Abstract
活络油是一种舒筋活络、祛风散瘀。用于风湿骨痛，筋骨疼痛、腰骨刺痛，跌打旧患，小疮肿痛，皮肤痕痒，蚊叮虫咬、舟车晕浪、头晕肚痛的药物。本发明药物是由松节油、桉叶油、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、丁香油、樟脑、肉桂油、麝香草酚制成以上八味，取薄荷脑、樟脑、麝香草酚，溶于处方各药油中，混匀、滤过、制成1000ml，分装即得。并且本品含薄荷脑(C10H20O)应为16.0%-24.0%(g/g)本品含水杨酸甲酯(C8H8O3)应为：24.0%-36.0%(g/g)。
Description
本发明涉及一种舒筋活络、祛风散瘀。用于风湿骨痛，筋骨疼痛、腰骨刺痛，跌打旧患，小疮肿痛，皮肤痕痒，蚊叮虫咬、舟车晕浪、头晕肚痛的药物。本发明还涉及该药物的制备方法，本发明在于提供一种最佳的科学配比方法，制定了该药物质量鉴别方法。
本发明的另一目的是提供了活络油的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采取以下技术方案：
本发明药物是由下列组分制成：
松节油150ml～200ml 桉叶油100ml～200ml
薄荷脑150g～250g 水杨酸甲酯250ml～400ml
丁香油50ml～100ml 樟脑40g～60g
肉桂油10ml～25ml 麝香草酚10g～25g
本发明药物的最佳配比是：
松节油180ml 桉叶油150ml
薄荷脑200g 水杨酸甲酯300ml
丁香油80ml 樟脑50g
肉桂油20ml 麝香草酚20g
本发明的技术主案是根据多年的临床实验摸索，发现了一种冶疗效果最佳的配比方法，并且制定了该药物的鉴定方法。
以上八味，取薄荷脑、樟脑、麝香草酚，溶于处方各药油中，混匀、滤过、制成1000ml，分装即得。并且本品含薄荷脑(C10H20O)应为16.0％-24.0％(g/g)本品含水杨酸甲酯(C8H8O3)应为：24.0％-36.0％(g/g)
将上述各组份制成本发明药物的方法之一是：
1、分取各味药油，依照法定药品标准检验合格。
2、以上八味，取薄荷脑、樟脑、麝香草酚，溶于处方各药油中，混匀、滤过、制成1000ml，分装即得。
实施例2：
按上述方法配比原料，依照中国药典2000版二部制剂标准，制成擦剂、外用膏剂、酒剂、油剂、滴丸剂、涂布剂。
活络油是香港及东南亚地区习用的一种治疗跌打损伤，消肿止痛的药物，多年来深受患者喜爱。自2000年9月至2002年11月，发明人分别委托珠海市中医院，广州市中医院，深圳市中医院，汕头中医院等多家临床单位对活络油进行临床疗效观察，所选病例全部是住院患者，经过医学检查和诊断分别患有风湿骨痛、筋骨疼痛、腰骨刺痛，跌打旧患，小疮肿痛，皮肤痕痒，蚊叮虫咬所引起的红肿热痛、舟车晕浪、头晕肚痛等症状；其中患风湿骨痛患者286人、患筋骨疼痛患者545人、患腰骨刺痛患者273人，患跌打旧患引起疼痛患者460人，患小疮肿痛患者342人，患皮肤痕痒患者582人，患蚊叮虫咬所引起的红肿热痛患者650人、患舟车晕浪患者578人、患头晕肚痛患者245人。

通过对活络油临床病例分析，证明活络油在治疗风湿骨痛、筋骨疼痛、腰骨刺痛，跌打旧患，小疮肿痛，皮肤痕痒，蚊叮虫咬所引起的红肿热痛、舟车晕浪、头晕肚痛等症状疗效确切。
典型病例：
1、患者黄**，男，65岁，2000年12月来珠海市中医医院就诊，自述膝关节肿胀疼痛多年，阴雨天加重，经查验血沉加快，类风湿因子阳性，初步证断为风湿病引起的关节疼痛，经过使用宏利牌活络油三天，疼痛明显减轻。建议长期使用宏利牌活络油。
2、患者李**，男，55岁，2001年2月来广州市中医医院骨科就诊，自述行路时脚扭了，现踝关节肿胀疼痛，经X光检查，未见骨异常，初步证断为软组织损伤，经过使用宏利牌活络油3天，疼痛肿胀明显减轻。建议继续使用活络油一周左右，休息三天。
3、患者李**，男，57岁，2001年8月来广州市中医医院骨科就诊，自述颈椎疼痛，经X光检查，见椎骨长有骨刺，初步证断为颈椎骨刺，经过使用宏利牌活络油5天，疼痛明显减轻。建议继续使用活络油。
4、患者林**，女，62岁，2001年12月来广州市中医医院骨科就诊骨科就诊，自述腰椎及周围疼痛，经X光检查，见腰椎间盘异位，初步证断为腰椎间盘突出，经过使用宏利牌活络油5天，疼痛明显减轻。建议继续使用活络油。
5、患者张**，男，46岁，2001年4月来汕头市中医医院骨科就诊，自述踝关节肿胀疼痛，经X光检查，未见骨异常，经询问患者得知，2年前踝关节错位治疗3月，初步证断为软组织损伤未痊愈，经过使用宏利牌活络油3天，疼痛肿胀明显减轻。建议继续使用活络油。
6、患者李**，男，25岁，2002年8月来广州市中医医院皮肤科就诊，自述周末外出郊游宿营，四肢及脸部等多处被蚊子咬伤，肿胀疼痛，经过使用宏利牌活络油3天，疼痛肿胀明显减轻。建议继续使用活络油3天左右。
7、患者孙**，女，25岁，2002年4月来珠海市中医医院外科就诊，颈部长一直径2厘米左右疖子，肿胀疼痛，经过使用宏利牌活络油3天，疼痛肿胀明显减轻变小。建议继续使用活络油3天左右。
8、患者李**，男，12岁，2002年9月来深圳市中医医院中医科就诊，自述外出乘车坐船经常头晕呕吐。建议外出时携带宏利牌活络油擦头部太阳穴试用，1月后电话回访，乘车坐船时外用宏利牌活络油擦头部太阳穴，不再头晕呕吐。建议以后外出乘车坐船时外用宏利牌活络油擦头部太阳穴。
Claims (6)
1、一种能舒筋活络，祛风散瘀的药物制剂，其特征在于它是用以下原料按照下述配方制成的药物制剂：
松节油150ml～200ml 桉叶油100ml～200ml
薄荷脑150g～250g 水杨酸甲酯250ml～400ml
丁香油50ml～100ml 樟 脑40g～60g
肉桂香10ml～25ml 麝香草酚10g～25g
并采用下述方法制成：
以上八味，取薄荷脑、樟脑、麝香草酚，溶入配方各药油中，混匀、滤过、制成1000ml，分装即得。
2、根据权利要求1所述的药物制剂，其中各原料的最佳配方是：
松节油180ml 桉叶油150ml
薄荷脑200g 水杨酸甲酯300ml
丁香油80ml 樟脑50g
肉桂香20ml 麝香草酚20g。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的药物制剂，其特征在于所说的药物制剂是：擦剂、外用膏剂、酒剂、油剂、滴丸剂、涂布剂。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的药物制剂，其特征在于所说的药物制剂的制备方法是：
以上八味，取薄荷脑、樟脑、麝香草酚，溶入处方各药油中，混匀、滤过、制成1000ml即得；并且本品含薄荷脑C10H20O应为16.0％-24.0％，本品含水杨酸甲酯C8H8O3按质量计应在24.0％-36.0％之间。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的药物制剂，其特征在于所说的药物制剂具有舒筋活络、祛风散瘀的功效，用于风湿骨痛、腰骨刺痛、跌打旧患、小疮肿痛、皮肤痕痒、蚊叮虫咬、舟车晕浪、头晕肚痛。
6、根据权利要求1或2的以上药物制剂，其中的原料药应为国家法定的药品标准或相应的药用标准。
