The other end of the elastic rod 51 is fixed on the tractor, when the tractor generates traction force or impact force, the elastic rod 51 can transmit force through elastic deformation of the elastic rod, and meanwhile, certain impact energy is absorbed, so that the risk of damage to a vehicle structure due to sudden stress is reduced, for example, when a traction head suddenly stops, under the action of the elastic rod 51 and the buffer 52, the transfer trolley can slowly stop, damage to the transfer trolley is avoided, and the transportation of cargoes is not influenced. The damper 52 is provided at one side of the frame 501 and is connected to the elastic rod 51 by a hinge. When the elastic rod 51 deforms under the stress condition, the buffer 52 starts to act, and the deformation speed of the elastic rod 51 is slowed down through the damping characteristic of the buffer, so that the instant impact force is effectively restrained, the stable transition in the traction process is ensured, the vibration and the noise are reduced, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and the safety in the transportation process is improved.
Further, the frame 501 has a slide slot 5011, and the elastic lever 51 includes: a movable lever 511 slidably penetrating the stopper 5012; the limiting bulge 513 is fixedly sleeved on the movable rod 511; a spring 512, one end of which abuts against the limit projection 513, and the other end of which abuts against the limit part 5012; the sliding rod 514 is arranged in the sliding groove 5011 in a sliding way, the limiting projection 513 is arranged on the side wall of the sliding rod 514, and the sliding rod 514 is clamped in the clamping groove 601; the connector 53 is disposed at one end of the movable rod 511 away from the sliding rod 514, and the connector 53 is detachably disposed on the tractor. The buffer 52 includes: the damper 521 is provided on the frame 501, one end is provided on the movable lever 511, and the other end is provided on the damper 521.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the frame 501 of the traction head contains a sliding slot 5011 inside for sliding fit of the sliding rod 514. The elastic rod 51 is actually composed of four parts of a movable rod 511, a limit projection 513, a spring 512 and a slide rod 514. The movable rod 511 penetrates through the limiting part 5012 and can slide in the range, the limiting protrusion 513 is fixedly sleeved on the movable rod 511, one end of the spring 512 is tightly attached to the limiting protrusion 513, the other end of the spring 512 is contacted with the limiting part 5012, and the movable rod 511 can generate certain buffering and rebound after receiving external force through the elastic force of the spring 512. The sliding rod 514 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 5011 of the frame 501, the limiting protrusion 513 is disposed on a side wall of the sliding rod 514, and the end of the sliding rod 514 is designed to be clamped with the clamping slot 601 on the traction rod 6, so as to ensure tight and stable connection between the traction head and the traction rod 6. One end of the movable rod 511, which is far away from the sliding rod 514, is provided with a connector 53, and the connector 53 adopts a detachable design, so that the movable rod 511 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled with a tractor quickly and conveniently.
