Abstract

本发明公开了一种无土草坪的生产方法,它是用无纺布作底层,在无纺布上铺农作物腐质物及松毛,并配以高分子保水剂的混合物,然后滚压,播草种,覆盖农作物腐质物及松毛,再盖无纺布表层,浇水即可。本发明具有生产、养护容易,可随意剪裁形状,任意卷曲,而且可在水泥地上、垂直屋面、甚至水泥电杆上生长,并能机械化生产等优点。由于采用高分子保水剂,从而使生产效率大大提高,并使植物可在各种坡度上生长,可大大提高植物的生长速度和成活率。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种草坪的生产方法,特别是一种无土草坪的生产方法。
技术背景:
传统的无土草坪有两种,即草坪植生带和无土草坪卷,草坪植生带是以无纺布为载体,在两层无纺布之间播种;而无土草坪卷是用泥石岩、砻糠、锯末等作基质。这些方法的问题一是生产工艺复杂、成本高,二是最终草坪还是要在土壤中生长,不能在任意地点、以任意形状铺设。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:提供一种生产成本低、简单方便、可在任意地点、以任意形状进行生长,并可实现机械化生产的无土草坪,以克服上述问题。
本发明是这样实现的:用无纺布作底层,在无纺布上铺农作物腐质物及松毛,并配以高分子保水剂的混合物,然后滚压,播草种,覆盖农作物腐质物及松毛,再盖无纺布表层,浇水即可。
所用的农作物腐质物及松毛与高分子保水剂的重量百分比为:99.8~99.6∶0.2~0.4%。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有生产、养护容易,可随意剪裁形状,任意卷曲,而且可在水泥地上、垂直屋面、甚至水泥电杆上生长,并能机械化生产等优点。由于采用高分子保水剂,从而实现机械化生产,生产效率大大提高,并把液态水转化为固态水,可高倍率吸水、吸胺,又能缓慢长期给植物提供水分和养分,使植物可在各种坡度上生长,并可大大提高植物的生长速度和成活率。
具体实施方式:
本发明的实施例:用无纺布作底层,在无纺布上铺农作物腐质物及松毛,并配以高分子保水剂SAP的混合物,其重量混合比例为:99.6∶0.4%,然后滚压成厚度为2~3.5cm,播草种,再覆盖一层厚度为0.5cm的农作物腐质物及松毛,再滚压,盖上无纺布表层,浇水即可。

1、一种无土草坪的生产方法,其特征在于:用无纺布作底层,在无纺布上铺农作物腐质物及松毛,并配以高分子保水剂的混合物,其混合百分比为:99.8~99.6∶0.2~0.4,然后滚压,播草种,覆盖农作物腐质物及松毛,再盖无纺布表层,浇水即可。
