Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种软管成型器具。更具体地讲,本发明涉及一种成型管套,心轴在软管形成弯管之前插入管套。
背景技术
一般来说,弯曲软管是通过将具有预先切割长度的管体定位在弯曲的心轴上,然后加热和固化管体而形成。弯管可以有任何所要的形状,最终的形状只受到制造复杂形状能力的限制。软管固化可以在短心轴或固定的多段心轴上实现,如美国专利No.4,015,918和No.4,436,690所介绍的。
美国专利No.4,015,918中公开的心轴是传统的单件弯曲心轴。在心轴的端部设置了槽,用于当一段软管插到心轴上之后将套环固定在心轴上。在心轴的相对端设有挡环,当一段软管插到心轴上时软管与其对接。挡环的另一边在使用时是支撑心轴的机构,即将心轴固定到固化支架的机构
其他的心轴可以没有附属的套环和固定机构,许多心轴使用固定管套。固定管套安装在心轴的固定端,心轴端部延伸穿过位于管套底部的中心开口。心轴端部固定到固定块上。固定块然后安装到固化支架上的狭槽中。传统的固定管套是中空的圆管,在第一端设有很大的圆开口,在第二端有较小的开口,心轴可穿过该开口延伸。
然而,使用固定管套有时候会干涉特定软管形状的成型。当制造带有弯头和短直端的软管时就会遇到这个问题。如果弯头的位置靠近心轴的端部,弯头将直接靠在固定套管的顶部。这将造成橡胶沟槽,产生有缺陷的软管。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种设计用来克服传统固定管套局限性的管套,可制造出更均匀一致的弯曲软管。
本发明涉及一种用于制造套在心轴上的弯曲软管的管套。所述管套是圆柱形的,带有侧壁、基部和开口,一种用于制造套在心轴上的弯管的固化管套,所述管套是圆柱形,带有开口、基部和从所述开口向所述基部延伸的侧壁,其特征在于,一开口槽延伸通过所述侧壁,并且从所述开口部分沿着所述管套的长度向所述基部延伸。
本发明的一个方面,管套侧壁上的开口槽沿管套长度延伸管长的大约一半。
本本发明的另一个方面,开口槽具有的宽度为管套圆周的大约三分之一。
本发明的又一个方面,开口槽的开口以一定倾角倾斜,在开口槽上形成一个平滑倾斜的唇口。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图,尤其是图1到图3c,将对实施本发明的原理和概念的弯曲软管的固化管套加以介绍。
一段管体10插到用于固化的弯曲心轴12上,如图1所示。心轴12带有锥形的插入端14、附近的锁定槽16、至少一个弯头、和固定端20。为了容易插入和取出软管10,在软管10的内部或心轴12上设置了润滑剂。
尽管图示的心轴12具有两个弯头18,所述领域的技术人员可以理解实际的结构是变化的,并取决于固化的软管的具体应用。在非本发明所要求的优选的最少情况下,心轴12具有至少一个位于固定端20附近的弯头18,可形成带有端部附近短直端的软管。但是,如下面将进一步说明的,本发明的应用可以不涉及心轴结构和将成型的软管。
心轴12的固定端20插入成型管套22,如图2所示。成型管套22是中空的厚壁圆柱体,根据本发明,沿管套22的长度设置了较宽的开口槽24。心轴弯头18和其上的软管10突出于开口槽24。心轴12的固定端20从管套22的基部26中延伸出,并固定到固定块28上。固定块28位于可移进和移出固化单元的固化支架上
在图3a到3c清楚地显示了管套22。开口槽24向下延伸大约管套22长度的一半,其宽度至少为管套22圆周的三分之一。开口槽24如果需要可以根据心轴12的弯头的位置设置成更大的长度。不管开口槽24相对管套长度是多少,主要的要求是弯头18和软管10的任何部分不能靠在开口槽24的唇部30上。开口槽24的宽度也取决于将插入管套22的心轴12和软管10的尺寸。与长度类似,开口槽24的宽度必须足够,以防止软管10和管套发生接触。开口槽24的整个唇部30也以一定的倾角形成,以便围绕整个开口槽24形成平滑连续的唇部30。
靠近开口槽24最低部分的管套22朝基部26延伸的内侧也可以设置缩进部分32,以便在固化期间帮助控制软管10的流动。缩进部分32是平滑的斜面。
当软管10和心轴12位于管套22中时,软管10的端部与基部环34对接。如果操作者对已经固定到管套22当中和固定块28的心轴12安装软管时,感觉到软管10的端部碰到基部环34时,就知道软管10已经完全插到心轴上了。
基部环34上还设置了多个润滑剂排出槽36。不限数量的这种槽36可围绕基部环34位于任何位置。图示的管套22具有等间距的一组四个槽36。来自软管10和心轴12的润滑剂在软管10固化之前和固化期间可通过这些槽36排出。
通过在管套22上设置开口槽24可以得到更均匀的产品。通过防止管套22和软管10之间发生接触,避免了固化的软管出现不想要的印记和侧壁尺度变化。

Claims (4)
1.一种用于制造套在心轴上的弯管的固化管套,所述管套是圆柱形,带有开口、基部和从所述开口向所述基部延伸的侧壁,其特征在于,一开口槽延伸通过所述侧壁,并且从所述开口部分沿着所述管套的长度向所述基部延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固化管套,其特征在于,所述开口槽沿所述管套长度延伸到长度的大约一半。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固化管套,其特征在于,所述开口槽的宽度大约为所述管套圆周的三分之一。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固化管套,其特征在于,所述开口槽的开口以一定倾角倾斜。
