Abstract

本发明用于颗粒饲料压制机的环模。本发明的目的:是要提供一种复合式预应力环模,它使环模淬硬部(2)长期处在压应力状态下,以抵消部分或全部工作拉应力,降低环模淬硬部工作时的总应力,以提高环模抵抗断裂的能力。本发明为一种复合式预应力环模,它是由多于一个以上的单体:箍(1)和淬硬部(2)复合而成。

Description

复合式预应力环模
本发明用于颗粒饲料压制机(简称制粒机)的环模,特别是提高环模抵抗断裂的能力。
在饲料工业中,使粉状饲料成为颗粒饲料是由制粒机的环模和压辊来完成的,粉状饲料在水和热的作用下,通过压辊的挤压从环模的模孔中挤出成形。环模长期在交变循环应力状态和湿热环境条件下工作,因此,环模需要有足够的强度和韧性,又要有足够的硬度和耐磨性。
目前,国内外制造的环模,基本上是抱箍式和螺栓式连接二种类型,其结构材料为整体单一式的,并且具有相同的机械性能,实际上环模每部份的工作要求是不同的,排列成网状的模孔部份,以足够的硬度和耐磨性为主,其它部份则以强度和韧性为主,对于金属材料而言,淬火热处理硬度越高,其韧性和塑性就越低,受动载荷的安全度越小;反之,淬火热处理硬度低些,强度低些,塑性、韧性指标相应高些,受动载荷和抵抗断裂的安全度就大些;因此,对于环模而言,由于钢材机械性能的特殊性,通常做法:
1、为防止断裂,适当降低硬度,提高塑性和韧性;
2、为提高使用寿命,提高淬火硬度,也适当增加环模的截面厚度;
因为环模的制造材料,通常用比较优质的合金钢或不锈钢,制造成本高,作为整体单一式材料结构,难以做到物尽其材。
本发明的目的:是要提供一种复合式预应力环模,它使淬硬部份受到一种预压应力,以抵销环模工作时压辊对它施加的部份或全部的拉应力,降低环模工作时的总应力水平,制造时可进一步提高环模工作部份的硬度和耐磨性,提高环模抵抗断裂的安全度,尽可能做到物尽其材。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:根据材料力学胡克定理,钢铁材料在弹性范围内,材料的应力σ与应变ε成线性关系,利用材料的这个特性,σ=Eε(E:为材料的弹性模量),在环横的淬硬部的外柱面上,安装上紧配的箍,并且将箍的内径dk<环模淬硬部外柱面装配处的外径Dm,使箍受到预拉应力,根据牛顿力学定理,环模淬硬部相应受到预压应力;
预应力的设计计算由以下公式导出:

另外从环模的截面分析而知,环模工作时在循环拉力作用下,有孔部位抵抗动载的变形能力大大高于无孔部位,从实际使用的断裂面可知,它的破坏是受拉破环为主的。再则,淬火热处理引起的残余应力和初始裂缝的延伸,其影响后果也往往无孔部位大于有孔部位。对环模淬硬部施加预压应力,降低环模淬硬部工作时的总应力,是提高载荷,防止断裂的有效方法。箍与淬硬部的装配,利用材料的热胀冷缩的原理,将箍加热膨胀,达到dk>Dm,将箍套入环模淬硬部所在位置,当箍和环模淬硬部冷却到同一温度,即产生了预应力。
本发明因为只需利用材料的热胀冷缩的特性,在环模淬硬部的外柱面上装配上箍,无论加工和装配都很简单,特别对于原由于与主机等安装连接需要而凸出的台阶,以箍取代一举二用,不但达到本发明的功效,还大大减小了车削加工成本,并大幅度提高了材料的利用率。

该环模是一个由不同材料机械性能组成的预应力复合结构;如图所示:在环模淬硬部(2)的外柱面处,有与其机械性能不同的箍(1);箍(1)的内直径dk小于与其镶配处的淬硬部(2)的外直径Dm;Dm-dk的值根据所需的预应力σk或σm取定:镶配前,将箍(1)单独加热,待箍(1)的内径dk大干镶配路径淬硬部(2)的最大外直径时,即可实施镶配;当箍(1)冷却收缩至与淬硬部(2)相同温度时,即便产生了对淬硬部(2)施加的预压应力σm

1、一种用于颗粒饲料压制机的环模,在环模淬硬部(2)无模孔处的外柱面上有箍(1);其特征在于:所述的环模是由多于一个以上的单体:箍(1)和淬硬部(2)复合而成;并且所述的箍(1)对淬硬部(2)施加预压应力σm
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于颗粒饲料压制机的环模,其特征在于所述的箍(1)与淬硬部(2),其材料的机械性能不同。
