Abstract
The invention relates to new syndet soaps which contain alkyl and/or alkenyl oligoglycosides as surfactant component and starch as builder. The products are distinguished by a particularly rich and creamy foam and by an optimized feeling on the skin.
Description
Invention field
The present invention relates to the Syndet soaps of FAF, they contain the oligomeric glycosides of alkyl and/or oligomeric glycosides of alkenyl and starch.
Prior art
Cake soap is being brought into play very big effect in personal hygiene, at present cake soap big industrial be by with alkali continuous saponification free fatty acids, concentrate basis soap and spraying drying and prepare. To this, the difference that only contains the real basic soap of soap and free fatty acids in case of necessity and so-called " mixing soap bar " and be between the cake soap is that this cake soap also contains other synthetic surfactant except soap, normally fatty alcohol ether sulphate or lipid acid isethionate. In contrast, so-called " synthetic detergent piece " occupies special status, and it does not have soap impurity and only contains synthetic surfactant.
In recent years, every year just sold millions of by the cake soap that only is used for Personal hygiene in Germany. But, market to the demand of this a large amount of consumer's goods with day increase severely: cake soap is not only wanted can cleaning skin, and can also nursing skin, promptly prevent skin become dry, with " returning fat " skin and protect skin to avoid externalities.Certainly, people expect that soap will be particularly suitable for skin, but also should produce abundant also emulsus foam as much as possible and comfortable skin feel is arranged. In this case, the manufacturers of cake soap is seeking novel can satisfy this raw material that requires that increases always.
In recent years, alkyl glucoside has great importance as novel nonionogenic tenside, because they use anion surfactant the same together, for example aspect foaming power, has the consistency of extra high ecology and dermatology simultaneously aspect a lot. Therefore, this class tensio-active agent commonly used prepares cake soap and understands than being easier to.For example European patent specification EP-B10463912 (Colgate) discloses a kind of heavy 1-20% (weight) of soap that contains, and the alkyl polyglucoside of preferred 55-66% (weight) is as the perfumed soap of washing assistant.EP-A20227321, EP-B10308189 and EP-B10308190 (Procter ﹠amp; Gamble) a kind of for example perfumed soap of alkyl polyglucoside type of mild surfactant that contains is disclosed. In two German prospectus of DE-A14331297 and DE-A14337031 (Henkel), disclose a kind of mixing soap blank that contains soap at last, wherein contained a spot of alkyl polyglucoside. But the soap blank that makes according to the instruction of prior art always can not produce the foam of q.s, and in addition, aspect the foamy denseness, especially the sensation of skin yet makes us feeling that weak point is arranged. In addition, if free fatty acids is used as returning the fat agent, can bring more serious etching problem to producing apparatus so.
Therefore, task of the present invention provides a kind of cake soap that does not have above-mentioned shortcoming. Therefore, it should be noted that especially novel cake soap composition also must be can be industrial greatly, promptly they for example have suitable but within reason plasticity-and can not ftracture because of dry.
Description of the invention
Theme of the present invention is a Syndet soaps, contains
(a) oligomeric glycosides of alkyl and/or the oligomeric glycosides of alkenyl and
(b) starch.
Be surprisingly found out that, when people only use alkyl-and/or the oligomeric glycosides of alkenyl (preferably anhydrous form) do not use under the situation of lipid acid or soap as washing assistant as surface active agent composition and starch, can prepare and have the cake soap that improves foaming power and optimum skin sensation. The present invention includes such understanding, promptly this mixture is suitable for big industry manufacturing cake soap highlightedly, and that is to say that they are stable when storing in air, and have lower water absorbability and plasticity-, but not too hard, and when drying, can not produce cracking.Oligomeric glycosides of alkyl and/or the oligomeric glycosides of alkenyl
Alkyl-and/or the oligomeric glycosides of alkenyl be known nonionogenic tenside, have following formula (I) structure
R
