Abstract

本发明公开了定子壳体上安装叶轮、由三角卫星齿轮组跟定子壳体齿圈和转子轴齿轮啮合传动的壳体叶轮对转发电机,安装在悬浮浪涌电站浮体凹环和内凸平台水道上,由通气管连通相邻电站浮体充气穹窿内腔、在15米深海水浪涌中交替升降,进出水流推动壳体叶轮对转发电机发电;把该发电机安装在阶梯滚水台阶的滚水缘和落水垂足部位,建成阶梯滚水电站。用转子轴或者定子壳体端盖中轴作动力轴,制成各式对转发电机,满足不同用电需要。本发明技术依据:阿基米德定律、能的转化和守恒定律。

Description

壳体叶轮对转发电机悬浮浪涌电站和阶梯滚水电站
本发明涉及壳体叶轮对转发电机悬浮浪涌电站和阶梯滚水电站。
目前,荷兰试验成功在15米深海水中悬浮蘑菇形浪涌电站,相邻电站充气穹窿内腔通连,浪涌使相邻电站交替升降,进出海水推动发电机发电。它能够避免浮力发电机在水面上受到的各种损害。这个成功的范例,为设计建造各种水电站提供了导向。但是,采用最高功率的发电机应列为本技术方案的重点。因此产生本发明。
本发明的目的是要提供一种壳体叶轮对转发电机悬浮浪涌电站和阶梯滚水电站。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:为发电机定子壳体安装叶轮,用两组三角卫星齿轮组跟发电机定子壳体两端齿圈和转子轴两端齿轮啮合,制成壳体叶轮对转发电机,安装在蘑菇形悬浮浪涌电站上,受进出水流推动发电。把该发电机安装在水电站下游滚水台阶的滚水缘和落水垂足部位,建成阶梯滚水电站。
本发明的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
图1是根据本发明提出的悬浮浪涌电站结构示意图。
图1中所示:(1)通气管,(2)电站浮体,(3)穹窿内腔,(4)内凸平台,(5)内凸侧壁,(6)浮体凹环,(7)水道,(8)壳体叶轮对转发电机。
图2所示壳体叶轮对转发电机传动装置结构示意图:(9)叶轮,(10)壳体齿圈,(11)三角卫星齿轮组,(12)转子轴齿轮,(13)齿轮环,(14)封闭盖,(15)齿圈环,(16)壳体端盖,(17)密封滑环与电刷,(18)密封轴承,(19)转子轴与端盖中轴,(20)推力轴承。
图3所示为阶梯滚水电站21。
图4所示悬浮浪涌电站升降运动中,壳体叶轮对转发电机8受进出水流推动运转情况。
下面结合图1、2、3、4详细说明依据本发明提出的具体实施例的细节及工作情况。
本发明悬浮浪涌电站安装的壳体叶轮对转发电机8,其传动装置如图2所示,为定子壳体安装叶轮9,用两组三角卫星齿轮组11跟定子壳体两端齿圈10和转子轴两端齿轮12啮合,在两齿圈环15和两齿轮环13平面内运行,用封闭盖14在齿圈环15和齿轮环13内侧封闭转子和定子间隙两端,用壳体端盖16封闭传动装置,在转子轴或者端盖中轴19上制作滑环和电刷17,制成壳体叶轮对转发电机8。用转子轴或者端盖中轴19作动力轴,制成卧式对转发电机;为齿圈环15、齿轮环13和转子轴19顶端及端盖中轴19顶端安装推力轴承20,制成立式对转发电机。
利用转子轴或者端盖中轴密封轴承18,如图1所示,把壳体叶轮对转发电机8安装在悬浮浪涌电站浮体2的浮体凹环6和内凸平台4水道7上,由内凸侧壁5托举成两个配重平衡层。通气管1连通相邻电站浮体2充气穹窿内腔3,使悬浮浪涌电站在15米深海水浪涌中交替升降,进出水流推动壳体叶轮对转发电机8发电。
如图3所示,把壳体叶轮对转发电机8安装在江河中、瀑布下或者水电站下游阶梯滚水台阶的滚水缘和落水垂足部位,建成阶梯滚水电站21。
下式证明图4所示,悬浮浪涌电站升降运动中,壳体叶轮对转发电机8受进出水流推动运转情况。

图示讨论证明:在悬浮浪涌电站升降运动中,壳体叶轮对转发电机8定子壳体叶轮9受进出水流推动定向旋转,使定子带动转子对向旋转发电。

Claims (4)

1、壳体叶轮对转发电机悬浮浪涌电站和阶梯滚水电站,其特征在于壳体叶轮对转发电机8安装在悬浮浪涌电站浮体2和阶梯滚水电站21上,定子壳体上安装叶轮9,用两组三角卫星齿轮组11跟定子壳体两端齿圈10和转子轴两端齿轮12啮合,制成壳体叶轮对转发电机8,安装在通气管1连通相邻电站浮体2充气穹窿内腔3转折成的浮体凹环6和内凸侧壁5支撑的内凸平台4水道7上;把壳体叶轮对转发电机8安装在阶梯滚水台阶的滚水缘和落水垂足部位,建成阶梯滚水电站21。
2、根据权利要求1所说的壳体叶轮对转发电机悬浮浪涌电站和阶梯滚水电站,其特征是:悬浮浪涌电站浮体2上安装壳体叶轮对转发电机8,电站浮体2由通气管1连通相邻电站浮体2充气穹窿内腔3转折成浮体凹环6连接内凸侧壁5支撑内凸平台4构成;在浮体凹环6和内凸平台4制作的水道7上安装壳体叶轮对转发电机8。
3、根据权利要求1、2所说的壳体叶轮对转发电机悬浮浪涌电站和阶梯滚水电站,其特征是:壳体叶轮对转发电机8及其传动装置,在发电机定子壳体上安装叶轮9,用两组三角卫星齿轮组11跟定子壳体两端齿圈10和转子轴两端齿轮12啮合,在两齿圈环15和两齿轮环13平面内运行,用封闭盖14在齿圈环15和齿轮环13内侧封闭转子和定子间隙两端,用壳体端盖16封闭传动装置,在转子轴或者端盖中轴19上制作密封滑环和电刷17,制成壳体叶轮对转发电机8;
其特征还在于用转子轴或者端盖中轴19作动力轴,制成卧式对转发电机;为齿圈环15、齿轮环13和转子轴19顶端及定子壳体端盖中轴19顶端安装推力轴承20,制成立式对转发电机。
4、根据权利要求1、3所说的壳体叶轮对转发电机悬浮浪涌电站和阶梯滚水电站,其特征是:阶梯滚水电站21安装壳体叶轮对转发电机8,把壳体叶轮对转发电机8安装在江河中、瀑布下或者水电站下游阶梯滚水台阶的滚水缘和落水垂足部位,建成阶梯滚水电站21。
