Abstract
本发明是以一个柔性薄钢环为基体,其一端焊有金刚石刀块的锯割刀具。称其为环锯。环锯以高速绕其轴线旋转,巨大的离心力使其在锯割材料时仍然维持其环状,因而在数对内外传动轮的带动和支撑下,能对石材等进行长度大于3米的弧板柱面的锯割。
Description
如图所示，用数对滚轮1带动端面镶有切割刀块2的柔性薄环3高速转动，可对石材5的圆弧柱面4进行切割加工。
本发明与张紧在两个转轮上的带锯区别在于：环锯工作时柔性薄环维持其精确的圆柱状，对材料进行圆弧柱面的切割，而带锯是利用被拉直的部分进行平面切割。
本发明与桶端镶有切割刀块并在桶底板安装传动轴的桶锯结构不同。桶锯目前广泛用于生产石材短圆弧板(长度小于1m)。圆弧板长度受到桶壁高度的限制。
地质钻探环形钻杆直径小，高度大于直径，钻杆的传动方式与桶锯相近。本发明的环锯高度远小于其直径。
本发明主要用于生产需求量很大的石材超长圆弧板材(长度大于2.5m)，作钢筋水泥柱面的高级饰面。
Claims (2)
1.用于切割圆弧柱面的其端面镶有切割刀块的柔性薄环刀具；
2.用数对滚轮带动柔性薄环刀具的环锯机床。
