技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信的终端,例如所谓手机和无绳电话。
背景技术
在移动通信的终端中,通过对工作状态的评价激活各种节能模式,节能模式延长了通常使用可再充电电源的该装置的所谓寿命。因此,这种装置通常配备功耗极低的液晶显示器。
惊人的发现是切断连接一部分显示器能使液晶显示器的功耗降低。直到目前为止,这种切断连接被认为是多余的,因为终端的还处于待机模式的其它部件的功耗需要高得多的功率。然而由于用于降低待机模式中的功率需求的步骤越来越有效,这种节能步骤在待机时间有显著效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是降低前述这类装置的功耗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种包括一显示器的用于移动通信的终端,配备有一控制器用于根据相关的工作状态切断连接至少部分显示器;其特征在于,至少一个传感元件连接到控制器和所述控制器用于评价与待确定的工作状态相关的所述传感元件的状态,所述传感元件是用于确定所述终端是否在移动的运动敏感传感器。
所述传感元件还可以包括光敏传感器。
其中,在一个操作状态中,只有显示移动无线电经营商的姓名或图标的一部分显示器仍被激活。
对何时终端装置进入其中显示器部分或完全去活的工作状态的判断在原理上可以用依赖于时间的方式,例如通过测量从最后触键时起的经过时间。额外的传感器,例如光敏传感器或运动敏感传感器,可以完全关断显示器,例如在终端装置处于黑暗中时。这时终端完全没有使用,因为使用者在没有额外的背照光时做不了任何事情,从现有技术知道背照光可以在触发任意键时激活。依赖于运动的传感器可以激活显示器从部分显示到再次全部显示。这意味着,例如这时终端处于不动的状态,例如放在桌子上。然后通过触按终端再次激活全部显示。
完全切断连接显示器会有给使用者一个错误的印象的风险,即终端中的电源被用尽了。因此在具体实施例中,显示器中除了用于显示该终端当时所登记的移动无线电经营商的姓名和/或图标的部件以外的所有部件被去活。
本发明将参照附图中的实施例详细描述。

具体实施方式
图3表示连接了显示器1的移动通信终端的控制器6。显示器的两个分开的部分2、3可以通过控制线彼此独立地激活。两个传感器,即光敏传感器7和运动敏感传感器8,连接到控制器6。在基本状态下,例如在终端刚刚被开启之后,显示器1的两个部分2、3都被激活,图1的显示器中,例如,移动无线电发送器接收到的接收场强通过第一部分2中的适当第一符号4显示,而电池的充电状态通过第二符号5显示。该终端装置所登记的移动无线电经营商的姓名3显示在显示器的第二部分2。
在终端被收起来时,例如放在使用者的手袋内,终端装置周围的照度水平突然下降。基于光敏传感器7的评价,控制器6识别这个状态并去活显示器1的两个部分2、3。出于明显的原因图中没有显示这个工作状态,因为显示器上看不见任何东西。
在终端从手袋中取出且光又照射到光敏传感器7上时,控制器6再次激活显示器的两个部分。在经过一段时间之后通过运动敏感传感器8的评价,显示器被部分去活。图2显示了这个工作状态,其中移动无线电经营商的姓名可以识别。这个状态发生在例如终端被放在桌子上时。
如图所示,可以通过对终端的不同工作状态适当构造和编程控制器6和通过测量经过时间和通过传感器,产生任意可能性的对显示器1的激活。再给出另一个应用,可以不仅区分是否有环境光,还可以评价环境光的量级,以便切换到部分显示,例如在有时在酒吧遇到的中等环境光量级的情况下。

Claims (3)

1.一种包括一显示器的用于移动通信的终端,配备有一控制器(6)用于根据相关的工作状态切断连接至少部分显示器(1);
其特征在于,至少一个传感元件(7)连接到控制器(6)和所述控制器(6)用于评价与待确定的工作状态相关的所述传感元件(7)的状态,所述传感元件(7)是用于确定所述终端是否在移动的运动敏感传感器。
2.根据权利要求1的用于移动通信的终端,特征在于所述传感元件(7)还包括光敏传感器。
3.根据权利要求1或2的用于移动通信的终端,特征在于在一个操作状态中只有其中显示移动无线电经营商的姓名或图标的一部分显示器仍被激活。
