then the generated service logic is transmitted to the SMS which is loaded to the SCP for operation.
The service logic and service data of the direct dialing service are loaded to a service control point SCP in a service management system SMS, and the configuration data related to the service is set in a service management access point SMAP, so that the new service can be provided on the fixed network.
Receiving and identifying a direct dialing service at a Service Switching Point (SSP), reporting the direct dialing service to an SCP (service control point), triggering the direct dialing service, and receiving an instruction sent by the SCP;
the following connection protocol is adopted among the parts of the system: SCE and SMS are connected by TCP/IP protocol; the SMAP is connected with the SMS through a wide area network or a local area network; the SMS is connected with the SCP by a wide area network or a local area network, and the SCP is connected with the SSP by a No.7 signaling network protocol.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing the general structure of card number service software, which is a software architecture for implementing direct dial service according to the present invention. The card number service also runs on the SCP, which provides functions such as a call function, balance inquiry, caller binding (management process of direct dial service), etc., i.e., it is responsible for providing an access channel for the management process of direct dial service.
When a user initiates a direct dialing service request, a service control point SCP starts the direct dialing service logic according to the direct dialing service request reported by an SSP, and sends a call control instruction to the SSP according to the service logic to realize the direct dialing service.
In this embodiment, the direct dialing service is triggered by setting a direct dialing service trigger detection mechanism in the service switching point SSP and further by a preset direct dialing service access code. A service request is initiated to the network by the terminal user dialing an access number, such as the IP telephone access number 17909, which is commonly used in the market, and a request is initiated to the network by this access number, which is received by the service switching point SSP, which recognizes that the call is an intelligent service, i.e. triggers 17909 service on the SCP. The SSP sends the calling number to SCP, the 17909 service on SCP analyzes the account number bound on the calling and then authenticates it, in practical application, the authentication process is to verify the terminal user identity of the dialed access number, for example, if the verification requirement for the account number and password of the dialed user is set, the SCP should authenticate and verify the account number and password provided by the user, if the verification is passed, the information is reported to SCP, and the direct dialing service of the present invention is triggered. The SSP receives various commands from SCP and responds accordingly. If the verification is not passed, the flow ends.
SCP starts the direct dialing service logic according to the direct dialing service request reported by SSP, and simultaneously, sends various call control instructions to SSP to complete the call service request lifted by the user. The user terminal makes various selections under the prompt of the system, the system prompts the user to select which binding mode, for example, the system provides the binding of the number, the account and the user password of the calling host of the user, if the user selects the binding mode, in the subsequent direct dialing service, when the user dials other users connected through the access number, the user only needs to dial the access number and the called number, and the system automatically identifies the user according to the record of the direct dialing service data, thereby avoiding the user from dialing the lengthy account and password and directly reaching the opposite side, and saving a great deal of dialing work trouble for the user.
For example, if the user selects the method of binding the different machines, the system binds the terminal number, the account and the password provided by the user, and then when the user dials the specified terminal number, the system automatically identifies the user according to the record of the direct dialing service data, and the user does not need to provide the account and the password again, thereby bringing great convenience to the user.
For example, the user can select a service in which multiple terminal sets are bound to one account and password, and then the user can call any one of the multiple set terminal sets in a bound number mode, and the actual use mode is the same as the two modes.
In the direct dialing service, an optional step of user unbinding and rebinding is also included, so that when the user does not want to continue using the binding set by the user, the user can be unbound by prompting of the system, or the number of the bound terminal is changed, thereby avoiding unnecessary waste.
The direct dialing service of the invention also comprises a step of user balance inquiry, when the user balance is insufficient, the system stops providing service for the user.
The account number and the password used in the direct dialing service can be stored in a telephone card with a certain value in a secret manner by using a telephone card pre-selling mode commonly used in the market. This also provides convenience to the user.
In the direct dialing service, the user can also set a step of requiring password verification when using the direct dialing service, when the user wants to use the binding number to carry out the direct dialing service, the system can require the user initiating the call to provide a private password of the binding which is approved by the system, if the private password passes the binding, the user can continue to use the binding service, and if the private password does not pass the binding, the user does not use the binding private password, thus the safety of the service and the system can be increased.
Referring now to fig. 3 and 4 in conjunction with the drawings, an embodiment is shown wherein fig. 4 is a generalized flow diagram of the present invention, and in particular embodiments, no selected steps occur:
firstly, a card number service exists in an intelligent network system, and the card number service is provided with a card number data table and other attached tables of other card number services;
