Also a concentrated alkaline isotropic fabric washing liquid detergent composition comprising at least 15 % by weight of surfactant further comprises at least 0.2 % by weight hydrogen peroxide bleach and an optical brightener and is also substantially free from hydrotropes. The compositions may be used as a main wash bleaching liquid or a pretreatment liquid and may be activated with a bleach activator.
Description
The present invention relates to contain the concentrated alkaline isotropic fabric washing liquid detergent of hydrogen peroxide bleaching.
Concentrated alkaline isotropic fabric washing liquid detergent comprises hydrotropic agent usually, and viscosity can not become too big to allow to use high level of surfactant.Typical hydrotropic agent has sodium xylene sulfonate, ethanol and propylene glycol.International Application PCT/GB96 00642 comprises this based composition, they comprise mixture and the hydrotropic agent and the hydrogen peroxide of nonionic surface active agent and aniorfic surfactant, it is characterized in that said composition comprises greater than 40% total surfactant or comprise total surfactant greater than 20% when being rich in anionic when being rich in non-ionic type.Need to concentrate superoxide liquid, because can cause transporting the reduction with storage cost like this. How to prepare the concentrated alkaline isotropic fabric washing liquid detergent that contains stabilization of peroxide, those skilled in the art were puzzled a lot of years the solution of this problem.
Though have a lot, seldom openly do not conform to hydrotropic preparation really about containing the public publication of hydrotropic concentrated alkaline isotropic fabric washing liquid detergent preparation.Immediate prior art may be 15% anionic (secondary alkyl sulfonate) and 3.75% non-ionic type (primary alcohol ethoxylate (the 7EO)) composition that is disclosed among the WO 96/01311.The total surfactant content that said preparation has is lower than 20%.In addition, said composition does not contain other composition such as white dyes, anti-redeposition agent or anti-dye-transfer, and this makes said composition be not suitable for use in the practical concentrated alkaline isotropic fabric washing liquid detergent that contains hydrogen peroxide bleaching.
The thickening peroxide compositions also is known. These compositions comprise thickened systems to improve viscosity when only having the tensio-active agent of low levels.GB 2255507 is exactly a representative instance, and it discloses has the thickening that is less than 10% tensio-active agent and contain peroxide compositions. These compositions are not suitable for use in detergent for washing clothes. So that provide the required effect of squeezable composition, said composition places to erect when go up on the surface and can not flow to their thickenings. This based composition does not contain water-soluble growth substance and always contains and is less than 10% total surfactant. The technician can not utilize these thickenings not have the raw material of water-soluble growth substance composition as the new concentrated fabric washing composition of preparation.
We have now found that, hydrotropic existence has big, very undesirable negative effects to the package stability of concentrated alkaline isotropic fabric washing liquid detergent, and especially we have found that this is a problem that comprises the composition of high level of surfactant. This is a problem of preparation concentrated liquid detergent, because this class washing composition contains water-soluble growth substance usually. In this manual, " concentrate " liquid that expression is in its undiluted attitude and comprise total surfactant more than 15% and preferred at least 20% and most preferably at least 23%.Except as otherwise noted, all percentage ratios are all based on w/w.
The invention provides concentrated alkaline isotropic fabric washing liquid detergent compositions, contain at least 15% tensio-active agent in the total surfactant content that it comprises and further comprise at least 0.2% hydrogen peroxide bleaching and a kind of white dyes, it is characterized in that said composition is substantially free of hydrotropic agent. The hydrotropic agent that preferred said composition does not a bit add in addition.Perhaps, may exist up to 2.5%, preferably be less than 1.5%, most preferably be less than 0.5% the material that can play the hydrotropic agent effect on a small quantity, be because one of batching of said composition contains this material as trace ingredients or impurity.Preferably avoid such batching, because they might jeopardize the shelf-life of said composition, yet,, reduce and still can make said composition have the acceptable shelf-life owing to amount seldom can play performance that the material of hydrotropic agent effect causes for other stable composition very. Therefore this based composition that is substantially free of the material that can play the hydrotropic agent effect belongs to scope of the present invention.
Total surfactant content preferably is at least 20%, more preferably is at least 23%.Preferably said composition comprises anionic and nonionic surface active agent.
All can use with any white dyes of peroxide compatible.A kind of white dyes that has good consistency with peroxide bleaching agent is the Tinopal CBS-X that derives from Ciba Geigy, the distyryl biphenyl derivatives.Fluorescent agent based on Stilbene also can be used as white dyes.
Second aspect of the present invention provides concentrated alkaline isotropic fabric washing liquid detergent compositions, contain at least 23% tensio-active agent that is selected from anionic and nonionic surface active agent in the total surfactant content that it comprises, and further contain at least 0.2% hydrogen peroxide bleaching, it is characterized in that said composition is substantially free of hydrotropic agent.Said composition also can comprise the white dyes of above-mentioned definition.
When existing, nonionic surface active agent accounts for more than the 5wt% of total composition, and said composition better comprises and be not higher than this class tensio-active agent of 5%, does not meet the tensio-active agent of pH criterion during promptly by described test A test hereinafter. It preferably includes and is not higher than this class tensio-active agent of 5%, does not meet the tensio-active agent of residual peroxide criterion during promptly by described test A test hereinafter.
Though can use non-ionic type or aniorfic surfactant system completely, surfactant system is the mixture of anionic and nonionic surface active agent preferably.Composition can contain suitable washing assistant or not composite.

To list following (got rid of this class tensio-active agent, promptly their good peroxide stability mainly are because the cause that composition pH reduces) by the tensio-active agent that pH and peroxide stability are tested the two.Relatively poor from pH stability A3 and A5, because their pH is higher. In fact higher may being out of question is because kept the advantage of alkaline compositions.
PH stability descending order: A1>A4/A3>N1/A6
Peroxide stability descending order: N1>A6>A3>A4>A1
Consider pH stability and peroxide stability the two, so preferred surfactants is those that list above. From in conjunction with pH stability and peroxide stability, particularly preferably be secondary alkyl sulfonate A3 and A4.
Except pH and peroxide stability, phase behaviour also must be suitable. We filter out the tensio-active agent that meets pH and peroxide stability criterion, are called as in this manual to obtain following result in the working method of testing B.Test B comprises that measuring concentration increases progressively the viscosity that increment is a series of surfactant solns of 5%.Surpass its viscosity and will be called threshold concentration in this manual above this concentration of 1200cps.By human consumer's acceptability, it is the suitable upper limit that 1200cps is used in this test. The value of the concrete tensio-active agent of using in liquid detergent should be lower than this threshold concentration, and is preferably low at least by 5%, more preferably hangs down 9% at least. This just allows the evaporation that out of true is prepared burden and/or stored in the industrial preparation liquid detergent.Measurement result to the preferred surfactants threshold concentration is given in the table 3.Number in the bracket be under 25 ℃, the 21s of the water phase surfactant mixture of normality
