In another manner, the solar position measuring element may be a clock, and the approximate position of the sun may be known by the time of the clock, so that the control system controls the driving mechanism 400 to drive the solar panel 200 to rotate to the corresponding position.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the solar panel 200 may be rotatably connected to the base 100 through the rotation shaft 300, and in particular, the solar panel 200 may be symmetrical with respect to the axis of the rotation shaft 300, which is advantageous in improving balance during rotation of the solar panel 200.

Here, the respective clamping grooves 310 may be spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft 300. Like this, after solar panel 200 rotates the required position, through the joint cooperation of fastener 520 and draw-in groove 310, can block the post with pivot 300, can carry out spacingly to pivot 300, avoid pivot 300 to continue to rotate to block solar panel 200 of being connected with pivot 300, and then make solar panel 200 fixed in current position, thereby can avoid solar panel 200 to accomplish the random rotation after the angle modulation.
It should be noted that, the plurality of slots 310 may correspond to a plurality of rotation steps, and specifically, when the clip 520 is disengaged from one slot 310 and rotates along with the rotating shaft 300 to a position embedded in the next slot 310, the solar panel 200 rotates by one rotation step.
In this embodiment, a plurality of clamping grooves 310 may be disposed on the first end of the rotating shaft 300, specifically, the first end of the rotating shaft 300 may be provided with an end plate 301, and the clamping grooves 310 may be disposed on the end plate 301. In other embodiments, the photovoltaic device may not include the snap mechanism 500.
In an alternative embodiment of the application, the photovoltaic device may further comprise an angle indicating mechanism 600, and the angle indicating mechanism 600 may comprise an angle plate 610, a stem 620, and an angle indicating assembly 630.
The angle plate 610 may be located at one side of the solar panel 200 and may be connected to the base 100, and a plurality of angle marks may be disposed on a side of the angle plate 610 facing away from the solar panel 200, so as to indicate a rotation angle of the solar panel 200. And a plurality of through holes 611 may be disposed on the angle plate 610, each through hole 611 may be spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft 300, and each through hole 611 may correspond to each angle mark one by one.
The rotation handle 620 may be located between the angle plate 610 and the solar panel 200, and the rotation handle 620 may be connected with the second end of the rotation shaft 300 to be capable of rotating synchronously with the rotation shaft 300. Here, the rotation handle 620 may be located between the angle plate 610 and the support plate 120.
In the case that the stem 620 is rotated to a position corresponding to the through hole 611, the stem 620 may drive the angle indicating assembly 630 through the through hole 611 and protrude from a side of the angle plate 610 facing away from the solar panel 200. In this way, the angle indicating assembly 630 passing through the through hole 611 can play a role in indicating the rotation angle of the solar panel 200 on the angle plate 610, so that a worker can observe the rotation angle of the solar panel 200 through the angle indicating assembly 630 passing through the through hole 611 and the angle mark on the angle plate 610, thereby facilitating the worker to adjust the rotation angle of the solar panel 200.

Thus, when the rotation handle 620 rotates to a desired position along with the rotation shaft 300, the rotation handle 620 may contact the angle indicating assembly 630 at a corresponding position, and drive the angle indicating assembly 630 to pass through the through hole 611 and protrude from the side of the angle plate 610 facing away from the solar panel 200, so as to facilitate the observation of the operator.
The angle indicating mechanism 600 may further include a plurality of second elastic members 640, wherein a first end of each second elastic member 640 may be connected to a surface of the angle plate 610 near the solar panel 200, a second end of each second elastic member 640 may be connected to each angle indicating assembly 630, and each second elastic member 640 may be used to drive each angle indicating assembly 630 to reset. Thus, when the stem 620 is far away from the angle indicating assembly 630, the second elastic member 640 can drive the angle indicating assembly 630 to return to the initial position, i.e. the angle indicating assembly 630 no longer passes through the through hole 611.
In an alternative embodiment, each angle indicating assembly 630 may include an indicating block 631 and a guiding block 632, the first end of the indicating block 631 may pass through the through hole 611, the second elastic member 640 may be sleeved outside the indicating block 631, the first end of the guiding block 632 may be connected to the second end of the indicating block 631, the second end of the second elastic member 640 may be connected to the first end of the guiding block 632, the second end of the guiding block 632 may contact the stem 620, and both sides of the guiding block 632 in the rotation direction of the stem 620 may be provided with guiding surfaces 6321, the two guiding surfaces 6321 may be close to each other along the direction from the indicating block 631 to the guiding block 632, the stem 620 may contact the guiding surfaces 6321, so that the guiding surface 6321 may play a guiding role for the angle indicating assembly 630, in particular, when the stem 620 is in contact with the guiding surface 6321, the stem 620 may drive the angle indicating assembly 630 to move back to the stem 620 due to the guiding role of the guiding surface 6321, and may further protrude from the solar panel 610 to the solar panel 610. Of course, the guide block 632 may be located on both sides of the rotation direction of the rotation handle 620 without providing the guide surface 6321.
Here, the indication block 631 may include an indication portion 6311 and a connection portion 6312, both ends of the connection portion 6312 are respectively connected with the indication portion 6311 and the guide portion, the second elastic member 640 may be sleeved on the connection portion 6312, and the indication portion 6311 may protrude from a surface of the angle plate 610 facing away from the solar panel 200 through the through hole 611.

Meanwhile, the rotating handle 620 rotates to be separated from the guide block 632 of the angle indicating assembly 630 propped against the rotating handle 620, the second elastic piece 640 resets and drives the angle indicating assembly 630 to move and reset towards the direction close to the solar panel 200, then the rotating handle 620 continuously rotates and contacts with the guide block 632 of the next angle indicating assembly 630, the indicating block 631 of the angle indicating assembly 630 is pushed to protrude out of one surface of the angle panel 610, which faces away from the solar panel 200, through the through hole 611, at the moment, the second elastic piece 640 connected with the angle indicating assembly 630 is compressed, at the moment, the indicating block 631 passing through the through hole 611 plays a role of indicating the rotation angle of the solar panel 200 on the angle panel 610, a worker can observe the rotation angle of the solar panel 200 through the pushed indicating block 631 and scales (namely angle marks) on the angle panel 610, so that the worker can conveniently adjust the rotation angle of the solar panel 200, and then the operation is repeatedly separated from the adjacent angle indicating assembly 630 and the next angle indicating assembly 630 in the continuous rotation process of the rotating handle 620. When the solar panel 200 needs to be rotated in the opposite direction to the first direction, for example, when the solar panel 200 rotates to the right, the telescopic rod of the telescopic driving element 410 is controlled to retract, the telescopic rod of the telescopic driving element 410 then pulls the solar panel 200 downwards through the connecting block 430 and the sliding block 420, so that the solar panel 200 rotates to the right, the solar panel 200 drives the rotating shaft 300 to rotate in the opposite direction, the rotating shaft 300 then drives the rotating handle 620 to rotate in the opposite direction, the plurality of first elastic elements 530 deform or reset in the process of rotating the rotating shaft 300, the clamping elements 520 are separated from the clamping grooves 310 or are embedded into the clamping grooves 310, and simultaneously, the rotating handle 620 continuously moves the angle indicating assembly 630 contacted with the rotating elements in the process of rotating the clamping elements in the opposite direction, so as to indicate the rotating angle of the solar panel 200.

Optionally, the solar panel 200 may include a first main board 201, a second main board 202, and a connecting board 203, where the first main board 201 and the second main board 202 may be connected by the connecting board 203, the rotating shaft 300 may be connected with the connecting board 203, and two avoidance grooves 204 are formed between two ends of the connecting board 203 in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 300 and the first main board 201 and the second main board 202, respectively, and the two support boards 120 may be located in the two avoidance grooves 204, respectively, so that miniaturization of the photovoltaic device is facilitated, and space occupied by the photovoltaic device is further reduced.
Here, the first cleaning member 711 and the second cleaning member 712 described above may be provided on the first main plate 201 and the second main plate 202, respectively, the first cleaning member 711 may be used to clean the first main plate 201, and the second cleaning member 712 may be used to clean the second main plate 202. In addition, at least two cleaning members 710 may further include a third cleaning member, which may be disposed on the connection plate 203, and at least two cleaning driving members 720 may further include a third cleaning driving member, which may be connected to the third cleaning member and may be used to drive the third cleaning member to move so that the third cleaning member cleans the connection plate 203.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the photovoltaic device may further include a spray mechanism 800, the spray mechanism 800 may include a liquid reservoir 810 and a spray assembly 820 in communication with the liquid reservoir 810, and a spray port of the spray assembly 820 may be directed toward the light absorbing surface of the solar panel 200. In this way, the spray assembly 820 can spray liquid onto the light absorbing surface of the solar panel 200, on the one hand, to cool or heat the solar panel 200, and on the other hand, to clean the solar panel 200. Alternatively, the liquid may be water or a cleaning liquid.
Here, the liquid storage tub 810 may be a closed structure, and in particular, the liquid storage tub 810 includes a tub body and a sealing cover covering an opening of the tub body, and the sealing cover may be rotatably connected with the tub body to seal the tub body.
In other embodiments, the photovoltaic device may not include the spray mechanism 800.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, spray assembly 820 may include a spray cartridge 821, a spray head 822, and a push block 823, wherein push block 823 may be slidably disposed within spray cartridge 821, and a spray chamber 8211 may be formed between push block 823 and spray head 822, and spray head 822 may be in communication with spray chamber 8211, where the spray orifice of spray assembly 820 may be the spray orifice of spray head 822 to ensure that spray head 822 may spray toward the light absorbing surface of solar panel 200. The spray chamber 8211 may be in communication with the liquid reservoir 810 such that liquid within the liquid reservoir 810 may enter the spray chamber 8211.
In order to avoid liquid in the liquid spraying cavity 8211 from flowing back into the liquid storage barrel 810, a one-way valve 831 can be arranged between the liquid spraying cavity 8211 and the liquid storage barrel 810, and the one-way valve 831 can be conducted along the direction from the liquid storage barrel 810 to the liquid spraying cavity 8211, so that the liquid can only enter the liquid spraying cavity 8211 from the liquid storage barrel 810. Here, the liquid spray chamber 8211 and the liquid storage tub 810 may be communicated through the communication pipe 830, and the check valve 831 may be provided on the communication pipe 830.
The spray assembly 820 can also include a liquid in-out drive that can be coupled to the push block 823 and can be used to drive the push block 823 to move to adjust the pressure of the spray chamber 8211.
Under the condition that the liquid inlet and outlet driving member drives the push block 823 to be far away from the spray head 822, the pressure of the liquid spraying cavity 8211 is reduced, so that the liquid in the liquid storage barrel 810 enters the liquid spraying cavity 8211, and liquid inlet is realized.
When the liquid inlet and outlet driving member drives the push block 823 to approach the spray head 822, the pressure of the liquid spraying cavity 8211 is increased, so that the liquid in the liquid spraying cavity 8211 is sprayed out through the spray head 822, and liquid spraying is realized.
The liquid spraying assembly 820 adopts a mode of matching the liquid spraying cylinder 821, the spray head 822, the pushing block 823 and the liquid inlet and outlet driving part to realize liquid pumping and liquid spraying, is convenient to maintain compared with the mode of matching the spray head 822 with a liquid spraying pump, is convenient to replace when part of the assembly is damaged, and is easier to adapt to a severe working environment.
In other embodiments, spray assembly 820 may include a spray head 822 and a spray pump having a fluid inlet in communication with reservoir 810 and a fluid outlet in communication with spray head 822.
Alternatively, the liquid inlet and outlet driving member may include a pulling rope 824 and a third elastic member 825, wherein a first end of the pulling rope 824 may be connected to the solar panel 200, a second end of the pulling rope 824 may be connected to the pushing block 823, the pulling rope 824 may pull the pushing block 823 away from the spray head 822, where, due to the connection of the pulling rope 824 to the solar panel 200, the pulling rope 824 may be pulled by rotation of the solar panel 200 to pull the pushing block 823 away from the spray head 822 so as to enable liquid in the liquid storage tank 810 to enter the liquid spraying chamber 8211, the third elastic member 825 may be disposed in the liquid spraying cylinder 821, a first end of the third elastic member 825 may be connected to an end of the liquid spraying cylinder 821 away from the spray head 822, a second end of the third elastic member 825 may be connected to the pushing block 823, and the third elastic member 825 may be used to drive the pushing block 823 to reset, that is, the third elastic member 825 may drive the pushing block 823 to be close to the spray head 822 so as to enable liquid in the liquid spraying chamber 8211 to be sprayed through the spray head 822.
Compared with the mode of realizing the movement of the push block 823 by adopting the expansion of the telescopic cylinder, the mode of realizing the movement of the push block 823 by adopting the pull rope 824 and the third elastic piece 825 does not need extra power, and the movement of the push block 823 can be realized only through a mechanical mechanism, so that on one hand, the photovoltaic device is beneficial to saving energy and reducing cost, and on the other hand, when the photovoltaic device is in a severe environment, the liquid inlet and outlet driving piece is not easy to damage.
Of course, the liquid inlet and outlet driving member may be a telescopic cylinder, for example, an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or an electric cylinder, and a piston rod of the telescopic cylinder may be connected with the push block 823, and the push block 823 is driven to move by the expansion and contraction of the piston rod of the telescopic cylinder.
In an alternative embodiment, the solar panel 200 may include a first portion 210 and a second portion 220 connected to the first portion 210, and the first portion 210 and the second portion 220 may be symmetrical about the rotational axis of the solar panel 200. Here, the first portion 210 may include a portion of the first main board 201 and the connection board 203 described above, the second portion 220 may include another portion of the second main board 202 and the connection board 203 described above, and the first portion 210 and the second portion 220 may be of a unitary structure.
Also, spray mechanism 800 can include at least two spray assemblies 820, which can include a first spray assembly 801 and a second spray assembly 802, where the spray opening of first spray assembly 801 can be directed toward the light absorbing surface of first portion 210 and the spray opening of second spray assembly 802 can be directed toward the light absorbing surface of second portion 220. In this way, the spray area of the solar panel 200 can be increased, the cooling or heating effect of the solar panel 200 is improved, the cleaning effect is improved, the cooling time or heating time is saved, the cleaning time is saved, and the efficiency is improved.
Of course, spray mechanism 800 may also include only one spray assembly 820.
Alternatively, a first end of pull cord 824 of first spray assembly 801 may be coupled to second portion 220 and a first end of pull cord 824 of second spray assembly 802 may be coupled to first portion 210, i.e., pull cord 824 of first spray assembly 801 and pull cord 824 of second spray assembly 802 may be interdigitated. In this way, pull cord 824 is facilitated and alternate feeding and ejection of first ejection assembly 801 and second ejection assembly 802 can be achieved.
Specifically, when the solar panel 200 rotates along the direction from the first portion 210 to the second portion 220, that is, to the right, the second portion 220 may pull the pull rope 824 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801, so that the pull rope 824 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801 pulls the push block 823 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801 away from the spray head 822 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801, and thus the liquid in the liquid storage barrel 810 enters the liquid spraying cavity 8211 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801, at this time, the pull rope 824 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 is in a loose state, and the third elastic member 825 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 may push the push block 823 to be close to the spray head 822, so that the liquid in the liquid spraying cavity 8211 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 is sprayed onto the second portion 220 through the spray head 822, thereby cooling or heating the second portion 220, and cleaning are achieved. When the solar panel 200 rotates along the direction from the second portion 220 to the first portion 210, the first portion 210 can pull the pull rope 824 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 to pull the push block 823 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 away from the spray head 822, so that the liquid in the liquid storage barrel 810 enters the liquid spraying cavity 8211 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802, at this time, the pull rope 824 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801 is in a relaxed state, and the third elastic piece 825 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801 can push the push block 823 to approach the spray head 822, so that the liquid in the liquid spraying cavity 8211 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801 is sprayed onto the first portion 210 through the spray head 822, thereby realizing cooling or heating and cleaning of the first portion 210.
Of course, the first end of pull cord 824 of first spray assembly 801 may be coupled to first portion 210, and the first end of pull cord 824 of second spray assembly 802 may be coupled to second portion 220.
Alternatively, spray cartridge 821 may be disposed on support plate 120. Further, the photovoltaic device may include two spray mechanisms 800, and the two spray mechanisms 800 may be respectively located at two opposite sides of the two support plates 120, where spray cylinders 821 of the two spray mechanisms 800 may be respectively disposed on the two support plates 120. In addition, the liquid spraying openings of the liquid spraying assemblies 820 of the two liquid spraying mechanisms 800 can face the light absorbing surface of the solar panel 200, so that the cooling or heating effect and the cleaning effect of the solar panel 200 can be improved.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the photovoltaic device may further include a temperature adjustment mechanism 900, and the temperature adjustment mechanism 900 may be disposed on the liquid storage tank 810 and may be used to adjust the temperature of the liquid in the liquid storage tank 810, and the liquid with different temperatures may be sprayed to the solar panel 200 through the liquid spraying assembly 820 to adjust the temperature of the solar panel 200. Here, the temperature adjusting mechanism 900 is disposed on the liquid storage barrel 810 and indirectly adjusts the temperature of the solar panel 200 by adjusting the temperature of the liquid, which is not capable of shielding the solar panel 200 and not easily affecting the operation performance of the internal components of the solar panel 200, compared with the manner in which the temperature adjusting mechanism 900 is directly disposed on the solar panel 200, so that the solar panel 200 can be ensured to operate normally.
In other embodiments, the temperature adjusting mechanism 900 may not be disposed on the liquid storage barrel 810, and the temperature adjusting mechanism 900 may be directly disposed on the solar panel 200.
In an alternative embodiment, the temperature adjustment mechanism 900 may include a semiconductor cooling plate 910, where the semiconductor cooling plate 910 may be disposed around the outside of the liquid storage tank 810, so as to cool the liquid in the liquid storage tank 810. The semiconductor cooling plate 910 is used to cool the liquid in the liquid storage barrel 810, which occupies small space, no refrigerant is needed and the cooling speed is high compared with the modes of other cooling devices or components, and the semiconductor cooling plate 910 can realize the heating function by changing the current direction of the semiconductor cooling plate 910 so as to heat the liquid in the liquid storage barrel 810, thus no additional heating element is needed, and the structure of the temperature adjusting mechanism 900 is beneficial to be simplified. Alternatively, the temperature adjustment mechanism 900 may include at least two semiconductor cooling fins 910, and each semiconductor cooling fin 910 may be distributed at intervals along the circumference of the liquid storage tub 810.
Of course, other refrigeration devices or components may be used in the temperature adjustment mechanism 900 to cool the liquid in the liquid storage tank 810, such as a refrigeration compressor set may be used to cool the liquid storage tank 810.
In some embodiments, the temperature adjustment mechanism 900 may further include a heating element, which may be disposed around the outside of the liquid storage tank 810, and of course, the heating element may also be disposed in the liquid storage tank 810, and the heating element may be used to heat the liquid in the liquid storage tank 810. Here, the heating member may be a heating wire. In other embodiments, the temperature adjustment mechanism 900 may not include a heating element.
Optionally, the temperature adjustment mechanism 900 may further include a power supply assembly 920, where the power supply assembly 920 may be electrically connected to the semiconductor cooling sheet 910 and/or the heating element to supply power to the semiconductor cooling sheet 910 and/or the heating element.
In this embodiment, the power supply assembly 920 may be a battery. Alternatively, the power supply assembly 920 may be a power generating component of a photovoltaic device, such that no additional battery is required to power the semiconductor cooling sheet 910 and/or the heating element.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the spray assembly 820 is installed, the pull rope 824 of the spray assembly 820 pulls the push block 823, so that the push block 823 is far away from the spray head 822 and compresses the third elastic member 825, after the spray assembly 820 is installed, the sealing cover of the liquid storage barrel 810 is unscrewed from the barrel body, then the barrel body is filled with liquid, the sealing cover is covered back onto the barrel body to seal the barrel body, so as to prevent foreign matters from entering the liquid storage barrel 810, then the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 910 is started, the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 910 cools the liquid in the liquid storage barrel 810, meanwhile, the power supply assembly 920 supplies power to the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 910, and after the temperature of the liquid in the liquid storage barrel 810 is reduced to a preset temperature (for example, 20 ℃), the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 910 is closed. When the solar panel 200 rotates leftwards, the solar panel 200 releases the pull rope 824 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801, so that the third elastic member 825 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801 resets and drives the push block 823 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801 to approach the spray head 822 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801, so that the liquid in the liquid spraying cylinder 821 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801 is sprayed out; meanwhile, after the solar panel 200 rotates leftwards, the pull rope 824 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 pulls the push block 823 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 away from the spray head 822 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802, and compresses the third elastic member 825 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802, so that liquid in the liquid spraying barrel 821 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 can enter the spray head 821 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 through the communication pipe 830 and the one-way valve 831 after moving rightwards, when the solar panel 200 rotates rightwards, the solar panel 200 releases the pull rope 824 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802, so that the third elastic member 825 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 resets and pushes the push block 823 to be close to the spray head 822 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802, under the action of the one-way valve 831, the liquid in the spray head 821 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 can not flow backwards into the communication pipe 830, and the liquid spraying barrel 821 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 can be ejected into the spray head 822 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802 through the spray head 822 of the second liquid spraying assembly 802, and the one-way valve 801 is pulled by the first elastic member 824 after rotating rightwards, and the solar panel 200 rotates rightwards, so that the liquid in the spray barrel 801 is pulled by the first pull rope 822 of the first liquid spraying assembly 801, and the liquid spraying barrel 801 is far from the first liquid spraying assembly 801 through the one-way valve 823. In this way, when the solar panel 200 rotates, the first liquid spraying component 801 and the second liquid spraying component 802 can alternately spray the liquid onto the solar panel 200, so as to cool the surface of the solar panel 200, avoid the influence of the solar absorptivity of the solar panel 200 caused by the high surface temperature, further ensure the solar absorptivity of the solar panel 200, and further assist the cleaning member 710 to clean the solar panel 200, so that the cleaning effect is better.
It should be noted that, the first elastic member 530, the second elastic member 640, and the third elastic member 825 described above may be springs.
The embodiments of the present application have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and many forms may be made by those having ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present application and the scope of the claims, which are to be protected by the present application.
