技术领域
本发明涉及牙科疾病的治疗,尤其是一种治疗牙齿敏感症的牙套。
背景技术。
牙齿敏感症是指暴露的牙本质受到外界刺激(机械、化学、温度、渗透压等)而产生的一种特殊酸、软、疼痛的症状,其特点为:发作迅速,疼痛尖锐,时间短暂,是口腔科临床常见病和多发病,发病高峰在四十岁左右。目前,临床主要的治疗方法为化学脱敏和物理脱敏,化学脱敏主要是采用具脱敏作用的化合物如含钙化合物、含氟化合物、含锶化合物等,减轻牙齿敏感症状,物理脱敏是利用一些脱敏设备比如激光脱敏、牙齿脱敏仪等,封闭牙本质小管,以阻断外界的刺激,减轻牙齿敏感症状。而目前,理想的脱敏剂标准是1935年由Grossman提出的:1.对牙周、牙髓无刺激;2.使用时相对无痛;3.容易使用;4.使用迅速;5.效果持续稳定;6.不使牙齿着色。传统的化学脱敏和物理脱敏,都不能满足上述要求,而至今还设有一种脱敏剂符合理想脱敏剂的标准。本申请人另一申请案中采用中药成分构成的凝胶体治疗脱敏症,上述凝胶体若直接用于牙齿脱敏治疗,会因口腔环境复杂,而影响效果,直接涂抹,使患者很不适应,对口腔也会造成很多影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种操作安全、可靠、方便地治疗牙齿敏感症的牙套。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现上述目的:
一种治疗牙齿敏感症的牙套的制造方法,首先将需要治疗的牙齿取模,制作牙齿石膏模型,然后采用有色石膏,将需要治疗的具体牙齿相应于牙齿模型上的具体部位加厚,采用软树脂弹性材料加热、加压在牙齿模型上,形成软树脂弹性牙套,相应加厚部位在牙套上形成储药囊。
采用独特的牙套,可方便地将药物通过储药囊长时间、有效、精确地作用于需治疗的牙齿上,牙套的其它部位与口腔其它部位紧密贴合,使药物与外界相隔绝,不受口腔环境的影响,也不会对口腔造成任何损害及不适,因而治疗牙齿脱敏效果显著。使用安全、方便。
具体实施例:
本申请人另一申请案中采用中药成分构成的凝胶体治疗脱敏症,上述凝胶体若直接用于牙齿脱敏治疗,会因口腔环境复杂,而影响效果,直接涂抹,使患者很不适应,对口腔也会造成很多影响,这就需要利用牙套,将凝胶体固定于牙齿上需治疗的部位。牙套的制造方法为:首先将需要治疗的牙齿取模,制作牙齿石膏模型,采用有色石膏,将需要治疗的具体牙齿相应于牙齿模型上的具体部位加厚,采用软树脂弹性材料加热、加压在牙齿模型上,形成软树脂弹性牙套,相应加厚部位在牙套上形成储药囊。治疗时,将药物凝胶体注入储药囊内,将牙套戴入口腔,这样,存储于储药囊内的药物可以长时间地、有效地、精确地作用于需治疗的牙齿上,牙套的其它部位与口腔其它部位紧密贴合,使药物与外界隔绝、不受口腔环境影响,也不会对口腔造成任何损害及不适。使用牙套治疗牙敏感症,一般在夜间进行,如有特殊情况,可日间使用,每天戴牙套不少于6小时以上。轻度3-4天,中度1-2周,重度2-4周,可取得良好效果。

1.一种治疗牙齿敏感症的牙套的制造方法,其特征在于首先将需要治疗的牙齿取模,制作牙齿石膏模型,然后采用有色石膏,将需要治疗的具体牙齿相应于牙齿模型上的具体部位加厚,采用软树脂弹性材料加热、加压在牙齿模型上,形成软树脂弹性牙套,相应加厚部位在牙套上形成储药囊。
