在图1和图2中示出了带有箱管形接线柱外壳1的框架式接线柱。该框架式接线柱具有一个夹紧体2、一个接线夹子3和一个夹紧螺钉4。接线柱外壳1具有多个一端封闭而另一端开放的箱管形空腔。在每个管形空腔的上端各设有两个带有后部切口8和止挡7的肋条5,而在下部区域2设有粒结6。框架式接线柱从开放端伸入管形空腔内直到上面的止挡7处,其中接线夹子3卡锁在肋条5的后部切口8内。此时,框架式接线柱处于断开状态。在管形空腔底部区域的粒结6所起的作用是,使夹紧体2保持在该底部位置,直至夹紧螺钉被拧入。这意味着,直至夹紧螺钉4拧入之前,接线夹子3与夹紧体2之间保持一个使框架式接线柱处于断开状态的间距,由此保证框架式接线柱在断开状态下到达用户手中,而不会由于如运输中的振动自动拧入夹紧体2的螺纹内。夹紧体2借助粒结6保持在底部,而接线夹子3借助后部切口8保持在上部。由此,夹紧螺钉4的螺纹线与夹紧体2的螺纹分开,同时,在公差情况不理想时所形成的阻力避免了夹紧螺钉4的拧入。也可采用互嵌接合取代后部切口。通过接线夹子3在上部区域的后卡固,框架式接线柱被固定在优选用塑料制成的接线柱外壳内。借助肋条5上的止挡7,确保了可靠的接触保护。因为,完全处于断开状态的框架式接线柱通过操作工具插入孔不可能产生无意接触。

Claims (3)
