Abstract

本发明涉及石油工业用抽油钢丝绳。钢丝绳的绳芯为线、面接触的单股绳芯,外层为与绳芯捻向相反的异型钢丝。绳芯结构类型有:1×19W,1×26WS,1×36WS,1×21Fi,1×25Fi,1×19S;外层异型钢丝结构有T型、Z型和X型+圆型。六种线、面接触的绳芯结构和三种外层钢丝结构相互捻制可任意组合36种钢丝绳结构。该钢丝绳耐腐蚀好,可承受较高承载力,钢丝绳的长度可在350—3500米之间,下井速度快,每千米钢丝绳下井仅需40分钟左右。

Description

石油油井抽油钢丝绳
本发明涉及石油工业用抽油钢丝绳。
目前国内外石油采油中普遍采用热轧低碳合金圆钢或连续扁钢带作为有杆泵的抽油杆使用。热轨圆钢两个端头部分必须退火之后再加工,整个抽油杆在几何尺寸上和内部微观组织结构上是不均匀的,使用中使疲劳寿命降低,易发生断裂事故。圆钢抽油杆每8米左右一根,安装时需用接箍一根根联接至所需长度,劳动强度高,作业时间长,活塞效应明显。连续扁钢带因制造、运输、使用等方面均有特殊要求,并由于设备结构庞大,使用中存在诸多不便。
本发明的目的是克服现有抽油杆的不足之处,提供一种可减轻作业强度和活塞效应,抗冲击疲劳并防止松脱的抽油钢丝绳。
本发明的技术方案为:钢丝绳的绳芯为线、面接触的单股绳芯,外层为与绳芯捻向相反的异型钢丝。绳芯结构有以下几种类型:1×19W,1×26WS,1×36WS,1×21Fi,1×25Fi,1×19S;外层异型钢丝结构有T型、Z型和X型+圆型;六种线、面接触的单股绳芯结构和三种外层钢丝结构相互捻制可任意组合36种钢丝绳结构。其中,线接触绳芯结构18种,面接触绳芯结构18种。使用中,该钢丝绳作为抽油杆使用顶替了圆钢抽油杆和扁钢带抽油杆,该钢丝绳的端部可与其它件相连接的接箍采用熔接方式,解决了钢丝绳与圆钢抽油杆及光杆的连接。
本实用新型具有如下优点:
1.该钢丝绳结构具有弹性模量高,达到1.64×105MPa;金属断面系数大,为0.9-0.93,在相同绳径和材质强度下,破断拉力总和最大,能承受较高载荷力,使用较小规格的钢丝绳就替代较大规格的圆钢抽油杆,重量可减轻30%,安全系数可达到7-8倍。
2.该钢丝绳的外层钢丝闭锁紧密,外界腐蚀介质不易进入钢丝绳内部,钢丝绳的耐腐蚀性较好。
3.钢丝绳抽油杆的长度可随井的深度而异,钢丝绳的长度可在350-3500米之间,在作业过程中与圆钢抽油杆相比省去多次螺纹联接接箍的繁琐操作,钢丝绳下井速度快,每千米钢丝绳抽油杆下井仅需40分钟左右,而圆钢抽油杆下井作业时需10小时以上,大大缩短了作业时间。

图4的钢丝绳结构为1T×25Fi(12+6F+6+6),外层钢丝结构为Z型;
图5的钢丝绳结构为1T×19W(6/6+6+1),外层钢丝结构为X型+圆型;
图6的钢丝绳结构为1T×19S(9+9+1),外层钢丝结构为T型。
上述字母代表的钢丝绳结构式的含义为:W-瓦林吞式S-西鲁式T-面接触式Fi-填充式。

抽油钢丝绳(4)上端通过接箍(3)与光杆(2)相联接,光杆(2)与瞌头机(1)相连接。抽油钢丝绳的下端通过接箍(7)与圆钢抽油杆(8)相联接,圆钢抽油杆(8)与油泵(9)的柱塞相连接。钢丝绳的端部与接箍采用熔接方式联接,接箍的螺纹尺寸符合圆钢抽油杆接箍标准,解决了圆钢抽油杆与抽油钢丝绳的联接。无需对现有的油泵、柱塞作任何改动。

1.石油油井抽油钢丝绳,其特征在于绳芯为线、面接触的单股绳芯,外层为与绳芯捻向相反的异型钢丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石油油井抽油钢丝绳,其特征在于绳芯结构有以下几种类型:1×19W,1×26WS,1×36WS,1×21Fi,1×25Fi,1×19S;外层异型钢丝的结构有:T型、Z型和X型+圆型;六种线、面接触的绳芯结构和三种外层钢丝结构相互捻制可任意组合成36种钢丝绳结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石油油井抽油钢丝绳,其特征在于钢丝绳端部可与其它件相连接的接箍采用熔接方式。
