低碳环保是未来全球发展的主旋律,风电行业是从能源供给侧实现低碳环保的重点发展领域。加速发展并实现风能替代作用、推动能源消费结构优化是整个能源产业与社会经济的发展需要,也是风电产业自身的发展目标,其中重要的一环就是平价上网,而实现平价上网目前最直接的方式之一就是降低整机单位千瓦价格。大功率机组成本中齿轮箱和主轴承系统成本占整机成本50%以上,降低主轴系统和齿轮箱成本有利于降低整机单位千瓦成本,提升机组的市场竞争力。如图2所示,传统的大功率风电机组主轴部件和齿轮箱连接方式为:主轴1由两个轴承2支撑,两个轴承2分别由两个轴承支撑座3支撑(在其他方案中,两个轴承2也可以由一个整体轴承支撑座支撑),再通过锁紧盘或者端面法兰连接齿轮箱4,系统尺寸大,重量重,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三排滚柱轴承与齿轮箱集成结构,解决了传动链的大功率风电机组主轴部件和齿轮箱尺寸大,重量重,成本高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种三排滚柱轴承与齿轮箱集成结构,包括:
三排滚柱轴承,所述三排滚柱轴承包括外圈、第一内圈和第二内圈,所述第一内圈和所述第二内圈连接,所述外圈套设于所述第一内圈和所述第二内圈外;

Claims (5)

1.一种三排滚柱轴承与齿轮箱集成结构,其特征在于,包括:
三排滚柱轴承,所述三排滚柱轴承包括外圈、第一内圈和第二内圈,所述第一内圈和所述第二内圈连接,所述外圈套设于所述第一内圈和所述第二内圈外;
齿轮箱,所述齿轮箱包括壳体、内齿圈及一级行星架,所述内齿圈设置于所述壳体内,所述内齿圈能够相对所述壳体转动,所述一级行星架与所述壳体固定连接,所述三排滚柱轴承的所述外圈和所述齿轮箱的所述一级行星架连接,所述三排滚柱轴承的所述第一内圈和所述齿轮箱的所述内齿圈连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的三排滚柱轴承与齿轮箱集成结构,其特征在于,
所述第一内圈和所述第二内圈通过螺栓连接在一起。
3.如权利要求1所述的三排滚柱轴承与齿轮箱集成结构,其特征在于,
所述齿轮箱的所述一级行星架与所述外圈通过第一紧固件连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的三排滚柱轴承与齿轮箱集成结构,其特征在于,
所述第一内圈和所述齿轮箱的所述内齿圈通过第二紧固件连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的三排滚柱轴承与齿轮箱集成结构,其特征在于,
所述三排滚柱轴承运行径向游隙≤0mm。
