Three-position switch 20 is switches of flip-over type, and the off-position in the middle of comprising, " opening " position of pair of end portions, and " opening " position is corresponding to a direction of rotation of motor 22.Thus, two " opening " positions of switch 20 are " forward " and " backward " with respect to the position of motor rotation, i.e. clockwise the and counter clockwise direction of motor 22.
Battery charger 18 also can be directly connected on the wall cribbing, this wall cribbing with formation be suitable for will device D shell 14 be fixed on pedestal or dimple on the wall, to store and to charge. Thus, in this pedestal, be provided with to shell 14 and provide the electric connection (be the part of charger 18 or be connected on the charger 18) of electric current so that battery 24 is charged.Battery charger 18 also comprises transformer 28 (Fig. 1), and this transformer can insert in the common wall type electrical socket, and electric wire 30 is connected to transformer 28 on the above-mentioned electric connection (connecting shell 14).This transformer 28 has the strain unloading function.
In order to further describe shell 14, we are again with reference to Fig. 3 and 4.In Fig. 3, two double parts of shell 14 are separated in both sides so that its internal construction to be shown, and various parts are clamped by shell 14.Described parts comprise above-mentioned motor 22, battery cavities 23 and rechargeable battery 24, gearbox 26 and switch 20.Safe outer cover can be set hiding switch 20 selectively on shell 14, thereby prevent accidental operation, for example can slide so that the inlet that enters switch to be provided selectively along shell 14 to switch 20.
Thus, as can see from Figure 3, shell 14 comprises the support member 34 of the one group of cross-sectional direction that is contained in its inside, this support member separates setting with interval, and portion is substantially parallel to support motor 22, gearbox 26, support and connection axle 36 and handle fixed block 38 simultaneously within it.
End 40 and fixed block 38 bolt 42 that extend of fixed block 38 by passing handle 16 is fixedly attached on the end 40 of handle 16.Fixed block 38 also is fixedly mounted on the near-end 44 of shell 14.Thus, handle 16 can be fixed on the shell 14.
Connecting axle 36 is connected to control lever 10 on the output shaft 46 of gearbox 26.One group of screw 47, and the screw 48 of receive path and screw base 49 link together two double parts of shell 14.
For application apparatus D, battery charger 18 electronics are connected in the battery cavities 23 of shell 14.Subsequently transformer 28 is inserted suitable electric output. The battery 24 of 18 pairs of devices of charger D is charged. In case charging is finished, and when needs application apparatus D, just pulls down device D from battery charger 18, and hook 12 is connected on expansion/retraction mechanism on the awning.Subsequently, safety guard (if any) is drawn back to expose switch 20, this switch 20 itself acts in two " opening " positions, to make motor 22 along direction rotation forward or backward, to open or close awning selectively.Push switch 20 can also only be selected the direction of rotation of motor 22, and establishes a switching manipulation motor 22 in addition. In either case, motor 22 rotations reach desired location up to awning, as the position of launching or regaining fully fully.Install D and awning subsequently and break away from, and reconnect with charger 18.
Should be appreciated that planetary transmission 26 also rotates when motor 22 rotations, cause output shaft 46 rotations thus, control lever 10 and its hook 12 also rotate.Should also be noted that handle 16 is not connected on the motor 22 in the present embodiment, also be not connected on the gearbox 26.When motor 22 rotations, output shaft of gear-box 46 rotates control levers 10 thus, and handle 16 keeps static with respect to shell 14 simultaneously.
Manual if desired application apparatus D, then a hand is held shell 14 slightly loosely, and the another hand-screw is changed hands handle 16, because handle is fixedly attached on the shell 14, thereby cause shell to rotate, control lever 10 also together rotates with shell 14 and handle 16 simultaneously thereupon.Shell 14 rotates in user's a hand thus.In other words, whole device D and its handle 16 together rotate, thus without any need for clutch to break away from any connection between handle 16 and the motor 22.In addition, when manual application apparatus D, the planetary gear system in the gearbox 26 can provide enough resistance to lock together with control lever 10.This just means, if manually during application apparatus D, control lever 10 will be with respect to gearbox 26 rotations, thereby can eliminate or reduce the desired movement between control lever 10 and the handle 16.Like this, when using handle 16, control lever 10 is locked on the gearbox 26,, locks then whole device D rotation again more again with shell 14 with handle 16.
