Abstract

                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携无线电装置,如便携电话机,并尤其涉及一种具有改进的扬声器音质的便携无线电装置。
                        背景技术
在诸如便携电话机的便携无线电装置中,壳体被做得越来越紧凑并外形越来越小,以便提高便携性。从而,已经作出努力以在壳体内有限空间中以高密度方式安装无线电电路、扬声器、接收器和LCD(液晶显示器)模块。
总之,当扬声器后部存在的空间体积较大时,扬声器易于振动。在便携电话机中,由于高密度安装而难于在扬声器后部保留足够的空间,结果,扬声器不能获得全部性能。
现在具有防止电磁波在扬声器中产生噪声的要求。
已经提出本发明以解决这种问题,并旨在提供一种便携无线电装置,其防止电磁波从无线电电路传播到扬声器中,并改善扬声器的音质。
                        发明内容
根据本发明的无线电装置为一种便携无线电装置,其包括无线电电路、扬声器、和用于保护扬声器不受无线电电路的电磁影响的屏蔽元件,其特征在于,屏蔽元件设置有通气孔,该通气孔的尺寸不影响屏蔽性能,所述通气孔设置在靠近并相对于所述扬声器后部的一音孔。通过这种结构,有可能使由于扬声器后部的振动所压缩的空气穿过通气孔,而不会减小屏蔽元件固有的屏蔽性能。从而,有可能防止电磁波从无线电电路传播到扬声器上。

                       具体实施方式
将参照附图描述本发明实施例。在以下描述中,便携无线电装置使用时向上定位的便携无线电装置的部分被假设为便携无线电装置的上部。
第一实施例
图1是围绕根据本发明第一实施例的便携无线电装置的大致中心的部分的内部结构的剖面图。
便携无线电装置包括作为壳体的前盖1和后盖2。在前盖1顶部上设置一开口,该处固定用于液晶显示器的透明面板3。在前盖1上端的附近,设置一接收器音孔1A。在前盖1内表面对应于接收器音孔1A的位置上,通过垫片固定一接收器4。在后盖2顶部上,设置多个扬声器孔2A。在后盖2内表面对应扬声器孔2A的位置处,固定一扬声器8。
在由前盖1和后盖2构成的壳体内,设置印刷电路板5。在印刷电路板5的上表面上,设置一固定LCD模块的LCD托架6。在印刷电路板5的下表面上,安装无线电电路9。此外,设置一具有覆盖无线电电路9形状的屏蔽盒。在与扬声器后部相对的屏蔽盒10底部位置附近,设置多个通气孔10A。通气孔10A的尺寸被确定为不影响屏蔽从无线电电路9辐射的电磁波的性能。该尺寸根据便携电话机的频率确定。
在具有上述结构的便携无线电装置中,扬声器8的振动经由后音孔(未示出)传播。被扬声器8振动所压缩的空气从扬声器8的后部环绕传播。被压缩空气的一部分穿过屏蔽盒10上的通气孔10A并到达屏蔽盒10内的空间中。在屏蔽盒10内提供通气孔10A使屏蔽盒10内的空间得以利用,而改善了扬声器8的音质。
从无线电电路9辐射的电磁波被屏蔽盒10屏蔽,而不会泄漏到屏蔽盒10外部。从而,不会产生由于从无线电电路9辐射的电磁波到达扬声器8所造成的噪声。
以这种方式,在根据本发明第一实施例的便携无线电装置中,屏蔽盒10设置成覆盖无线电电路9,而具有不会影响屏蔽性能的尺寸的通气孔10A设置在相对扬声器8后部的表面上。这就改进了扬声器8的音质,并防止电磁波从无线电电路传播到扬声器8。
第二实施例
图2是围绕根据本发明第二实施例的便携无线电装置的大致中心的部分的内部结构的剖面图。与图1中相同的元件被赋予相同的附图标记,并省略了相应的描述。
在这个实施例中,取代第一实施例中的屏蔽盒10,而设置了具有屏蔽特性的托架11。托架11具有例如由金属化的树脂构成的表面,以使扬声器8免受从无线电电路9辐射的电磁波的影响。托架11具有覆盖扬声器后部和侧部的形状。在扬声器8后部附近,设置了具有不会影响屏蔽由无线电电路9辐射的电磁波性能大小的孔。在后盖2面对无线电电路9的内表面的部分上金属化防止了从无线电电路9辐射的电磁波从后盖2泄漏出去。其他部分的结构与第一实施例中的相同。
在具有上述结构的便携无线电装置中,扬声器8的振动通过后部音孔(未示出)传播。被扬声器8振动压缩的空气从扬声器8后部环绕传播。被压缩的空气穿过托架11内的通气孔11A,并传播到周围空间中。从而,可以利用围绕托架11的空间,以改善扬声器8的音质。
由于扬声器8被托架11屏蔽,从无线电电路9辐射的电磁波不会到达扬声器8,并也不会产生噪声。从无线电电路9辐射、并传播到后盖2内表面上的电磁波被金属化的内表面反射,而不会泄漏到后盖2之外。
以这种方式,根据本发明第二实施例的便携无线电装置设置有托架11,其具有覆盖扬声器8后部和侧部的形状,而不会影响屏蔽从无线电电路9辐射的电磁波的性能的通气孔11A设置在扬声器8后部的附近。这就改进了扬声器8的音质,并防止来自无线电电路的电磁波传播到扬声器8。
工业应用性
如上所述,根据本发明的便携无线电装置具有如下极佳的优点:即,通过在用于使扬声器免受无线电电路电磁影响的屏蔽元件内设置通气孔,防止了电磁波从无线电电路传播到扬声器,并改善了扬声器的音质,所述通气孔具有不会影响屏蔽性能的尺寸。

Claims (3)

1.一种便携无线电装置,包括:
无线电电路;
扬声器;以及
用于使扬声器免受无线电电路电磁影响的屏蔽元件;
其中,屏蔽元件上具有通气孔,该通气孔用于提高扬声器的音质;
所述通气孔设置成靠近并相对于所述扬声器后部的一音孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携无线电装置,其特征在于,屏蔽元件为设置成覆盖无线电电路的屏蔽盒。
3.如权利要求1所述的便携无线电装置,其特征在于,屏蔽元件为具有覆盖扬声器后部和侧部形状的托架。
