Background
Umbrellas are stock tools for people to go out, and generally comprise two types of straight rib umbrellas and folding umbrellas; the existing folding umbrella has the functions of automatic opening and automatic closing, the folding umbrella can be automatically opened by pressing the key in the umbrella closing state, the umbrella stand of the folding umbrella can be automatically closed by pressing the key again in the umbrella opening state, and at the moment, a user needs to manually retract the umbrella stand to the umbrella head position at the bottom, so that the umbrella handle of the folding umbrella is in the closing state again, and the automatic opening of the folding umbrella can be performed again.
However, when a user, especially a teenager, performs an operation of manually folding the umbrella, the umbrella stand is not pushed in place due to insufficient strength, and the umbrella stand and the umbrella cap are in a forward empty spring condition, so that the user can be injured by others or himself, and certain potential safety hazards exist during use.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the application provides the safety protection self-opening and closing umbrella, which can reduce the possibility of forward flicking of the umbrella rib in the process of opening and retracting the umbrella, further improve the safety of a user when using the folding umbrella and reduce potential safety hazards.
The application provides a safety protection self-opening and closing umbrella which adopts the following technical scheme:
The safety protection self-opening and closing umbrella comprises an umbrella stand, a telescopic umbrella handle, an umbrella head, a fixed umbrella nest and a movable umbrella nest, wherein the telescopic umbrella handle comprises an inner pipe rod, a middle pipe rod and an outer pipe rod which are movably sleeved in sequence from inside to outside, and the umbrella head is fixed with the inner pipe rod; the fixed umbrella nest is fixed on the outer pipe rod, the movable umbrella nest is slidably sleeved on the outer pipe rod, and the umbrella stand is connected between the fixed umbrella nest and the movable umbrella nest so as to realize folding of the umbrella stand;
The umbrella head comprises a shell assembly and a base assembly fixed in the shell assembly, and the base assembly is provided with an opening and closing mechanism for automatically opening and closing the umbrella stand and an air defense spring mechanism for limiting rebound of the umbrella stand; wherein,
The empty spring prevention mechanism comprises a rotating piece, a limiting piece, a first stay cord and a clockwork spring, and the rotating piece is rotatably arranged on the base assembly; the outer peripheral surface of the rotating piece is locally provided with an annular groove for the first stay cord to wind, one end of the first stay cord is connected with the rotating piece, and the other end of the first stay cord is connected with the fixed umbrella nest; the clockwork spring is connected between the rotating piece and the base assembly and is used for forcing the rotating piece to rotate and reset and normally winding the first stay cord;
The limiting piece comprises a movable frame body which is arranged on the base assembly in a sliding manner, and an extension block which is fixed on one side surface of the movable frame body, which is close to the telescopic umbrella handle, wherein the moving direction of the movable frame body and the telescopic direction of the telescopic umbrella handle are arranged in the same direction; the inner side surface of the movable frame body, which is far away from the extension block, is integrally formed with a pawl part, and one end of the rotating piece is connected with a ratchet component which is in clamping fit with the pawl part; a first spring is arranged between the extension block and the base assembly, and in the umbrella opening and withdrawing state, the first spring forces the pawl part to be clamped and limited with the ratchet component in a matching way.
