Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
In the conventional technology, an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification ) technology is used to set an RFID tag on the surface of a tool, so that the identifier can realize non-contact automatic identification to obtain related information.
However, the above RFID technology has the following problems for power product information management: on the one hand, the cost is higher in the management process by using the RFID technology mode, and because the electric power product has the tools with smaller volume and more special use condition, such as a drill bit, a screw, a gasket and other objects, the RFID label cannot be pasted, and on the other hand, the electric power product such as the tool with metal texture, such as the drill bit, a wrench and other objects can shield the radio frequency signal, so that the information of the RFID label cannot be accurately read, and the management efficiency and the accuracy of the electric power product cannot be guaranteed. Thus, in response to the above-described problems, a power product information management method is proposed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method for managing information of an electric power product is provided, and this embodiment is exemplified by applying the method to a terminal, it is understood that the method may also be applied to a server, and may also be applied to a system including the terminal and the server, and implemented through interaction between the terminal and the server. In this embodiment, the method includes the following steps 102 to 106. Wherein:
step 102, when an information entry operation of the electric power product is received, a product type of the electric power product is identified.
The power products may include, among other things, related tools for the routine inspection, maintenance, rescue of sudden failures, repair of power lines and equipment, and the like. The product types may include a first type including a small product to which an RFID tag cannot be attached and a power product of a metal material that shields a radio frequency signal, and a second type. The second type refers to an electrical product other than the first type.
Alternatively, the administrator may log into a controller in the terminal to perform product information management operations, such as starting entry or export. When the electric power product is put in storage, an administrator can click to start importing, information input operation is performed, and when the terminal receives the electric power product information input operation of the administrator, product attributes of a plurality of electric power products, such as product names or product types, are obtained. The product type of the electrical product is identified based on the product attributes.
By identifying the product type of the electrical product, a corresponding product information management manner may be determined. For the first type of electric products, namely, small products which cannot be adhered with RFID labels and electric products made of metal materials which can shield radio frequency signals, the image recognition mode can be adopted for product information management. For a second type of power product, i.e. for a power product other than the first type, the product information management may be performed in an RFID-technology manner.
104, Acquiring a code scanning image and a product image of an electric power product for the electric power product with the first type of product type; identifying the code scanning image and the product image to obtain first product information; comparing the first product information with original product information of the electric power product; if the comparison is consistent, inputting first product information; the first product information is stored.
For the first type of electric power product, the code scanning device can scan the codes of the code scanning electric power product to obtain a code scanning image of the electric power product, and the image acquisition device is used for photographing the electric power product to obtain a product image of the electric power product. For example, the barcode image may be a two-dimensional barcode image or a barcode image. The image acquisition device may be a high definition camera.
And identifying the code scanning image and the product image through an image identification algorithm to obtain first product information of the electric power product. Wherein the first product information may include a product type, a specification, a price, etc. The terminal can also acquire the original product information of the electric power product from the product entry file corresponding to the electric power product. And comparing the first product information obtained by the electric power product through image recognition with the original product information, and if the comparison is consistent, indicating that the image recognition result is accurate, and inputting the first product information. Further, the image recognition algorithm may be a machine learning based image recognition algorithm, a depth image recognition algorithm, or the like.
And then, classifying and summarizing the recorded first product information, and storing the first product information, so that the information management is facilitated.
Step 106, for the electric power product with the second type of product, generating a radio frequency tag according to the original product information of the electric power product, reading the second product information in the radio frequency tag when the radio frequency tag is stuck on the electric power product, and recording the second product information; and storing the second product information.
For the second type of power product, product information management may be performed in an RFID technology manner. The RFID is a physical coding technology carrier, a sequence is required to be endowed for expression transmission, and a safe, unique, ductile and edible physical coding sequence is designed by combining the service characteristics of a power grid and the property of an asset in the process. The physical coding is used as a core, and is associated with and radiated to all service domain models of power grid assets such as design, materials, projects, operation and maintenance, and the like, and the whole service is integrated through unified and unique physical coding.
Specifically, the original product information of the second type of electric power product can be directly obtained, an RFID label is generated according to the original product information, the RFID label is printed out, the RFID label is adhered to the electric power product, the second product information of the electric power product is obtained by reading the RFID label adhered to the electric power product, and the second product information is recorded. And classifying and summarizing the recorded second product information, and storing the second product information, so that information management is facilitated.
In the power product information management method, the mode of combining the image recognition and the RFID is adopted to carry out the input management operation on the power product information, the image recognition effectively overcomes the defect that the RFID cannot be made into a power product with a small size and a power product made of metal, meanwhile, the accuracy of the power product information is enhanced through the depth image recognition, the accuracy in the power product information management process is ensured, and the efficiency of power product information management is improved.
