Abstract

本发明涉及非金属材料在机动车辆传动零、部件上的应用,目的在于消除噪音,提高耐磨性能,增长使用寿命,通过实验筛选出聚四氟乙烯、聚甲醛、尼龙,均可在机动车辆传动零、部件上替代以往的金属或粉末冶金材料,尤其是在摩托车上的同步传送带导向滚轮、张紧滚轮上的应用,大幅度消除了噪音,提高了耐磨性能,增长了使用寿命,本发明具有广泛的应用前景。

Description

聚四氟乙烯的新用途
本发明涉及非金属材料在机动车辆传动零部件上的应用。
以往的传动零部件均习惯于采用钢材或粉末冶金等材料制作。虽然具有高速运转所需要的强度,但是却不可避免地会产生很大的噪音,而且钢材和粉末冶金等材料的自润滑性能并不很理想,只能靠提高表面光洁度或浸油来提高润滑性能,因而使用寿命不够长。
本发明的目的在于寻求一种材料,既能满足机动车辆传动零部件所需要的强度,又可消除噪音,提高耐磨性能,增长使用寿命。
本发明通过对高强度、具自润滑性高分子材料进行筛选,并经大量的实验证明,采有下述材料替代现有的传动零部件的金属材料,可达到上述发明之目的。包括采用不用填料的各种氟塑料,或未填充的氟塑料,以及聚甲醛、尼龙等。它们的强度均可满足同步传送带导向滚轮轴承,张紧滚轮轴承所需求的强度,同时消除了由于传动零部件之间金属钢性接触所产生的噪音、以及经磨合后传动零部件之间的间隙变大而进一步产生的噪音、偏摆及径向跳动。典型适用的材料是聚四氟乙烯、聚甲醛。
实施例1,本发明选用填充15%玻璃纤维,5%石墨的聚四氟乙烯棒,经机械加工成147FM摩托车汽动机链条导向滚轮的轴套,该轴套与高碳钢的轴相配合,安装到147FM摩托车汽动机上,实际使用与使用铁基粉末冶金轴承作对比实验,通过大量的实验统计,结论如下:

实施例2,选用美国M90聚甲醛,重复实施例1的实验,所得结论与实施例1相仿。

4、一种聚甲醛的用途,其特征是用于机动车辆上的传动零、部件。
5、根据权利要求4所述的用途。其特征是用于摩托车上的传动零、部件。
6、根据权利要求4或5所述的用途,其特征是用于发动机链条导向滚轮、链条张紧滚轮。
7、一种尼龙的用途,其特征是用于机动车辆上的传动零、部件。
8、根据权利要求7所述的用途,其特征是用于摩托车上的传动零、部件。
9、根据权利要求7或8所述的用途,其特征是用于发动机链条导向滚轮、链条张紧滚轮。
