Abstract
Papermaking black liquor is treated with sulfuric acid to pH 3-4, and then through flocculation, pressing filtration and adsorption, 80% of its organism is extracted. Inorganic substance reacts with sulfuric acid to produce Na2SO4, which is further causticized by lime to obtain NaOH solution for reuse in papermaking, and during the storage of alkali solution, organism is eliminated. The said method is simple and practical, has less investment but high utility and can control pollution thoroughly.
Description
The present invention relates to a method for treating pollution by extracting organic matter from black liquor and recovering alkali. It is especially suitable for small and medium sized paper mill.
In order to solve the pollution of the papermaking black liquor, the world is in attack, and a successful method in nearly a hundred years is combustion method alkali recovery, namely evaporating and concentrating the original black liquor, burning off organic matters, and causticizing the inorganic matters into alkali. However, the method is very expensive and is only suitable for large wood pulp plants, and the problems that the straw pulp paper is difficult to evaporate due to silicon interference, the combustion value is low, the combustion is difficult, and the like cannot be applied to straw pulp paper making.

firstly, extracting organic matters:

the causticized alkali liquor is stored in a large alkali-resistant storage tank which can ensure 5-day biochemistry, still contains about 1 percent of low-molecular dissolved sugar, is easily digested by anaerobic bacteria, and according to the inspection of the storage tank of an experiment factory, the upper part is full of thick red tea fungus-shaped thalli, so that a small amount of organic matters in the alkali liquor are easily digested by nature, and the accumulation of the organic matters in closed circulation is effectively prevented.
The whole process is in closed cycle, and organic matters and inorganic matters are all extracted and fully utilized.
The method for double-recovery treatment of black liquor from paper making is simple and practical in process, and takes a small paper mill with annual output of 5000 tons as an example, the treatment method only needs 60-100 ten thousand yuan of equipment investment, is the least investment among a plurality of treatment methods, and is also an investment project acceptable by the paper mill.
According to the production and operation data of the laboratory, the extraction rate of black liquor in a paper mill producing 7500 tons of bleached paper per year reaches 70%, the black liquor yield per year is 5.25 ten thousand tons, about 2000 tons of organic matters such as lignin and the like can be extracted, about 1500 tons of alkali can be extracted and recycled, and the field data is basically consistent with the laboratory data.
At present, the market selling price of the lignin is 1000 yuan/T, the selling price of the caustic soda is 2600 yuan/T, and the comprehensive output value is as follows:

The double-recovery target evaluation of the papermaking black liquor is not three wastes, but is a valuable resource with rich content, and each papermaking factory is connected with a chemical factory for producing organic matters and inorganic matters such as lignin and the like, so that the benefit is not inferior to papermaking.
Organic matter and inorganic matter are recovered and reused, alkali liquor is reused for papermaking and cooking, and the double recovery method thoroughly solves the pollution of black liquor.
