Wherein: on the basis of GSM mobile intelligent network CAMEL, in order to implement the ring back tone replacement service, an intelligent network element-PRBT-IP can be added in the network to provide the ring back tone playing of the ring back tone replacement service, the personal customization of the ring back tone replacement scheme, and the like, and the intelligent network element-PRBT-IP can be independently arranged and can also be combined with a similar intelligent peripheral system on the intelligent network.
While increasing PRBT-IP, certain upgrading of the network is required.
A corresponding service flag (flag), CAMEL Subscription Information (CSI), needs to be set in the Home Location Register (HLR) of the subscriber.
When the mobile user carries out location updating and corresponding necessary conditions, the HLR sends the CAMEL subscription information to a Visitor Location Register (VLR). So that MSC/VLR can obtain the correspondent information of ring-back tone replacement service of user.

if the user A is not CAMEL subscriber of the intelligent network service, the processing is continued according to the common telephone;
if the user A is a subscriber of the intelligent network ring back tone replacement service, the mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP will trigger the ring back tone replacement service according to the CAMEL subscription information, send IDP information to the home gsmSCF of the user A and request to start the ring back tone replacement service;
the attribution g smSCF of the user A processes the request and sends the ring tone replacement service control information back to the mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP; if the user A belongs to the PRBT-IP information for storing the ring back tone resource of the ring back tone replacement scheme customized by the user A;
under the control of gsmSCF, MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP at mobile originating end processes call continuously according to the signaling flow of ring back tone replacement service;
the mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP continues to continue the call according to the roaming number of the user A until reaching the terminal landing exchange of the user A;
the terminal landing exchange office of the user A inquires the called state, if the user A is idle, the terminal landing exchange office of the user A sends a ringing command to the user A, the user A starts ringing, and the terminal landing exchange office of the user A sends a common ring back tone to a calling user;

the PRBT-IP inquires a database of the PRBT-IP system according to the telephone number information of the user A, authenticates the user A and judges whether the user A is a legal user of the system;
for calls that cannot pass authentication, the PRBT-IP system cannot provide ringback tone replacement service, reject this ringback tone replacement service call, or send a general ringback tone signal (music or voice prompt);
for the call passing the authentication, the PRBT-IP system inquires a ring-back tone replacement scheme customized by the user according to the user information data of the user under the control of a control node CN, and provides audio signals such as voice, music and the like to a calling user to replace the ring-back tone of the common beep tone according to the ring-back tone replacement scheme customized by the user;

In the invention, in order to realize the ring back tone replacement service based on the intelligent network, a PRBT-IP system is required to be arranged in the intelligent network, and the system is used as an independent intelligent peripheral to complete the ring back tone replacement operation under the control and management of the intelligent network.

the SSM is a key part of the system, mainly completing front-end exchange, and supporting the E1 interface and the TUP, ISUP protocol and TCAP protocol of the seventh signaling. SSM can be realized by a large-capacity front-end switch scheme or an industrial control machine plus a board card grade product; the former is suitable for the condition with high requirement on line and signaling capacity, while the latter system speech channel exchange function can realize 4096 time slot speech exchange, and the capacity is not large, but the cost is low.
The SSM is connected to the existing telephone communication network (fixed telephone network, GSM mobile telephone network, CDMA mobile telephone network) through E1 interface, communicates with the existing telephone communication network through seven signaling mode, and is responsible for establishing telephone call, extracting and processing service and number information related to the user, playing back tone signal customized by the user, playing prompt voice of automatic voice interaction customized back tone scheme, receiving dual-tone number input of the user, connecting voice channel of manual operator seat, etc. under the control and assistance of the control node.
A Control Node (CN) is a core part of the system, and performs functions such as resource management, call analysis, protocol processing, service Control, etc., performs real-time concurrent processing on signaling protocol messages, runs service logic, and maintains communication interfaces with other functional entities. The method is an open design, is used for effectively supporting the introduction of a new protocol, the addition of a new resource type and the generation of a new service, and ensures the flexibility and the expandability of the system.
The control node makes subscriber authentication, database query, extraction and playing of ring back tone scheme, and provides a calling subscriber with a sound source customized by a called subscriber, i.e., provides a ring back tone replacement service, according to the extracted subscriber number information, when a call arrives, by accessing the subscriber database and the SSM.

The PRBT-IP system is connected with a Mobile network Short Message center by adopting the Short Message machine, realizes information interaction with the Short Message center through a Short Message Peer to Peer (Short Message Peer to Peer, SMPP for Short) or a China Mobile Peer to Peer (CMPP) Protocol and a Short Message Gateway Interface Protocol (SGIP for Short), and provides an auxiliary Short Message notification function.
The monitoring server in the PRBT-IP system can be additionally provided with a monitoring server in a local area network where a system platform is positioned, so that the working state and performance indexes of each server and each workstation of the monitoring system platform are realized, and the data information flow and the network load condition of interfaces of the local area network and the wide area network are monitored in real time.
The monitoring server can realize data acquisition of each network element device in the local area network and realize real-time monitoring of the network element devices and the network performance in the local area network. Once the network element equipment has an abnormality such as an alarm, the system should collect data in real time and respond accordingly.
The maintenance management terminal of the PRBT-IP system is an operation maintenance platform of the system and respectively completes the functions of collecting, editing and managing the prompt tone, managing the network and maintaining and managing the resources. And remote dialing mode access is realized with the help of a Modem (Modem).
The PRBT-IP system can be additionally provided with a seat for providing manual acceptance services such as service consultation and ring tone customization for users.
The seat receives and queues the call event through the SSM server, and prompts the seat personnel to master the number information of the calling customer through the screen display provided by the control node, and the call is connected with the call of the customer. when a mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP receives a telephone call connection using a mobile telephone user as a called party, if the called party is a subscriber of an intelligent network ring back tone replacement service, the mobile originating MSC generates VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP to trigger the ring back tone replacement service according to CAMEL subscription information, sends IDP to gsmSCF and starts to start the ring back tone replacement service;
in the process of the ring back tone replacement service calling, the mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP continues to complete the call connection under the control of the ring back tone replacement service logic and the ring back tone replacement service signaling flow of the gsmSCF;
the method for implementing the ringback tone replacement service by using a mobile subscriber applying for the ringback tone replacement service as a subscriber a and calling the subscriber as a subscriber B (which may be a mobile phone subscriber or a fixed phone subscriber) and using the subscriber a as a called phone call is described as follows:
the SSM of the PRBT-IP receives a call request of a ring back tone replacement service from a mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP through a No. seven signaling protocol;
the SSM processes the call request and extracts the service number and the user number information in the request message, i.e. the number information of the user a and the user B, if the request message can not be provided, the SSM requests the information to the mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP through a further signaling interaction process.
SSM sends the user number information to the control node CN of PRBT-IP;

for the call passing the authentication, the control node CN of the PRBT-IP takes the proxy of an application server of the PRBT-IP system or directly inquires a user ring-back tone customization database according to the number information of the user A and the user B, and extracts the ring-back tone replacement scheme customized by the user A;
the scheme can provide ring back tone replacement modes such as a ring back tone replacement mode corresponding to a calling number, a ring back tone replacement mode distinguished according to date/time and the like;
after the control node CN of the PRBT-IP acquires the ring-back tone replacement scheme of the user A, the control node CN controls the SSM part to send a further call continuing signal to a mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP;
after acquiring a ring-back tone replacement scheme of a user A, a control node CN of the PRBT-IP extracts resource file information serving as a replacement ring-back tone and sends the resource file information to an SSM part of the PRBT-IP;
the SSM part extracts the resource file data as the replacement ring back tone and plays the resource file data to a mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP as a ring back tone signal through an E1 voice channel;
when the called user A answers the call, the mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP connects the speech path of the user A and the user B, and simultaneously, sends a disconnecting signal to the PRBT-IP system;
and after receiving the disconnection signal, the PRBT-IP system stops playing and removes the circuit connection.
Through the PRBT-IP system, the mobile subscriber can customize the ring back tone replacement scheme. The specific customization methods are at least three as follows:
1. browser mode (WEB mode)
Referring to fig. 5, the WEB server in the PRBT-IP system can complete the functions of service acceptance, customized ring back tone, user consultation, etc. by calling the application components of the application server group; the method comprises the following implementation steps:
step 1: the user opens a WEB browser on a remote client for the first time, inputs the WEB service address of the system and starts the customization of the user personalized ring back tone;
step 2: a user inputs a mobile phone number according to an interface prompt requirement and submits a request;
and step 3: after receiving the request, the remote WEB server communicates with the user management server through the application server group server to verify the identity and the validity of the user; if the user is a legal user, the system informs the WEB server through the application server group that the user is a legal user, sends information to the client, requests to receive a user service operation password short message, sends a user password to the short message machine through the application server group, and sends a password short message to the user through the communication with the mobile network short message center;
and 4, step 4: the user logs in the ring back tone replacement scheme customization interface according to the obtained password, selects the customized ring back tone, submits the request, and the browser sends the customized ring back tone code to the WEB server, communicates with the user management server through the application server group, and stores the user number and the information of the customized ring back tone in the database server. step 2: the user sends the request for starting the ring back tone replacement service according to the interface prompt;
and step 3: after receiving the request, the remote WAP server communicates with the user management server through the application server group server to verify the identity and validity of the user, if the user is a legal user, the system informs the WAP server that the user is a legal user through the application server group, and the WAP server customizes the prompt of the ring back tone to the mobile phone of the user;
and 4, step 4: the user customizes the ring back tone according to WAP page, after submitting request, WAP server receives the ring back tone customizing code, communicates with user management server through application server group, and stores the user number and the ring back tone customizing information in database server. And downloading the ring back tone resource data (file) and storing the ring back tone resource data (file) in the voice resource and voice resource storage equipment of the PRBT-IP. The database server transmits the successfully stored information to the WAP server through the application server group, and the WAP server returns the successfully customized information to the user.
SMS mode
Referring to fig. 7, in terms of the network structure, a short message service (sms) server may be added in parallel with other servers in the PRBT-IP system, and the sms server is responsible for receiving data of a user, then sorting, analyzing, and storing the data in a database, and sending information to the user through a short message center; the short message SERVER realizes an interface with a short message center (adopting CMPP or SMPP and SGIP protocols, and the specific interface is realized according to the condition of a short message center equipment provider), simultaneously realizes the operation, maintenance and business management of a system, and provides a user operation interface based on WEB SERVER service. The acquisition of the signaling is completed through the existing equipment of the mobile network.
The customization step of the ring back tone replacement service in a short message mode comprises the following steps:
step 1: the user sends the short message of the service application to the short message center, and the short message machine of the IP system receives the message through an interface with the short message center;
step 2: the short message machine analyzes the user information sent by the short message center, and forwards the database server and the user management server through the application server group to judge whether the user is a legal user;
and step 3: the application server transmits the returned information of the database server and the user management server after the user identity authentication to the short message machine, and the short message machine submits the next operation instruction information to the short message center;
and 4, step 4: if the user is a legal user, the user selects and customizes according to the ring-back tone customization option provided by the short message and sends the ring-back tone customization option to the short message center in a short message mode, otherwise, the system replies the information that the user cannot complete the specified operation;
and 5: the short message machine receives the ring back tone option sent by the short message center, and stores the information of the subscriber number, the ring back tone sound source code just customized by the subscriber and the like through the application server group forwarding data server and the subscriber management server, downloads ring back tone resource data (files) and stores the ring back tone resource data (files) in the voice resource and voice resource storage equipment of the PRBT-IP;
step 6: the short message machine replies the user with the information of successful operation submitted by the short message center.
The above embodiments are mainly described and explained with GSM mobile communication network, and since the core technologies of GSM network intelligent network, CDMA network intelligent network and third generation mobile communication intelligent network are the same, the technical paths for implementing the method and system of the present invention on other intelligent networks are the same, and the description of the present invention is not repeated here.

step 2: the home gsmSCF of the called user processes the request and sends the information of the PRBT-IP of the home of the called user to the mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP, the PRBT-IP is at least used for storing the ring back tone resource of the ring back tone replacement scheme customized by the called user;
and step 3: the mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP continues to continue the call according to the roaming number of the called user until the call reaches the terminal landing exchange of the called user;
and 4, step 4: the terminal floor exchange office of the called user sends a ringing command to the called user and simultaneously sends a common ring back tone to the calling user;
and 5: the mobile originating MSC/VLR/SSP or GMSC/SSP does not connect the common ring back tone sent to the calling user by the terminal floor switching office of the called user, and carries out the ring back tone replacement service processing.

The method of claim 1 for implementing phone call ringback tone replacement over a mobile phone smart network, characterized in that: in said step 4, the terminal of the called user is grounded and the exchange office inquires the called state before sending the ringing command to the called user, and if the called user is in the idle state, the ringing command is sent.

step 52: and the PRBT-IP which the called user belongs to sends a ring back tone to the calling user according to the telephone number information of the called user.

step 521: the PRBT-IP which the called user belongs to inquires a database of the PRBT-IP system according to the telephone number information of the called user and carries out authentication processing on the called user;
step 522: if the call can not pass the authentication, the PRBT-IP system does not provide the ring back tone replacement service, rejects the call of the ring back tone replacement service, or sends a general ring back tone signal;
step 523: if the call passes the authentication, the PRBT-IP system sends a ring-back tone signal for replacing a common ring-back tone to the calling subscriber according to the ring-back tone replacement scheme customized by the called subscriber under the control of the control node CN.

The method of claim 9 for implementing phone call ringback tone replacement over a mobile phone smart network, characterized in that: the specific control of the control node comprises: the method comprises the steps of carrying out real-time concurrent processing on signaling protocol messages, operating service logic, maintaining communication interfaces with other functional entities, carrying out user authentication, database query and ring back tone scheme extraction and playing according to extracted user number information when a call arrives by accessing a user database and an SSM (service support manager), and providing ring back tone replacement service customized by a called user for a calling user.

The method of claim 9 for implementing phone call ringback tone replacement over a mobile phone smart network, characterized in that: the control node also provides interactive automatic voice ring back tone replacement scheme customization service according to the automatic voice interaction service flow.

The method of claim 9 for implementing phone call ringback tone replacement over a mobile phone smart network, characterized in that: the resource/media processing system at least comprises a voice resource management server, a large-capacity voice storage device, a database server, a user/roaming management server, an application server group, a device for customizing functions and an interface; wherein,
the voice resource management server is used for providing uniform coding maintenance for the personalized voice of the user and maintaining and managing the voice resources of the voice storage equipment; and provides the voice flow customizing function of the interactive voice service;
the large-capacity voice resource storage equipment is used for storing the universal ring tone and the personalized ring back tone resource customized by the user; the voice resource is managed by a voice resource management server and a user management server;
the database server is used for storing user information, user data information, ring back tone scheme, user account information, billing information, service processing data and statistical data;
the application server group is used for providing data operation and management services for the equipment and the interface of the customized function and the workstation, and simultaneously providing the proxy function of all the components in the system for accessing the database.

The method of claim 12 for implementing phone call ringback tone replacement over a mobile phone smart network, wherein: the equipment and interface of the customization function are WEB server, the WEB server is arranged in the ring back tone replacement local area network and is used for providing service application and personalized ring customization interface based on browser mode.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the personalized ring tone customization specifically comprises the following steps:
step A1: the user inputs the mobile phone number and submits a request;
step A2: after receiving the customization request, the WEB server communicates with a user management server through an application server group server to verify the identity and the validity of the user; if the verification is passed, the application server group informs the WEB server, sends information to the client, receives the short message of the user service operation password, sends the user password to the short message machine, and sends the password short message to the user through the communication of the short message machine and the mobile network short message center;
step A3: the user selects the customized ring back tone and submits a request;
step A4: the browser sends a customized ring back tone code to the WEB server, communicates with a user management server through an application server group, and stores the user number and the information of the customized ring back tone in a database server;

step B2: after receiving the request, the WAP server communicates with the user management server through the application server group server to verify the identity and the validity of the user; if the answer is verified, the WAP server is informed through the application server group, and the WAP server sends prompt information for customizing the ring back tone to the user mobile phone;
step B3: after the user submits the request, the WAP server receives the ring back tone customizing code, communicates with the user management server through the application server group, and stores the user number and the ring back tone customizing information in the database server;
step B4: downloading the ring back tone resource data, and storing the ring back tone resource data in the voice resource storage equipment of the PRBT-IP;
step B5: the database server transmits the successfully stored information to the WAP server through the application server group, and the WAP server returns the successfully customized information to the user.

The method of claim 12 for implementing phone call ringback tone replacement over a mobile phone smart network, wherein: the device and the interface with the customized function are short message machines; the short message machine is connected with a short message center of a mobile communication network and is used for providing an interface based on a short message mode service application and a ring tone customization mode.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the short message machine and a short message center of a mobile communication network realize information interaction with the short message center through an SMPP protocol, a CMPP protocol or an SGIP protocol.
19. The method of claim 17, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the ring customization specifically comprises the following steps:
step C1: the user sends the short message of the service application through the short message center, and the short message machine receives the message through an interface with the short message center;
step C2: the short message machine analyzes the user information sent by the short message center, and forwards the database server and the user management server through the application server group to judge whether the user is a legal user;
step C3: the application server transmits the returned information of the database server and the user management server after the user identity authentication to the short message machine, and the short message machine submits the next operation instruction information to the short message center;
step C4: if the user is a legal user, the short message service machine receives the ring back tone customization provided by the user, and the step C5 is executed; otherwise, informing the user of the information that the specified operation cannot be completed;
step C6: the short message machine receives the ring back tone option sent by the short message center and forwards the data server through the application server group; the user management server stores the user number information and the ring back tone sound source coding information customized by the user;
step C7: downloading the ring back tone resource data, and storing the ring back tone resource data in the voice resource storage equipment of the PRBT-IP;
step C8: the short message machine submits the information of successful operation to the short message center to inform the user.

the SSM is used for connecting with the existing telephone communication network through an E1 interface, communicating with the existing telephone communication network through a No. seven signaling mode, establishing a telephone call, extracting and processing service and number information related to a user, playing a ring-back tone signal customized by the user, playing a prompt voice of an automatic voice interaction customized ring-back tone scheme, receiving double-audio number input of the user, and connecting a voice channel of a manual operator seat under the control of a control node;
the control node is used for completing resource management, call analysis, protocol processing and service control;
the resource/media processing system is used for completing media processing, media conversion and storage and providing required resources for services.
