Abstract
本发明涉及焊接材料,具体地说是一种压力容器焊接用高强度高韧性埋弧焊丝。按重量百分比,由碳0.04~0.12%,硅0.001~0.15%,锰1.50~2.30%,镍0.20~0.80%,钼0.10~0.50%,钛0.01~0.05%,硼0.0005~0.0040%,铝0.010~0.040%,硫0~0.01%,磷0~0.02%,氮0~0.0050%,锆0~0.030%组成,余量为铁。它具有低温使用效果好,成本低,高强度高韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及焊接材料,具体地说是一种适应于压力容器、工程机械以及桥梁、船舶等大型结构的埋弧焊丝。
背景技术
随着我国低合金高强度钢的迅速发展,特别是压力容器、工程机械和桥梁用钢的厚壁化以及低温的服役环境,对焊接接头的冲击韧性和抗裂性能提出了越来越高的要求。而在现有的技术中,能够在低温下保持优良低温韧性的埋弧焊丝并不多。例如中国专利CN1068528A发明的焊丝,属钼钛硼序列,含有锰、钼、钛、硼、稀土等化学成份,碳、锰元素含量偏低,焊缝金属的强度组别在450~500MPa,另外对硫、磷等杂质含量限制严格,虽然有较高的低温冲击韧性,但这些焊丝由于严格限制硫、磷等杂质含量,才能保证焊缝的低温冲击韧性,故成本较高。同时焊缝金属的强度达不到σb>620MPa的高强度要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低温使用效果好,成本低,无需严格限制硫、磷等杂质含量、高强度高韧性埋弧焊丝。
为了克服上述不足,本发明的技术方案是:按重量百分比,由碳0.04~0.12%,硅0.001~0.15%,锰1.50~20%,镍0.20~0.80%,钼0.10~0.50%,钛0.01~0.05%,硼0.0005~0.0040%,铝0.010~0.040%,硫0~0.01%,磷0~0.02%,氮0~0.0050%,锆0~0.030%组成,余量为铁。
本发明工作原理如下:
碳(C)是保证强度的重要因素,但是在高强度钢中也是致脆元素,因而影响焊缝金属的韧性,所以要严格控制焊丝中的碳含量。加入锰、钼(Mn、Mo)元素,一方面通过固溶强化提高了焊缝金属的强度,另一方面Mn、Mo元素推迟了奥氏体的转变温度,促进了针状铁素体的形成,细化了焊缝金属组织,提高了焊缝金属的低温韧性。加入微量的钛、硼(Ti、B)元素可以进一步细化焊缝组织,Ti与氧、氮(O、N)形成的TiO和TiN,作为针状铁素体的形核质点,促进了奥氏体晶粒内针状铁素体的形成,而元素B向奥氏体晶界偏聚,降低了晶界能,抑制了晶界铁素体的形核和长大。同时Ti在焊缝中保护B不被氧化。加入少量的Ni可以提高焊缝金属的低温韧性,降低脆性转变温度。硫、磷、氮作为杂质元素,含量偏高时,会明显降低焊缝金属的韧性,应尽量降低。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1.具有高强度、高韧性。由于本发明采用的化学成份含有较高的锰含量和少量的镍及微量的钛、硼元素,故所得焊缝金属具有很高的强度和低温冲击韧性;采用本发明焊接厚度大于30mm的钢板时,进行焊前预热和焊后热处理,可得到优良的机械性能;本发明所得的焊缝金属的综合性能:σb=625~690MPa,低温韧性CVN-40℃ 110J。
2.适用范围广。本发明适用于压力容器、工程机械以及桥梁、船舶等大型结构的埋弧焊接,特别适用于焊接无裂纹钢WDC610E的埋弧焊接。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按重量百分比,由碳(C)0.071%,硅(Si)0.037%,锰(Mn)1.78%,镍(Ni)0.31%,钼(Mo)0.20%,钛(Ti)0.02%,硼(B)0.001%,铝(Al)0.020%,硫(S)0.008%,磷(P)0.015%,氮(N)0.0040%,锆(Zr)0.0040%组成,余量为铁(Fe);所述成份与SJ101或SJ102烧结焊剂配合。焊接武钢生产的厚度为38mm的WDL610E压力容器用钢,所得的焊缝金属的机械性能列于表1。

1.一种压力容器焊接用高强度高韧性埋弧焊丝,其特征在于:按重量百分比,由碳0.071%,硅0.037%,锰1.78%,镍0.31%,钼0.20%,钛0.02%,硼0.001%,铝0.020%,硫0.008%,磷0.015%,氮0.0040%,锆0.0040%组成,余量为铁。
2.按照权利要求1所述的压力容器焊接用高强度高韧性埋弧焊丝,其特征在于:所述成份与SJ101或SJ102烧结焊剂配合。
