Description
The invention relates to a fireproof material, in particular to fireproof glue used on a wood product.
The existing wood products such as plywood, veneer, core board, door and window all adopt organic glue (phenolic aldehyde, urea formaldehyde and latex), and the wood products made of the organic glue are inflammable because the organic glue is not fireproof.
The invention aims to provide a fireproof adhesive which is a non-combustible substance, has both adhesive property and fireproof property, and is a flame-retardant fireproof product made of plywood, a veneer, a core board, a door and a window which are made of the fireproof adhesive.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: liquid sodium silicate is utilized to absorb carbon dioxide in the air to form amorphous silicic acid, and the drying and hardening process is as follows:
The invention has the advantages that the bonding and the fire prevention are combined, and the produced wood product becomes a fire-retardant and fireproof product on the premise of not changing the original processing technology and not increasing the cost.
The performance of the fire-proof glue is mainly determined by a formula, wherein the formula comprises 68-70% of liquid sodium silicate, 1-2% of aluminum silicate fiber, 24-26% of α -alumina, 0.5-1.5% of urea and 1.5-2.5% of magnesium oxide, and the fire-proof glue is prepared by crushing, grinding, stirring and emulsifying the materials.

1. A special adhesive with both adhesive and fire-proof properties is prepared from liquid sodium silicate, aluminium silicate fibre, α -alumina, urea and magnesium oxide through pulverizing, grinding, sieving, stirring and emulsifying.
