Abstract
An electrical female contact member with a main body, a pair of first crimp lugs for clamping insulating bush of the electric conductor, and a pair of second crimp lugs for fixing a free end of a bare electric conductor. In the pair of second crimp lugs housing a male electric contact member, an opening part for the male electric contact is provided in the free end, and from the lugs, a bush provided with an elastic clamp formed of a cut tongue gripping a male electric contact is extended. The main body formed of stainless steel provided with excellent mechanical characteristic with a copper alloy coating inside.
Description
The present invention relates to a kind of female electrical contact member.
The present invention relates to such electrical contact member, this electrical contact member has a main body, this main body has the lug of crimping to be used to be fixed to an electric conductor at one end, and having a lining to be fit to hold a plug-type electrical contact member at other end place, this lining has the resilient tongue thing of the described plug-type member of suitable clamping of incision.
These contact members are normally made with a copper alloy, this copper alloy has the favorable conductive ability, but its mechanical performance is inferior, when consequently being subjected to high temperature difference, vibrations etc. under certain conditions especially easily and influencing, almost can not use them.
In order to get rid of this shortcoming, proposed in the past, have good mechanical properties in a kind of usefulness but hold a lining in the sleeve pipe of the very poor made of conductive capability, this sleeve pipe has some suitable opposite tongues that cooperate with each tongue of lining, so that all increase and keep effective clamping of pin member under all service conditions.
This sleeve pipe can also comprise some spring parts, and these spring parts are used for fixing described jack type member at a path that connects the cover part.
Above-mentioned this embodiment requires complicated tool processes, so that make two parts that separate and they are assembled together.
In addition, these members are all thicker, and this makes them incompatible slightly with the requirement to miniaturization that increases day by day.
An object of the present invention is to get rid of above-mentioned shortcoming.
The invention reside in a kind of female electrical contact member, this female electrical contact member comprises a main body, this main body is shaped to has the lug of first pair of crimping and the lug of second pair of crimping at one end place, the lug of this first pair of crimping is suitable for clamping the insulating case of an electric conductor, and the lug of second pair of crimping is used for it is fixed to the exposed end of electric conductor, this second pair of lug extends by a lining, this lining is used to hold the plug-type electrical contact member of a complementation and has an opening and an elastic clip at its free end, this opening is used for the plug-type member, and this elastic clip is formed by the tongue of each incision, these tongues are suitable for clamping pin member, the main body of female electrical contact member is made a slice with a kind of stainless steel with good mechanical properties, and the inner surface of main body plates an Albatra metal-.
Above-mentioned configuration produces a kind of female electrical contact member, and this female electrical contact member combines the characteristic of mechanical strength and electric conductivity, and it is an integral body, thereby is very thin.
According to a design feature, this copper alloy is from the end of the lug of second pair of crimping of the lug that extends to contiguous first pair of crimping near a zone of lining split shed.
Illustrate in greater detail the present invention now with reference to a special embodiment who only illustrates as an example in the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is the front view according to a kind of female electrical contact member of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is the plane graph of this member among Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 is the profile of being done along Fig. 1 middle conductor 3-3.
Fig. 4 is the profile of being done along Fig. 3 middle conductor 4-4.
Female electrical contact member shown in each figure with a kind of material with good mechanical properties for example stainless steel make, and this female electrical contact member is shaped to has a main body 1, this main body 1 has lug 2 and second pair of lug 3 of first pair of crimping at one end place, the lug 2 of this first pair of crimping is suitable for clamping an end of electric conductor in the insulating case, and second pair of lug 3 is suitable for it is fixed on the exposed end of this conductor.
From lug 3, main body 1 extends to a bit of part 4, and when this member was mounted in the passage of a connector outer casing component, this a bit of part 4 was suitable for for example cooperating with a locking key.
This part 4 extends to a lining 5 again, and the plug-type contact member that this lining 5 is used to hold a complementation is a latch for example, and this latch is placed on the outer casing component of a complementation of connector and is connected in the circuit.
Hold in the free end 9 of lining 5 of plug-type member and have an opening 8, the plug-type member passes this opening 8.Two resilient tongue things 7 are cut open from described lining, and tongue 7 is curved song so that constitute an elastic clip that is fit to clamp the plug-type member.
Contiguous free end 9 also is extruded corresponding to the notching edge of the resilient tongue thing 7 of otch, and to be formed on the extension 10 of resilient tongue thing free end outside, this extension 10 forms the described tongue of restriction and moves and prevent the backstop that they are stressed.
Lining 5 has compacting boss 11 on its side, so that give this member guiding in the groove in connector overcoat passage.
Because with its steel of making according to member of the present invention is the non-conductor of electricity, so the inner surface of the main body 1 between the free end 9 of the end of the lug 3 of second pair of crimping of contiguous lug 2 and adjacent openings 8 is coated with the material Albatra metal-for example that one deck is the good conductor of electricity, this coating has and is about 20 to 50 microns thickness. This has just reached from the zone that contacts with plug-type member (tongue 7) to the electric continuity in the zone that contacts with electric conductor (lug 3 of a pair of crimping).
Certainly, the invention is not restricted to described and shown in embodiment.Do not depart from the scope of the present invention, can carry out modification on many details it.
