技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种液晶显示器,对其至少设置了一个用于将液晶显示器安装到诸如信息处理终端设备之类的接收体上的安装部分。
相关技术
最近,液晶显示器正在代替信息处理装置的CRT显示器。此外,还需要以接近CRT价格的低价提供液晶显示器。另外,现在有大量各种液晶显示器在市售。
图1和图2示出作为相关技术例子的液晶显示器1。图1是示出现有技术液晶显示器1的透视图,而图2是以放大图形式示出安装部分5的液晶显示器1的剖视图。可以将液晶显示器1安装并容纳到诸如信息处理装置之类的电子设备上。
液晶显示器1通常包括:液晶板2、外壳3以及背照单元(图中未示出)。液晶板2将图像显示在其上。
将背照单元(未示出)的光导板设置在液晶板2的背面。将光源部分设置在光导板的两侧。光源部分产生的光入射到光导板,在光导板中将它反射几次,然后均匀照射液晶板2。
将液晶板2和背照单元设置在作为盖板的外壳3内。如图2所示,外壳3包括上部外壳3a和下部外壳3b。
在外壳3的内部设置用于支持液晶板2和背照单元的框架7。在图1中,参考编号4表示待连接到电子设备的连接器。该连接器至少连接到背照单元。
为了将上述液晶显示器安装到电子设备上,将在外壳3上设置的安装部分5固定在电子设备的预定安装位置。具体地说,将固定螺丝插入形成在安装部分5上的安装通孔6内,并将固定螺丝拧入形成在电子设备预定安装位置上的螺纹通孔内。以这样的方式将液晶显示器1安装到电子设备上。
请注意,电子设备具有在电子设备的各制造商之间互相不同的各种设计。如果电子设备的设计不同,则在各种电子设备之间,液晶显示器1的安装结构也不同。
例如,根据图1所示的设计,安装结构包括设置在外壳3的4个角的安装部分5。另一方面,为了安装具有同样液晶板2的液晶显示器,另一种电子装置可以具有使安装位置位于外壳侧面部分的中心位置的不同设计。在这种情况下,如图1内的点划线所示,必须在外壳3侧面的中心位置设置安装部分5A。
在相关技术中,不同设计电子设备之间的安装部分5的安装位置不同。因此,需要制造各种类型的、具有与电子设备设计相匹配的不同设计安装部分5的液晶显示器1。
因此,在相关技术中,即使液晶板2具有同样设计,仍需要制造各种类型的液晶显示器1以实现各种设计的安装部分5。由于需要制造各种类型的液晶显示器1,所以增加了开发成本,并因此提高了生产成本。
还请注意,开发液晶显示器1所需的时间周期长。因此,存在的问题是,液晶显示器1的开发过程使得不能在早期使寿命周期短的、诸如便携式终端的电子设备实现商业化。
发明内容
因此,本发明总的目的是提供一种可以克服上述问题的液晶显示器。
本发明的另一个更具体目的是提供一种可以降低生产成本并缩短开发周期的液晶显示器。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明,一种液晶显示器包括液晶板和至少一个用于将液晶板安装到接收体上的安装部分。对该安装部分设置可变机构,用于改变将安装部分安装到接收体上的安装方式。
根据上述液晶显示器,可以将该液晶显示器安装到具有不同安装位置和不同安装方向的各种类型接收体上。因此,由于不再需要分别对应于电子设备的安装接收部分采用的特定安装方式来制造液晶显示器,所以可以以低成本制造液晶显示器。

优选实施例的详细说明
以下将参考附图说明本发明原理和本发明实施例。
图3是示出根据本发明实施例的液晶显示器10的各主要部分的透视图。图4至图7是用于解释液晶显示器10的可变机构15的结构和工作过程的示意图。
液晶显示器10通常包括:液晶板12、外壳13以及背照单元(在该图中未示出)。液晶板12将图像显示在其上。背照单元(未示出)被设置在液晶板12的背面。液晶板2和背照单元均被设置在作为盖板的外壳13内。请注意,背照设备可以是本技术领域内众所周知的背照设备。
为了将具有上述结构的液晶显示器10安装到接收体,将作为安装部分的旋转部件16与设置在电子设备上的接收部分(未示出)互相固定在一起。
具体地说,对旋转部件16设置被配置为螺纹通孔的安装通孔19。固定螺丝拧入电子部分的接收部分,然后拧入安装通孔19。这样,将旋转部件16与电子设备的接收部分固定在一起。以这种方式将液晶显示器10安装到电子设备上。
在本实施例中,未将作为安装部分的旋转部件16固定到外壳13上,而是利用可变机构15,使旋转部件16可以相对于外壳13移动。如图4示出的放大图所示,可变机构15包括旋转部件16、滑动部件17以及导轨18。
旋转部件16可以是树脂模制部件,并对其设置具有开口的安装通孔19,以致固定螺丝可以拧入其内,该开口位于旋转部件16的表面之一上。此外,还在旋转部件16的相对两个侧面设置一对轴部20。轴部20的轴向与安装通孔19的中心线大致垂直。
滑动部件17可以是树脂模制部件,并且具有图4所示的、其一侧被切掉的矩形剖面。具体地说,滑动部件17包括:上臂部21,具有爪部21a;下臂部22,具有爪部22a;以及支承部分23,形成为臂部21与22之间的U形槽。在该图中,臂部21和22在垂直方向均可稍许变形。
旋转部件16安装在滑动部件17的支承部分23上。在安装状态下时,形成在旋转部件16上的轴部20可旋转地在支承部分23内进行轴颈支撑。这样,旋转部件16可以在图3和图5所示的箭头A1和A2方向旋转。
导轨18形成在外壳13的一个侧面上。以这样的方式形成导轨18,即它沿外壳13的一个侧面以图3内的箭头X1和X2的方向延伸。此外,对导轨18设置一对以互相相对的方式设置的阶槽部分24。阶槽部分24在形成导轨18的范围内延伸。
利用组装在其上的旋转部件16,将滑动部件17安装在导轨18上。在安装状态下,形成在臂部21和22上的爪部21a和22a分别与形成在导轨18上的阶槽24啮合(参考图5)。利用与导轨18的阶槽部分24啮合的爪部21a和22a,滑动部件17可以以这样的方式沿图3所示的箭头X1和X2方向滑动,即滑动部件17不从导轨18脱出。
如上所述,以这样的方式配置根据本实施例的液晶显示器10,即利用可变机构15,旋转部件16可以相对于外壳13移动。因此,旋转部件16可以与电子设备的安装接收部分的设计(安装位置和安装方向)相符。这样,可以将液晶显示器10安装到具有不同安装位置和不同安装方向的各种电子设备上。因此,由于不再需要针对电子设备的安装接收部分的每种设计来制造液晶显示器,所以可以提供低成本液晶显示器10。
具体地说,通过以图中箭头A1和A2所示的方向转动旋转部件16,可以改变将固定螺丝拧入安装通孔19内的方向。图6和图7与图3和图5类似,不同之处在于,旋转部件16以箭头A1所示方向约旋转90度,使得安装通孔19的开口向上。可以在约180度范围内,以这样的方式使安装通孔19的方向改变任何角度。
此外,通过沿导轨18以箭头X1和X2所示方向移动滑动部件17,可以改变旋转部件16的位置。这样就可以沿外壳13的侧面将安装通孔19的位置调节到任何位置。此外,由于滑动部件17可移动地安装在导轨18上,所以可以将任何数量的旋转部件16安装到导轨上。
例如,在图3所示的实施例中,设置两个可变机构(滑动部件17),从而在两个位置将旋转部件16与电子设备固定在一起。然而,可以除去可变机构15(滑动部件17)之一,使得在一个位置将旋转部件16与电子设备固定在一起。
此外,可以将多个可变机构15(滑动部件17)安装到导轨18上,使得在3个或更多个位置将旋转部件16与电子设备固定在一起。这样,根据本实施例的液晶显示器10,可以任意选择作为安装部分的旋转部件16的数量和位置。因此,根据本发明的液晶显示器可以与电子设备的安装接收部分的各种设计相符。
此外,本发明并不局限于这些实施例,并且在本发明范围内,可以对其进行各种变更和调整。

Claims (3)

1.一种液晶显示器,该液晶显示器包括:
液晶板;以及
至少一个安装部分,用于将所述液晶板安装到接收体上;
其中,所述安装部分具有可变机构,用于改变将所述安装部分安装到所述接收体上的安装方式,该可变机构包括旋转部件、滑动部件和导轨,所述滑动部件可滑动地安装在所述导轨上,并且所述旋转部件可旋转地支承在所述滑动部件上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其中所述旋转部件可以旋转,以改变将所述安装部分安装到所述接收体上的安装方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其中所述滑动部件可以沿所述导轨滑动,以改变将所述安装部分安装到所述接收体上的安装位置。
