Abstract

具磁铁的眼镜框制造方法
本发明涉及一种眼镜非光学部件的结构件,特别是一种结构件的制造方法。
传统磁铁眼镜可以利用磁铁将一副框固定至一主框上。然而,在该副框上必需挖洞以供埋设磁铁,这将破坏眼镜的强度以及其外表的漆料。此外,此等磁铁和眼镜的颜色不同,也会损害眼镜外观的美感。
本发明的目的是要提供一种改进的具磁铁的眼镜框制造方法,它不会破坏眼镜框架的外观。
发明是这样实现的:具磁铁的眼镜框制造方法,利用在副框和主框上挖洞以埋设磁铁,其特点是按下列步骤进行:首先将至少一可磁化元件设置在眼镜框架里面,随后磁化该可磁化元件,以使该可磁化元件可以被磁化而不会破坏该眼镜框的外观。

本发明的制造步骤是,可对埋设于眼镜框架的可磁化元件作最后的加磁工作,既可使该等可磁化元件会被磁化,而又不会破坏眼镜框的外观。
下面的实施例及其附图将对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图1是本发明所制造的眼镜的轴测分解图。
图2是图1中2-2剖视图。
图3是本发明的制造设备示意图。
参照图1,整付眼镜包括一主框10可供支持主镜片90,一副框20可供支持附属镜片91。主框10包括一个或多个磁铁11、12可供和副框20的磁铁21相互作用而可将副框20固定至主框10。
参照图2,一个或多个可磁化元件12、21可在被磁化前利用模制的步骤而设置在眼镜框架10、20里面。该等眼镜框架10、20需挖一个或多个洞以供埋设可磁化元件12、21,而这些可磁化元件在此时尚未被磁化,而且其可利用例如粘着剂而粘结眼镜框架10、20。眼镜框架10、20接着可以电镀和喷漆,使得可磁化元件12、21可以被适当地埋设在眼镜框架10、20里面。其中如果可磁化元件12、21已被磁化,那么眼镜框10、20和可磁化元件12、21将无法作适当的电镀工作。因为已磁化的可磁化元件12、21会吸附其他颗料,使该眼镜框架10、20在电镀后无法形成平滑的平面。
参照图3,眼镜框架10、20可置入一加磁机80内,例如一电磁加磁机,以便对可磁化元件12、21加磁而不会破坏眼镜框10、20的外表面。该等可磁化元件12、21因此可以在被磁化之前即置入到眼镜框架10、20里面,其接着可以被磁化而不会破坏眼镜框架10、20的外观。
另外,其中一眼镜框架可首先设置一已经磁化的可磁化元件。而这个眼镜框架将不会进行电镀的工作而会进行焊接、清洗、喷漆以及干燥的过程。然而,其相当热的工作环境也会破坏该等可磁化元件,使得在该等眼镜框架制成后仍然必须再进行加磁的工作。可是其对可磁化元件的最后加磁工作则不会破坏该等眼镜框架的外观。

Claims (2)

1.具磁铁的眼镜框制造方法,利用在副框和主框上挖洞以埋设磁铁,其特征在于:首先将至少一可磁化元件设置在眼镜框架里面,随后磁化该可磁化元件,以使该可磁化元件可以被磁化而不会破坏该眼镜框的外观。
2.一种具磁铁的眼镜框制造方法,利用在副框和主框上挖洞以埋设磁铁,其特征在于:将至少一可磁化元件在被磁化之前先设置在该眼镜框架里面,磁化该可磁化元件,以使该可磁化元件可以被磁化而不会破坏该眼镜框架的外观。
